Abstract

Non-formal education has its own advantages in its role which contributes to overcoming unemployment and poverty alleviation through courses or life skills education. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effectiveness of the implementation of the sewing course at the Enrekang Learning Activities Studio in the input, process and output.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely by viewing the object of study as a system, meaning that the object of study is seen as a unit consisting of interrelated elements and describing the phenomena that exist with a population of 20 and the research sample is the whole of the population .The results showed that the effectiveness of the sewing course implementation in the Enrekang learning center in terms of input can be said to be effective. The effectiveness is seen in terms of the instructor has met the requirements and the instructor has conducted training in accordance with the steps in the implementation of learning, in terms of students, in terms of curriculum or teaching material, in terms of facilities and targets of learning activities is very adequate, as well as the evaluation and supervision aspects carried out by the manager of the Enrekang District Learning Activities Studio, the effectiveness of the sewing course implementation in the Enrekang district learning activities center in terms of the process can be said to be effective

Abstract

The Lurah is the leader and coordinator of the administration of government in the work area of ​​the kelurahan which in carrying out its duties receives the delegation of government authority from the Regent / Mayor to handle some of the functions of regional autonomy and the administration of general governmental tasks. As a lurah leader has many roles in his leadership, among others, the role as a catalyst, the role as a facilitator, the role as a problem solver and the role as a communicator.The type of research that I use is research using qualitative methods. In collecting data using data collection methods using Observation, Interview, and Documentation.Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the Leadership was in charge of organizing Government, Development and Community affairs as well as affairs that were abundant by the Sub-district in accordance with the needs of the kelurahan by taking into account the principles of efficiency and increasing accountability. And in carrying out its administration, the Lurah has the tasks, namely, the implementation of the activities of the Village Administration, Community Empowerment, Community Services, Organizing peace and public order, Maintenance of facilities and public service facilities, Fostering social institutions at the Kelurahan level. Abstract

Early Childhood is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to the age of six years, which is carried out through the provision of educational stimuli to help physical and spiritual growth and development. This type of research is action research aimed at finding out whether a child's fine motor skills can increase with meronce activities at TPA Medina, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency.The subject of this research is the children of TPA Medina. This research was conducted using the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart research model consisting of two cycles with each cycle consisting of: planning (planning), implementation (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection). Data collected by observation and documentation techniques. The learning steps in this study are the teacher preparing roncean and ropes with shapes that have been adapted to the theme, then the teacher gives examples of how to ronce and distribute roncean and ropes to children.The results showed that the results of the observation of Cycle I showed an increase in children's fine motor skills that was not optimal and had not reached an indicator of success of 80.00%. While the results of the actions in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 94.44% or as many as 15 children got very good criteria. Based on the results of the research that has been done it can be concluded that meronce using beads can improve children's fine motor skills at TPA Medina

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan nasional bangsa Indonesia telah nelalui beberapa fase dan dinamika seiring silih bergantinya rezim yang berkuasa. Mulai dari rezim orde lama, orde baru hingga orde reformasi sekarang ini. Potret dunia pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya sebelum era reformasi menampilkan wajah pendidikan yang diwarnai dengan kebijakan pendidikan nasional yang sentralistis dan belum memberikan perhatian yang signifikan terhadap eksistensi dan potensi identitas lokal yang memperkaya khasanah pendidikan nasional. Pendidikan Indonesia pada masa lalu hingga sekarang terus saja mengalami perubahan sesua dengan bergantinya rezim yang berkuasa. Abstract

Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kreativitas belajar anak usia dini dengan melalui metode mendongeng di kelompok bermain al furqan karrang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah metode pendekatan melalaui mendongeng dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah personil penelitian yang terdiri dari siswa dan guru. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif yang terdiri dari tes hasil belajar dan hasil observasi. Tindakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus melalui empat prosedur, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Dalam penelitian ini, pembelajaran mengacu pada langkah-langkah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan proses yang meliputi tiga tahapan yakni, tahap pra baca, tahap saat membaca dan tahap pasca membaca. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat keberhasilan pada siklus pertama 31,25%, siklus dua meningkat menjadi 62,55 dan siklus ketiga menjadi 87,5%. Kesimpulan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan proses dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan membaca bagi anak usia dini di kelompok bermain al furqan karrang kabupaten enrekang. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai siswa dari siklus I sampai III.
