Abstract

Organisational culture and work environment are important things in companies in developing the performance of their employees, including PT companies. Prudential Life Assurance. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organisational culture and work environment on the work performance of employees of the Client Relations Centre department of the Business Partner Relations unit of PT. Prudential Life Assurance. The population of this study was 70 employees of the Business Partner Relations unit of PT. Prudential Life Assurance. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. From this technique, a sample of 60 was obtained. The research design was a quantitative method. Data was collected by questionnaires sent to employees. Data processing includes validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, partial tests (t), and simultaneous tests (F). The results show that the questionnaire items are valid, reliable, and free from econometrics. Partially, organisational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.000 <0x7E> 0.05 and a calculated t value of 3.771 > 2.0274. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.000 <0x7E> 0.05 and a calculated t value of 4.207 > 2.0274. Simultaneously, organisational culture and the work environment have a significant and positive effect on employee performance, with a sig result of 0.000 <0x7E> 0.05 and a calculated f value of 17.049 > f table 3.16.

Abstract

A balanced DER can increase company value. Appropriate managerial ownership can increase company value. This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure with the DER proxy and corporate governance with the managerial ownership proxy both partially and simultaneously on firm value with the MVE proxy in BUKU 4 banking companies that IPO on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. In this research, quantitative research methods were used. The population used was companies participating in the banking group that conducted an IPO on the IDX from 2019 to 2023. The sampling method used a purposive sampling method so that 6 banks were selected. The research data was processed using the classic Asumi test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show that the data does not have econometric problems. Partially, DER has a positive and significant effect on MVE as evidenced by t count > t table and significant values ​​< 0.05 or 5,038 > 1,701 and 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on MVE as evidenced by t count > t table and significant values ​​< 0.05 or 3,105 > 1,701 and 0.004 < 0.05. Simultaneously DER and managerial ownership have a positive and significant effect on MVE as evidenced by calculated f > f table 21,356 > 4,200 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005.

Abstract

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at UPTD roads and bridges in the service area of ​​1 SPPJJ unit in Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency 1. The population in this study is all SPPJJ employees in Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency. 1 as many as 31 people. By using quantitative methods and collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis uses data quality tests, namely validity tests and reliability tests, and classical assumption test analysis, namely: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The research results show that simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 0.341 which explains that the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance variables is 34.1%. It is hoped that the results of this research will lead leaders in the UPTD roads and bridges service area 1 of the SPPJJ unit of Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency 1 to develop a leadership style and continue to improve their work discipline to obtain maximum performance.

Abstract

. Rapid technological innovation is impacting various aspects of life, including the transportation sector. One example is the shift from conventional motorcycles using fossil fuels to electric motorcycles, which are more environmentally friendly and efficient. In Indonesia, particularly in Depok, there is a growing trend in the use of electric motorcycles, supported by government policies and public awareness of environmental issues. This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on consumer purchasing intentions for electric motorcycles in Depok. The approach used is a quantitative method, with primary and secondary data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature reviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using SPSS, including data quality tests, classical assumptions, t-tests, F-tests. The results show that price partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention (t-value 4.469 > t-table 1.9991 and sig. value 0.00 < 0.05). Product quality also partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention for electric motorcycles in Depok (t-value 2.918 > t-table 1.9991 and sig. value 0.000 < 0.05). The implication of these findings is that affordable pricing and good product quality can increase consumer interest in electric motorcycles in Depok.

Abstract

The Indonesian capital market is growing and is significantly influenced by domestic and international macroeconomic factors. Foreign investment is one of the worldwide factors considered to affect the growth of Indonesia's capital markets. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of foreign investor in term of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) on the value of Indonesian stock market capitalization (MarCap). This study utilized a quantitative-descriptive research approach. Annual time series for 21 years starting from 2000 to 2020 of FDI, FPI, and MarCap data utilized. Data processing uses SPSS-25 which includes Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination Test, and t-test. The findings of current study prove that both FDI and FPI have a favorable and statistically significant influence on the development of stock market capitalization in Indonesia. The study implies that the government must formulate regulation which encourages macroeconomic stability and appropriate policies to attract more foreign investors to participate in Indonesia and contribute to the development of the stock market.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan mitra adalah Yayasan Mathla’ul Anwar sebagai lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan yang salah satu jenjangnya adalah MIS Mathlaul Anwar 1. Pergantian kurikulum tidak hanya menimbulkan dampak positif, tetapi juga berdampak negatif terkait dengan pemahaman, tingkat kesiapan Yayasan untuk melaksanakan kurikulum yang baru dan juga anggapan tentang biaya pengadaan buku-buku dan materi penunjang pelajaran yang menjadi lebih mahal. Pelaksanan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yang meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan secara hibryd, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan analisis rekapitulasi kuesioner yang berikan kepada peserta, diketahui bahwa materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta. Berdasarkan uji statistik paired sample t-test dengan menggunakan Program SPSS versi 25, sosialisasi ini berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan keahlian staf Yayasan Mathla’ul Anwar.

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) was carried out with partners, namely the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum. The problem faced by the Rawa Panjang Village UMKM Forum is the lack of understanding and knowledge of the importance of business legality. Out of the 400 members, only around 40% have business legality. While the remaining 60% do not have business legality. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and expertise of partners in promoting NIB online on the official OSS (Online Single Submission) website. The implementation of PKM activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The recapitulation analysis shows that the material presented is in accordance with the needs of the partners. In addition, it shows that this training also has an impact on increasing the knowledge and expertise of members of the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum

Abstract

In theory, liquidity and activity ratios serve as current ratioucial indices of a corporation’s financial success and might impact shareholder’s investment decisions. However, academics and practitioners continue to argue the link between these measures on stock price. This study investigates the role of liquidity ratio and activity ratio on stock price of telecommunications firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2023. This research draws on secondary data from annual reports of telecommunications corporations registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2023 and the data is obtained from the official websites of the relevant firms. This research’s population consisted of all telecommunications firms listed on the IDX throughout the relevant timeframe. Purposive sampling was utilized, with 5 firms chosen from a list of 23 existing companies. The acquired data is subsequently analyzed with the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 tool to get the analytical findings. This research concludes liquidity ratio has a negative impact and significance effect on stock price of telecommunications firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2023 (t-calculated value is - 5,225 is more than the t-table value - 2,01174 and p value 0,000 < 0,05). The activity ratio has a positive impact and significance effect on the stock price of telecommunications firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2023 (t-calculated value 13,605 is more than t-table value is 2,01174 and p value 0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the economy. However, many MSME actors experience obstacles in accessing formal financing. Low levels of financial literacy and lack of understanding of credit scores are often the main obstacles to the development of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and credit scoring on the performance of MSMEs in the city of Depok. The research design used is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 99 respondents via Google from during August 2024. The criteria for respondents who could fill out the questionnaire were determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using the Smart PLS 4 program which includes outer model analysis (convergent Validity, discriminant validity, reliability), inner model analysis (multicollinearity, R-square, goodness of fit, F-square, and path coefficients). This research concludes that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME's performance (t-statistic 3.278 > t table 1.96 and p value is 0.000 < 0.05), whereas the credit does not have a significant effect on MSME's performance (t-statistic 1.114 < t table 1.96 and p value is 0.089 > 0.05).

Abstract

Bank Aladin Syariah is Indonesia's first completely digital bank that follows Sharia rules. This bank held its initial public offering on January 22, 2021. Apart from using financial ratios, the bank's financial performance may be assessed using the economic value added (EVA) and market value added (MVA) approaches. These two methods function to complete financial performance analysis through financial ratios and find the true value of company performance. This research aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of Bank Aladin Syariah using the EVA and MVA methods. The research design of this study uses non-statistical quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data used in the research is secondary data derived from financial reports for 2019-2023. This data is downloaded from the bank's website. The research results show that operation of Bank Aladin Syariah succeeded generate economic value added remarked by positive EVA in 2019, 2020, and 2022. Meanwhile, in 2021 and 2023 Bank Aladin Syariah fail to give more economic value through its activities. This is evident from a negative EVA score. Since Bank Aladin Syariah conducted its IPO, the bank has succeeded in providing added value through growth in the market capitalization value of shares issued which is indicated by a positive MVA during 2021 - 2023.
