Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, training and work environment on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Satria, Banyumas Regency. The population in this study was all employees at Perumdam Tirta Satria, Banyumas Regency, totaling 133 employees. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with criteria namely general, financial and mechanical division employees, who have worked for more than one year, excluding leaders. The sample size in this study was 100 samples using the Slovin formula. Analysis uses multiple linear regression and correlation using SPSS version 26. The results of the research show that transformational leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has an insignificant positive effect, while the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment, job training and workload on the performance of Banyumas District Health Service employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population was all employees of the Banyumas District Health Service, totaling 128 people. To determine the sample size, the Slovin formula was used, with a sample size of 97 employees. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a five-level Likert scale. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The analysis tool uses SEM PLS. The test tool uses SmartPLS 4.0 to test validity, reliability, R-Square test, Net Fit Index (NFI) test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the work environment and workload which has a positive influence on employee performance, while job training does not have a positive influence on the performance of Banyumas District Health Service employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the antecedents of job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. This research is quantitative using Partial Least Square version 4.0. The sample uses census techniques of 102 respondents. The results of the research individual characteristics and workload have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job characteristics, and organizational culture do not affect job satisfaction, organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture positive and significant effect on work motivation, workload has a significant effect on work motivation, work motivation does not affect job satisfaction, individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational culture, and workload cannot mediate employee work motivation on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the influence of culture, perceptions, and beliefs on purchasing decisions for the drug OB Herbal. The study uses quantitative research methods and focuses on communities in Purwokerto. 1500 respondents were used as sample of this study, based on certain criteria at least they had purchased the “OB Herbal” cough syrup at least once. Data collection method used the distribution of the questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5 points. Data were analysed used multiple linier regression analysis by SPSS 26 application. The findings of this study found that each culture and beliefs has an effect on “OB Herbal” cough syrup purchase decision, while perceptions has no effect on “OB Herbal” cough syrup purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of brand trust, celebrity endorsement, and brand association on purchasing decisions for Samsung mobile phones. This study uses quantitative research methods and focuses on people who live in Banyumas. Respondents used in this research sample were 143, which is in accordance with the criteria involved in purchasing decisions for Samsung mobile phones. The data collection method is through a questionnaire distribution survey which is measured on a 5-point Likert scale and analysed through the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that brand trust, celebrity endorsement, and brand association have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Samsung mobile phones.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work-Family Conflict, Workload, Non-Financial Compensation, and Employee Work Stress on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. This study uses primary data and is a type of quantitative research. Employees at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga, with a population of 160 people, using a purposive sampling method with a minimum service period of 1 year. The analysis test in this study are using multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that Non-Financial Compensation and job stress have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. However, Work-Family Conflict and Workload have no impact on Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the free shipping program (X1), live streaming (X2), and online customer reviews (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) on the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform. The method used was quantitative by distributing questionnaires filled in by 110 respondents in the Purwokerto area, but only 103 respondents met the criteria. The results of the analysis show that the three variables The validity and reliability test states that the questionnaire instrument used has a good level of validity and reliability. The coefficient of determination test shows that the three X variables are able to contribute 43.1% to variable Y in the TikTok Shop. The research results are consistent with the theory which states that the free shipping program variables (X1), live streaming (X2), and online customer reviews (X3) are important factors that influence the purchasing decision variable (Y).
