Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on the performance of SMEs. The objects in this study are entrepreneurial orientation (variable X1), competitive advantage (X2), and SME performance (variable Y). The research method used is quantitative, descriptive and associative methods. In this study using sampling techniques non-probability sampling by method sampling saturated with a total sample of 84 UKM owners registered at the Dekranasda outlet in Sukabumi District. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research based on the simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test) show that entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage have a significant effect on the performance of SMEs. The contribution of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage to the performance of SMEs is 65.3% while the remaining 34.7% is the influence of other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, sales growth, company size on company value for the period 2020-2022 Quarter I to Quarter IV. The population in this study is all pharmaceutical subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 4 listed companies. carried out using independent variables, namely profitability (X1), sales growth (X2) and company size (X3) and the dependent variable Company Value (Y), this research was conducted on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research used is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach, the data analysis techniques used in this research are statistical and descriptive, which uses a number of tests such as the classic assumption test which consists of normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, hypothesis test (t test) using SPSS. The results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant negative influence between Return On Investment on the value of companies in the Pharmaceutical subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, taking into account the p-value (Siq.) of 0.001 < 0.05 with a t-statistic value of -3.538 which shows a negative influence. The results of the Sales Growth statistical test on company value in the Pharmaceutical subsector have a significant positive effect, taking into account the p-value of 0.015<0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.523 which shows a positive influence. The results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant influence between company size and company value in the Pharmaceutical subsector, taking into account the p-value of 0.039<0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.126 which shows a positive influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Company Size, and Profitability on Company Value in the company for the period 2015 quarter I – 2022 quarter IV. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. The object of this study is Capital Structure (X1), Company Size (X2), Profitability (X3), and Company Value (Y). The research method used is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used in this study are statistical and descriptive, which use a number of tests such as classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, hypothesis tests (t tests) using SPSS applications and horizontal analysis. The results showed that from the t-test (partial) Capital Structure partially showed results of 2.101 where t-count was 2.101> t-table 2.042 with a significance value of 2.101, Next, Company Size shows the t-count <t-table (0.472<2.042) with a significance value of 0.640, next for Profitability it shows the t-count <t-table (2.156>2.042) with a significance value of 0.040. The conclusion is that Capital Structure partially has a positive and significant influence on Company Value, while Company Size has a negative and insignificant influence on Company Value then Profitability has a positive and significant influence on Company Value.

Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in developing economic activities. Financial problems are one of the problems that often occur in micro, small and medium scale businesses (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion on Business Sustainability which is mediated by Financial Behavior. The population in this study were beverage MSMEs in Sukabumi City. There were 140 MSMEs sampled in this research, which was the result of a probability sampling technique using simple random sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis . The results of this research show that (1) Financial Literacy does not have a significant influence on Business Sustainability (2) Financial Inclusion has a significant influence on Business Sustainability , (3) Financial Behavior has a significant influence on Business Sustainability , (4) Financial Behavior cannot mediate the relationship between Financial Literacy and Business Sustainability , and (5) Financial Behavior mediates the relationship between Financial Inclusion and Business Sustainability.

Abstract

Food MSMEs are an industrial sector that can be relied on as an indicator of economic stability at both the local and regional levels. The function of MSMEs is not only to drive business, but also to empower society in general. This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation strategies and operational efficiency on the performance of food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. This research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used the Slovin technique, with a sample size of 100 food MSMEs as respondents. Semantic differential is used as a scale, and the data analysis techniques used in this research are the classical test, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing simultaneously (F test) and partially (T test). Furthermore, the data that has been obtained will be carried out various tests such as validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests will be carried out and then analyzed with various tests with the help of SPSS 25 software in an effort to answer the hypothesis in this research. The research results show that product innovation strategy has a significant influence on the performance of food MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi, as well as operational efficiency has a significant influence on the performance of food MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi gaya hidup belanja dalam hubungan nilai belanja hedonis terhadap pembelian impuls. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dala penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kausal. Teknil sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 165 pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi dengan teknik analisis yaitu Structural Equating Modeling Parsial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPls Versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lazada mendorong konsumen memiliki perilaku hedonis, gaya hidup belanja dan pembelian impuls. Nilai belanja hedonis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap gaya hidup belanja sebesar 0,792. Nilai belanja hedonis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impuls sebesar 0,327. Dan gaya hidup belanja dapat berperan sebagai variabel mediasi pada hubungan antara nilai belanja hedonis dan pembelian impuls namun hubungannya tidak efektif dikarenakan nilai pengaruh tidak langsung lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung, yakni sebesar 0,459.

Abstract

Tourism travel at this time has become a lifestyle for the community, along with the times, the tourism sector continues to grow along with the development of information, transportation and technology. Which makes it easier for people to do the buying and selling process digitally such as the help of e-commerce and websites. The tourism industry is currently very tight, making the competitiveness between destination managers even higher. So that Tiket.com as one of the destination providers is not always the first choice of the community in using these travel services which has an impact on decreasing consumer transactional interest in Tiket.com. The purpose of the study is to ascertain how website quality and e-trust as mediation affect online booking intention. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used was the probability sample approach used, by distributing questionnaires to 180 tiket.com application users in Sukabumi City. The data analysis technique used was using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results of this research show that the significant influence between website quality can increase online booking intention on Tiket.com application users in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of the Entrepreneurial Orientation variable and the Competitive Excellence variable on Marketing Performance on Chicken Porridge UMKM actors in Sukabumi City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive, associative research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 146 members registered with the Sukabumi City Discoperindag. And for the sample is all members of the population using the slovin formula. Using IBM SPSS software version 29, as a data analysis technique tool. The results of this study showed that one hypothesis was accepted and one was rejected. And it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance, but competitive advantage as a mediator does not succeed in mediating entrepreneurial orientation variables to competitive advantage variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and non-physical environment on employee satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study consisted of 31 Honda Motor sales people in Sukabumi, and all members of the population were used as samples. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). The research results show that the majority of respondents feel they have a high level of work flexibility, a very good work environment, and an adequate level of job satisfaction. Statistical analysis states that work flexibility has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, and a good work environment also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that work flexibility and the non-physical environment play an important role in increasing employee satisfaction. Findings show that employees tend to feel satisfied with their jobs when they have a high level of flexibility and a good work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Green Innovation, Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Pemasaran dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 pelaku usaha IKM Logam di Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan menggunakan non probability sampling metode sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear sederhana sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa green innovation secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran.
