Abstract

There is a decrease in the number of sales of MSMEs in Sukabumi City, which is one of the dimensions of MSME performance. This is possible because these MSMEs have not maximized financial technology, namely payment gateaway and are suspected because they do not get sufficient access to capital so that they are unable to produce food with large portions both in terms of the openness of information obtained and its convenience. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial technology and access to capital on the performance of umkm in MSMEs in the city of sukabumi. this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The population used in this study were MSMEs Restaurant in Sukabumi City with a total of 89 MSMEs as samples. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between financial technology on the performance of MSMEs because the value of t count obtained is greater than t table, namely 2.994> 1.987. And there is an influence between Access to Capital on the performance of MSMEs because the value of t count obtained is greater than the value in the t table, namely 5,149> 1,987. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan pengawasan melekat terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan karena berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara, ditemukan bahwa adanya penurunan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan dalam bekerja, banyaknya karyawan yang mengeluhkan mengenai gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, dan pengawasan melekat dari pimpinan yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan para karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitupenelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh , dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 84 orang karyawan .teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda termasuk koefisien korelasi, determinasi, pengujian model penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (r2) menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan pengawasan melekat terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 52% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi ganda dapat dilihat dari nilai R sebesar 0,721 yang berarti terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan pengawasan melekat terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil dari uji f menunjukan bahwa nilai Fhitung 43,859>3,11 menunjukan bahwa Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan pengawasan melekat terhadap efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The research was aimed at determining the influence of Return On Equity towards Stock Price, the influence of Debt To Equity Ratio towards Stock Price, the influence of Return On Asset towards Stock Price, the influence of Cash ratio towards Stock Price on companies in cosmetics and household goods sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2016-2021. The objects of the research were Return On Equity (X1), Debt To Equity Ratio (X2), Return On Asset (X3), Cash Ratio (X4), and Stock Price (Y). The research methods applied were descriptive and associative with quantitative approach. Samples used in the research were 5 out of 11 samples, taken by Purposive Sampling technique. The techniques of analysing data conducted were correlation analysis, coefficient of termination analysis, multiple linear regression, research model testing (F-test), and research hypothesis testing (T-test), while SPSS 26 was used for tabulating data. The results of the research show that there is a relationship of Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Cash Ratio towards Stock Price which is aggregated to 0.982, indicating that the relationship of Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Cash Ratio towards Stock Price is included to a very strong relationship criteria. Meanwhile, partially, Return On Equity (ROE) influences negatively and insignificantly towards Stock Price; partially, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) influences positively and significantly towards Stock Price; partially, Return On Asset (ROA) influences negatively and insignificantly towards Stock Price; partially, Cash Ratio (CR) influences positively and significantly towards Stock Price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang analisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan likuiditas terhadap keputusan investasi pada sub sektor hotel, restoran dan parawisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan pengamatan penelitian tahun 2020-2021. Metode dalam pemilihan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan pusposive sampling dan sampel terpilih sebanyak 17 emiten. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu studi kepusatakaan dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel leverage berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi. Sedangkan profitabilitas dan likuditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, company size and company growth in predicting financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sectors. The data was selected using a purposive sampling method and there were 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020-2022 which were the research samples. This study uses the normality test, the coefficient of determination, the multiple correlation test, the f test and the T test. To analyze the data, the results indicate that the company's profitability and growth have an influence on financial distress. Meanwhile, Company Size has no effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

Research on the effect of profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policy on firm value includes several objectives, namely: 1) Knowing the description of variable analysis of profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy and firm value in the property and real estate sector. 2) Knowing the effect between profitability on the value of companies incorporated in the property and real estate sector. 3) Knowing the effect between investment decisions on the value of companies incorporated in the property and real estate sector. 4) Knowing the effect between funding decisions on the value of companies incorporated in the property and real estate sector. 5) Knowing the effect between dividend policy on the value of companies incorporated in the property and real estate sector. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. The result of this study is that Pofitabilitas on Firm Value does not have a significant effect. Investment Decision on Company Value does not have a significant influence. Funding Decisions on Firm Value do not have a significant effect. Dividend Policy on Firm Value has a significant influence.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the job characteristics, job stress and employee performance at PT Pegadaian Sukabumi.2) To determine whether job characteristics affect employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Sukabumi. 3) The research method used by researchers is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between job characteristics on employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence between Job Stress on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The research was aimed at obtaining empirical evidence concerning the influence of Firm Size (Ln Total Assets), Leverage (DER) and Sales Growth towards Financial Performance (ROA). The population of data in the research consisted of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2017-2021, acquired from the website www.idx.co.id. The research was conducted with a total research sample of 14 companies, a total sample of 70, and a population of 79 Property and Real Estate companies. SPSS software was used for processing research data. Based on the results of F-test, it can be concluded that F-count ≥ F-table, namely 5.221 ≥ 2.85, with significance level of (0.003 <0.05), meaning that there is a significant influence of Firm Size (Ln), Leverage (DER), and Sales Growth (SG) towards Financial Performance (ROA).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance, return on assets on the value of companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX 2019-2022 (Quarterly). The research methods used in this research are descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019 to 2021 with the samples used in the study, namely 2 manufacturing companies in quarters with a total data of 32 financial statement periods from 2019 - 2022, namely PT GUDANG GARAM TBK and PT KINO INDONESIA TBK. The results of the research show that both Good Corporate Governance and Return On Assets do not have an individual significant influence on Company Value
