Abstract

Abstract Marketing Strategies of Organic Fertilizers at PT Biotek Indonesia Hijau to improve the Performance of the Company This study aimed at identifying and determining the internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and the external environment (opportunities and threats), the position of the business and marketing strategies that should be implemented by PT BIH based on the current position of the company. The method of analysis used in this study was the analysis of the corporate environment, which consists of a matrix of IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE matrix analysis (External Factor Evaluation), and analysis of the BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group). The results of the analysis of the IFE matrix was that PT BIH had a score of 2.50. The results of the analysis of EFE matrix was that PT BIH had a score of 3.15. BCG matrix analysis through the analysis of market growth rate and relative market share, it is known that in 2013 Biobali had a growth rate of 2.30% and the market value of the relative market share of 2.40%. PT BIH position was in the cell of Cash Cows. This means that companies with a market share is relatively large and at the same time only operate at a low market or not grow. Based on the position of the company, it can be produced alternative strategies that should be applied to the company, the product development strategy Product Development Strategy and Concentric diversification strategy.   Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Organic Fertilizer, IFE, EFE, BCG.

Abstract

The Effect of the Amount of Deposits and Lending Credit on Profits of VillageUnit Cooperatives of Mambal, Sub-District of Abiansemal, Badung Regency Cooperatives are legal entities established by individuals or cooperative legal entities,with the separation of the wealth of their members as capital to run a business to meetcommon needs. One of the forms of cooperative development is the village unitcooperative. Factors that influence the existence of cooperatives in the midst of theglobal economy are the amount of net income they have. The Mambal Village UnitCooperative has carried out several businesses in order to obtain maximum profits.Efforts are made, namely by carrying out activities to raise funds, both from membersand from the public in the form of deposits and credits. This study aims to determine theeffect of the total of deposits and amount of credits on the profits. This research wasconducted at the Mambal Village Cooperative Unit, Abiansemal Sub-District, BadungRegency. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the studyshowed that simultaneously the amount of deposits and the amount of credits had apositive and significant effect on the profits of the Mambal Village Unit Cooperative.Partially the amount of deposits has a positive and significant effect on the profits at theMambal Village Cooperative Unit, while the amount of credits has a positive and notsignificant effect on the profits of the Mambal Village Unit Cooperative.

Abstract

The Contribution Made by the Employed Housewives Living at Agricultural andNon-agricultural Villages to Their Family Income(A Case Study Conducted at Beraban Village, Kediri District and Wongaya GedeVillage, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency)The faster economic growth leads to multiple effect and inspires different economicactivities which can absorb and cause housewives to have access to job opportunities.However, the job opportunities available at the agricultural village are different fromthose available at the non-agricultural village. As a consequence, the contribution madeby the housewives living at the agricultural village to the family income is differentfrom that made by those living in the non-agricultural village. This current study wasintended to (1) identify the extent to which the housewives living at the agriculturalvillage and non-agricultural village can contribute to the family income; (2) whatmotivated the housewives to work; and (3) what obstructed the housewives in theiremployment. This present study was conducted from July to August 2017 at BerabanVillage, Kediri District, and at Wongaya Gede Village, Penebel District. The sampleswere taken using the Multistage Random Sampling, and totaled 77. The data wereanalyzed using the quantitative descriptive analysis, different test, and descriptivequalitative analysis. The result of the study shows that (1) the contribution made by thehousewives living at the non-agricultural village was smaller than that made by thoseliving at the agricultural village; (2) spare time inspired most of the housewives living atthe non-agricultural village to work; (3) the household chores such as looking after theirhouses, taking care of their children, and the family members who were sick, and soforth obstructed them in their employment. Therefore, it is suggested to the housewivesboth living at the agricultural village and non-agricultural village to collaborate with therelated institutions as an attempt to improve their productivity and efficiency inorganizing their time.

Abstract

The Risk Analysis of Zallaca Organic Farming in Sibetan Village Subdistrict Bebandem Karangasem Regency Sibetan village is a development center of zallaca organic farming in subdistrict Bebandem, Karangasem regency. The problems that have been faced by zallaca organic farming like a fluctuation of production and commodity prices, thus indicating the risk that must be faced by the farmers related to production and the selling price of the commodity in the market. If production and price has a risk, it will affect to the farmers income. This study aimed to analyze factors that affect the income of farmers in zalacca organic farming, analyze the production risk, price risk and income with a risk. The research method used quantitative analysis.The result showed the factors that affect the farmers income of zallaca organic farming in Sibetan Village are the land area. The research shows the average farming costs incurred by Rp 2.784.050,78 farming per hectare, while the average total revenue obtained by Rp 9.493.215,20 per hectare, thus obtained the average income of zallaca organic by Rp 6.709.164,27 per hectare. The coefficient variation in production is 0,50 which means the production of zalacca organic in Sibetan village has a low risk, the value of the coefficient variation in price is 0,11, which means the price or organic zallaca commodity in Sibetan village has a low risk, and the coefficient variation income is 0,55 means that farm income zalacca organic at Sibetan village has a low risk.

Abstract

Effect of Consumer Satisfaction on Brand Image of Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee (A Study in the Village Community of Landih, Bangli District, Bangli Regency) This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of consumer satisfaction on a brand image and the magnitude of the effect of customer satisfaction on the strength of brand associations, the uniqueness of brand associations, and the superiority of brand associations on Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee in the Landih Village, Bangli District, Bangli Regency. The analytical method used was quantitative-descriptive analysis. Data collection was done by observation,interview, and documentation. Selection of key informants and number of sample determination were done by purposive method. The sample used in this studyamounted to 50 samples. The variables in this study were the effect of consumer satisfaction on the brand image of Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee with theindicators used were customer values, customer responses, and customer perception using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis ofthe equation model formed was Y = 0,149 + 0,919X indicating the value of customer satisfaction on the Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee gave a positiveimpression so that placing a strong brand image and brand image of Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee would always be remembered, and ultimately consumeropportunities for repurchase the Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee brand became very large, which was followed by the strength of the increasingly strong brandassociation with a value of +0,875, the uniqueness of the brand association which was getting higher with a value of +0,921, and the superiority of the brandassociation which was getting better with the value of +0,952 assuming ceteris paribus or other factors that affect the brand image of Cap Bunga FlamboyantCoffee to remain constant.

Abstract

Marketing Analysis of Sweet Corn Produced by Farmers of Subak Delod Sema, Kesiman Petilan Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City Sweet corn is an agricultural commodity that has the potential to provide high profits if it is cultivated effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the institutional, function, channel and marketing efficiency of sweet corn that are cultivated by farmers in Subak Delod Sema, Kesiman Petilan Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City. The number of respondents in this study is 35 out of 177 farmers that was determined by using the Slovin method. The results show that on average, to market their products, farmers sell their sweet corn through two channels, namely (1) farmer producers - collectors - consumers; (2) farmer producers - collectors - retailers (market) - consumers. The results show that not all marketing agencies in these marketing channels perform marketing functions. Both marketing channels can be said to be efficient when viewed from the farmer's share. The marketing margin value is Rp. 400, - / seed for marketing channel I and Rp. 600, - / seed for marketing channel II.

Abstract

Characteristics of Program and Group and Implementation Obstacle Simantri Program in Badung regency Integrated Farming System or Simantri is a breakthrough effort to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology, Simantri Program development goal is to support integrated diversification of farming to local potentials, to increase income to alleviate poverty, to integrate crop and livestock farming, and to pioneer the development of integrated agriculture in a sustainable manner. The purpose of this research is to investigate the Characteristic of Program and Characteristic of Group, and Constraints of Simantri Program Implementation in the Badung Regency.. The results showed that the Characteristics of Simantri Program is quite good with average achievement score of 3.8, Characteristics of Simantri group is good with average achievement score of 4.1, constraints faced in the characteristics of the program i.e. optimal cattle maintenance management, cattle maintenance, inadequate cage quality and many are not functioningproperly, cow urine channel and bio-urine processing tools are easily damaged, bio-gas was also easily damaged, and the location of Simantri makes the gas bio channel unable to reach the houses of the Simantri's group, group members rarely processed manure because of their other activities, members were reluctant to maintain and care for planted demonstration plots.

Abstract

Marketing Strategy Analysis for Guano Bali Organikultur Organic Fertilizer PT. Wedhatama Sukses Makmur should apply the STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) strategy if the company is to stay in the organic fertilizer market competition and expand its market internationally.This research was conducted in two places, namely Asta Sari Store and Sanjiwani Orchid Store with 72 respondents selected through accidental sampling. The analysis used in this study include: (1) cluster analysis (2) crosstab analysis and (3) MDS analysis. The result of cluster analysis based on behavioral, psychographic, and consumer demographic variables forms three segments, namely Segment-1, Segment-2, and Segment-3. The right segment to be targeted is Segment-2. Bali Organikultur fertilizer is a market follower and based on the perception map from MDS analysis it is close to POC NASA fertilizer which means that both of them have similarities and a high level of competition. Facing the dynamics of competition, the company needs to maintain product quality, maintain price stability, need to implement a marketing mix strategy, and conduct further studies of the strategies that must be carried out as a market follower.

Abstract

Analysis Of Household Consumer Demand On Bulk Cooking Oil in Denpasar CityNowadays cooking oil is sold in two forms; one is referred to as bulk cooking oil‘minyak goreng curah’ and the other is referred to as packaged cooking oil ‘minyakdalam kemasan’ with a particular trademark. However, the consumers in Denpasar stillprefer the bulk cooking oil to the packaged cooking oil. This present study was intendedto identify the factors contributing to the demand for the bulk cooking oil and theelasticity of the demand in Denpasar City. The study was conducted at Satrya Market,Sanglah Market, Kreneng Market, and Badung Market, which were all purposivelydetermined. The samples were taken using the accidental sampling technique, totaling40 and were purposively determined. This research uses Cobb-Douglas function withtransformed data. The independent variables were X1 (the price of the bulk cooking oil),X2 (the price of the packaged cooking oil), X3 (the price of chicken), X4 (the number offamily members), and X5 (the family income). The result of the model was as followslnY = -5,876 – 2.184lnX1* + 3.588lnX2* - 0.332lnX3 + 0.311lnX4* + 0.244lnX5*. Thefactors which contributed to the demand for the bulk cooking oil were its price, the priceof the packaged cooking oil, the price of chicken, the number of family members, andthe family income. The price of the bulk cooking oil showed elasticity. The crosselasticity showed that the packaged cooking oil was a substitution commodity and thatchicken was a complementary commodity. The income elasticity showed that the bulkcooking oil was an inferior commodity.

Abstract

The Influence of Customer Experience on Customer Repurchase Intention (A Case Study on Anomali Coffee Ubud Customers) Coffee shop is one of the culinary business which is growing significantly enough. The Anomaly Coffee is a coffee shop which is located at Jalan Raya Ubud No. 88, Ubud, Bali it prepares different types of coffee and foods as the other coffee shops do. Anomali Coffee it also prepares several supporting facilities which can contribute to the customer experience.Its interior design is unique and provides free wifi. Apart from that, the consumers are provided with the opportunity to brew own coffee. This current study was intended to identify and analyze the influence of the elements of customer experience to repurchase intention.The samples in the current study were taken using the accidental sampling technique.The respondents totaled 60. The data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method.From the result of the study, it could be concluded that the customer experience could be categorized as good. Based on the result of the partial test, the variables of sense and the relate variable have a significant influence on repurchase intention. Simultaneously, the elements of customer experience which consist of the sense, feel, think, act and relate have a significant influence on repurchase intention at Anomali Coffee customer. The R-square score obtained was 78.8%; the rest was obtained from the other factors which were not investigated in the current study.
