Abstract

PT. Brinton Sejahtera Bearindo is a company operating in the field of general trading, especially information and communication technology. The problem related to compensation is that some employees feel that they do not receive compensation according to their workload, so they are not optimally motivated to carry out their duties. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Brinton Sejahtera Bearindo. The research method is to apply a quantitative design. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique for 35 employees. The data processing method starts from data quality testing which consists of validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests. Mality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. The partial test results show that the t count (4,476) is greater than the t table (1,694) with a significant value of 0.00 (smaller than 0.05). The regression coefficient test data shows a positive value of 0.475, which indicates that work compensation has a positive impact on the performance of PT employees. Brinton Sejahtera Bearindo. The coefficient of determination of 0.506 shows that the influence of work compensation and work motivation on employee performance variables is 52.5%. This research can be used as a basis for developing work compensation and increasing work motivation as an important element in improving employee performance.

Abstract

PT Waskita Swadiri Nirbaya is a company engaged in the Security Services (Satpam) sector. Issues related to quality management arise as some employees feel that the implementation of quality management in the company does not fully support their work effectiveness, resulting in reduced motivation to perform their tasks optimally. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of quality management and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT Waskita Swadiri Nirbaya. The research method employs a quantitative design. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique with 50 employees. Data processing methods include data quality testing, consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, and F-tests. The study results show that the questionnaire variables are valid, reliable, and free from econometric issues. The quality management variable has a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance at PT Waskita Swadiri Nirbaya. Similarly, the work motivation variable has a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables positively and significantly influence employee performance at PT Waskita Swadiri Nirbaya. The findings of this study can serve as a foundation for developing broader human resource management strategies by incorporating quality management and motivation aspects as key elements in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Work discipline and work motivation are very important to improve employee performance. The problem faced at Bank Mandiri at Menteng Branch is the lack of employee discipline after using office facilities, such as forgetting to turn off computers and printers after use which results in computers often being slow, thus hampering employee performance. Employees are less motivated in achieving targets so that employee target achievement decreases. The aim of this research is to find out how work discipline and work motivation have an impact on the employees performance of Bank Mandiri at Menteng Branch, Central Jakarta. The research population consisted of 30 people, uses a quantitative approach and collects data through questionnaires. Data analysis uses data quality tests, such as validity and reliability tests, as well as classic assumption tests, such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the partial t test show that work discipline has a positive impact on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees at the Menteng Branch, (calculated t as of 2.599 is greater than the t table as of 2.051) with a significant value of 0.015 which smaller than 0.05). Work motivation also has has a positive impact on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees at the Menteng Branch (calculated t as of 2.520 is greater than the t table as of 2.051) with a significant value of 0.018 which smaller than 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality on the decision to buy paint at the Paint De'lucent Paint shop. This research design uses a quantitative approach. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique which was collected by distributing questionnaires when the buyer was shopping at a paint shop. The analytical method used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing by processing using the SPSS program. The results of this study show that price has a negative but not significant effect on, while purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both price and product quality affect the decision to buy paint

Abstract

This study focuses on determining the effect of compensation, work discipline, work environment on the work productivity of employees of Biro Umum Pengadaan in Sekretariat Jenderal of the Republic of Indonesia using quantitative approaches. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and the number of samples obtained by 53 respondents using questionnaires. In data processing using SPSS 26.0 software data instrument tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of simultaneous research, it was found that compensation, work discipline and work environment have a positife and significant effect on work productivity of employees of Biro Umum Pengadaan in Sekretariat Jenderal of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for MSME products in Dekranasda Depok City. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with primary data collection through questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 50 consumers who shopped at Dekranasda Depok City and were selected using the side-by-side accidental method. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, instrument data tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results showed that product quality partially impacts purchasing decisions, and prices partially impact MSME product purchasing decisions. When these two variables are observed simultaneously, both product quality and price have a significant influence on the purchase decision of MSME products Dekranasda Depok City

Abstract

Employee integrity plays an important role in maintaining company trust and reputation. This study aims to analyze the effect of flexibility of working hours and work stress on employee integrity at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Inc. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of working hour flexibility and work stress on employee integrity at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, especially in the DGL (Digital Development) division in the mobile banking team. The research design adopted in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected from 33 respondents through questionnaires. The data were analyzed by carrying out instrument tests which include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, then followed by multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study show that partially, flexibility in working hours has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on employee integrity. Job stress has a negative and statistically significant effect on employee integrity. Simultaneously, both variables affect employee integrity at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. The results of this study have important implications for company management in developing strategies that improve employee integrity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for Avoskin products. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 100 consumers of Avoskin products selected using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical techniques, data instrument testing,, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results showed that partially, price did not affect consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products, while product quality did affect consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products. Simultaneously, both price and product quality have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products.

Abstract

This research focuses on knowing the effect of compensation and the work environment on employee performance at PT Sodexo Synergy Indonesia. research used associative with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses saturated samples or non-probability sampling with a total sample of 54 respondents using a questionnaire. In processing data for analysis using SPSS 26.0 software tools which include data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the partial results of the study it was found that compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. However, work environment variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia. The compensation provided by the company is good so it does not have a detrimental impact on employee performance. Then, PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia has created a work environment that is good enough to support the work activities of its employees.

Abstract

The role of competence and training is very important in improving employee performance. Employees who have adequate competence will be able to carry out their work tasks better. The training provided by the company will improve employee competence so that they are able to improve their performance. This study aims to examine the effect of competence and training on employee performance at PT Dwipindo Karyo Mandiri. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to 35 employee respondents with techniquesNon Probability Sampling or non-random sampling with saturated sampling (Census) and the entire population is used as a sample. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the study show that competence and training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.781 and a t-value of 6.820. Meanwhile, training also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.087 and a t-value of 5.071. From the results of this study it can be concluded that companies should pay attention to competency development and employee training as an effort to improve employee performance. In the long term, competency development and employee training can provide benefits to companies in increasing competitiveness and business growth.
