Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pendekatan penelitian ialah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman. Pengecekan dan keabsahan menggunakan trianggulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah secara keseluruhan berkriteria sangat baik. Ini menunjukkan kepala sekolah telah melaksanakan indikator-indikator kepemimpinan transformasional seperti: Idealisasi Pengaruh (Idealized Influence), Stimulasi Intelektual (Intellectual Stimulation), Konsiderasi Individual (Individualized Consideration), Motivasi Inspirasional (Inspirational Motivation) terlaksana dengan sangat baik. (2) Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah yaitu, Faktor pendukung antara lain: kerjasama, komunikasi terbuka, ide-ide kreatif dalam melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan inovatif, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, visi dan misi, pengetahuan dan kemampuan, serta kedisiplinan, dan Faktor penghambat antara lain manajemen waktu yang belum terorganisir dengan baik oleh guru dan staf, beberapa guru yang tidak percaya diri dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga masih butuh bimbingan dari kepala sekolah, adanya kecemburuan sosial diantara para guru dan staf terhadap pemberian nilai KKG oleh kepala sekolah, keterbatasan waktu dalam melaksanakan semua program yang ada, kepala sekolah terkadang harus mengisi jam mengajar guru ketika ada guru yang terlambat masuk di kelas untuk mengajar.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the phenomenon of the existence of female karaoke companions at the Bira beach nightlife venue, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Data collection in this research was carried out using interview techniques and observation. The results of this research discuss the existence of female karaoke companions based on their social identity, social motives and social roles. Based on the results of this research, theoretically it is hoped that it can become a source of information in enriching scientific insight and as reference material for further research, as well as contributing ideas for the author in the process of applying the knowledge that has been obtained, especially regarding the lives of female karaoke companions who work in nightclubs.

Abstract

Abstract This service aims to increase public knowledge in more depth regarding the phenomenon of identity politics that occurs in the Butta Turate community in Jeneponto, especially during regional head elections. The method offered in implementing the service that will be carried out is the sustainable community approach, an approach that focuses on increasing capacity at the non-individual community level, a sustainable community that has independence and social achievement, where the team is actively involved in providing persuasive assistance (inservice) as a solution in increasing public knowledge regarding the phenomenon of identity politics. The results of the service show an increase in public knowledge about identity politics as a basis for the struggle for power, including three types of identity, namely ethnic identity, religious identity and nobility identity. Apart from that, the public is also able to understand the factors that influence. Abstrak Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Masyarakat lebih mendalam terkait dengan fenomena politik identitas yang terjadi pada masyarakat Butta Turate di Jeneponto utamanya saat terjadi pemilihan kepala daerah. Metode yang ditawarkan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan adalah pendekatan sustainable community, pendekatan yang berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas di tingkat komunitas non-individual, komunitas berkelanjutan yang memiliki kemandirian dan prestasi sosial, dimana tim terlibat aktif memberikan pendampingan (inservice) secara persuasif sebagai solusi dalam peningkatan pengetahuan Masyarakat terkait fenomena politik identitas. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan Masyarakat tentang politik identitas sebagai basis perebutan kekuasaan meliputi tiga jenis identitas yaitu identitas etnis, identitas agama, dan identitas kebangsawanan. Disamping itu Masyarakat juga mampu memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi politik identitas pada masyarakat Butta Turatea Jeneponto ialah masyarakat yang hierarkis, polarisasi politik, dan regulasi dari pemerintah. identity politics in the Butta Turatea Jeneponto community, namely a hierarchical society, political polarization, and government regulations.

Abstract

Abstract The family serves as a child's first teacher as a means of supporting the development of the child's mind and character in preparation for life in society. This study's goal was to investigate how parents of gogos merchant families in Jalange, Barru Regency, contribute to their children's formal education. Utilizing a qualitative approach, this investigation. The informant is a gogos trading family from Jalange Village in the Barru Regency. Interviews and observation are used to gather data. This study employs a thematic approach to data analysis. The results of this study show how important parents of gogos traders are to their children's education. The average parent of a gogos trader is a junior high school graduate, based on their level of education. After delivering outreach on digital product marketing, the comprehension of Gogos merchants has gone from just 30% to 75%. To put the insight and knowledge gained from prior efforts to use, optimization in the form of marketing training must be carried out. Abstrak Pendidikan pertama anak diperoleh dari keluarga sebagai bekal pengembangan intelektual dan karakter anak dalam persiapan untuk hidup bermasyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi peran orang tua dalam pendidikan formal anak pada keluarga pedagang gogos dan melakukan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pemasaran digital produk gogos di Jalange Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan merupakan keluarga pedagang gogos Desa Jalange Kabupaten Barru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa orang tua pedagang gogos memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam pendidikan anak-anak mereka. Dilihat dari tingkatan pendidikan, orang tua pedagang gogos hampir rata-rata merupakan tamatan SMP. Pemahaman pedagang gogos dalam pemasaran produk secara digital semakin meningkat yang semula hanya 30% menjadi 75% setelah dilakukan penyuluhan tentang pemasaran produk digital. Optimalisasi dalam bentuk pelatihan pemasaran perlu dilakukan guna mengaplikasikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang telah didapat dari kegiatan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Background. Gender relations in farm laborer families are one important aspect that reflects the social and economic dynamics in rural Indonesia, especially in Enrekang Regency. Female farm laborers play dual roles, both in agricultural work and domestic responsibilities. However, their contributions are often not recognized equally in a society that is still patriarchal. Purpose. This study aims to understand the form of gender relations in female farm laborer families in Baraka District, and to analyze its impact on family welfare. Method. The method used in this study is a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interview techniques with 101 female farm laborers, 61 husbands, 11 landowners, and 9 community leaders and local government officials, who were selected purposively. Participatory observation was also conducted to understand the daily dynamics of women in farm laborer families, especially related to the division of labor, access to resources, and decision making. In addition, document analysis was used to complement the information obtained from interviews and observations, in order to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the social and economic context in Baraka District. Results. The results of the study show that the division of labor is still dominated by patriarchal norms, where women have to play dual roles as workers in the fields and housekeepers. Women’s access to resources, such as land and credit, is also very limited, hampering their ability to contribute optimally to agriculture. Strategic decisions in the family are generally made by men, while women are only involved in operational decisions. In addition, there is inequality in wages between female and male farm workers, even though the work done is the same. Conclusion. The conclusion of this study is that unequal gender relations hinder the welfare of women and farm laborer families as a whole. However, there is hope for change through education and empowerment of women, as well as more inclusive policy support from the government. Collaborative efforts are needed to create better gender equality in the rural agricultural sector.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru mengenai penggunaan AI (Artificial Intelegence) untuk pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 10 Pangkep. Metode pelaksanaannya berupa pelatihan kepada guru yang tahapannya terdiri dari penyampaian materi, praktikum, sesi tanya jawab dan pemberian umpan balik. Hasil pelatihan ini sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan guru dalam menghadapi era pendidikan yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh teknologi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pada lima aspek utama, termasuk pemahaman dasar AI, penggunaan alat berbasis AI, personalisasi pembelajaran, etika dan tanggung jawab, serta integrasi AI ke dalam kurikulum, dengan persentase tertinggi adalah 90% pada aspek etika dan tanggung jawab dalam penggunaan AI. Kegiatan pengabdian di SMA Negeri 10 Pangkep diharapkan dapat menjadi model penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan, mendorong pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan adaptif. Rekomendasi yang diberikan setelah pelatihan adalah pendampingan lanjutan bagi guru untuk mendukung implementasi AI dalam pembelajaran yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

The design of disaster preparedness in secondary schools emphasizes coordination, information management, the use of early warning systems, and education and training. Preparing schools for disasters is crucial to minimizing risks and safeguarding the the health and welfare of students, teachers, and other members of the school community. This study employs a literature review approach, analyzing existing theories and practices related to disaster preparedness, including inter-agency coordination, disaster information management, and the application of early warning systems suitable for secondary schools. Using a qualitative literature review method, this research examines academic publications, policy reports, and other relevant documents to identify critical aspects of disaster preparedness design for schools. The study involves collecting secondary data from books, scholarly articles, and official records concerning coordination, information management, early warning systems, and training programs. These data are qualitatively analyzed to uncover patterns, strategies, and recommendations for enhancing school disaster preparedness. Findings highlight that effective coordination among schools, government bodies, and related institutions is essential for developing a robust preparedness system. Efficient and timely information management ensures that school communities are well-informed about emergency procedures. Integrated early warning systems, utilizing communication tools and routine drills, significantly enhance awareness and readiness among school members. Additionally, ongoing education and structured training for students, teachers, and staff improve disaster response skills and understanding, ultimately reducing potential losses.

Abstract

This study discusses the crisis of social roles experienced by individuals in modern society due to poverty and unemployment, as well as the psychological impact it causes. In an increasingly competitive and consumptive social context, individuals are required to carry out social roles actively, especially as part of the economic system. When this role fails due to job loss or lack of access to decent work, social dysfunction occurs that impacts an individual's identity, self-esteem, and mental health. Through a qualitative approach with the literature study method, this study found that poverty is not only an economic problem, but also a manifestation of a broader social role crisis. This phenomenon triggers psychological disorders such as stress, anxiety, and depression, which cannot be separated from structural changes in modern society. This article emphasizes the importance of a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach in addressing the crisis of social roles, including the role of states, communities, and social institutions to create systems that are more inclusive and adaptive to changing times. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas krisis peran sosial yang dialami individu dalam masyarakat modern akibat kemiskinan dan pengangguran, serta dampak psikologis yang ditimbulkannya. Dalam konteks sosial yang semakin kompetitif dan konsumtif, individu dituntut untuk menjalankan peran sosial secara aktif, terutama sebagai bagian dari sistem ekonomi. Ketika peran ini gagal dijalankan akibat kehilangan pekerjaan atau tidak adanya akses terhadap pekerjaan yang layak terjadi disfungsi sosial yang berdampak pada identitas, harga diri, dan kesehatan mental individu. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kemiskinan tidak hanya merupakan persoalan ekonomi, tetapi juga merupakan manifestasi dari krisis peran sosial yang lebih luas. Fenomena ini memicu gangguan psikologis seperti stres, kecemasan, hingga depresi, yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari perubahan struktural dalam masyarakat modern. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan multidisipliner dan kolaboratif dalam mengatasi krisis peran sosial, termasuk peran negara, komunitas, dan institusi sosial untuk menciptakan sistem yang lebih inklusif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of industrialization on social mobility in rural communities in Alla District, Enrekang Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that industrialization has a significant impact on social mobility in society, especially in terms of employment and social status.

Abstract

Perkembangan sains dan pengetahuan pada prinsip-prinsip mendasar atas pengetahuan adalah bukan hanya output yang diharapkan tetapi “setting paradigm” menjadi tolok ukur untuk merespon perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Menurut Thomas Kuhn (1974) dalam satu bukunya yang berjudul “The structure of scientific revolution” memberikan dua pola perkembangan yakni; eksat sains bersifat statis dan berkembang secara evolusioner. Sementara social sains bersifat revolusioner dan berkembang secara dinamis. Teori-teori sosial berkembang dengan terus-menerus dari waktu ke waktu. Sehingga tidak mengherankan kalau kemudian perkembangan sains dan pengetahuan manusia demikian cepat dan agresif. Di berbagai negara atau tempat (Habitus menurut istilah Pierre Bourdieu) menjadi penting untuk me-maping perkembangan sains. Dan era revolusi industri sosial di berbagai negara juga sebagai penanda pergeseran peradaban ummat manusia akibat perkembangan sains dan penegtahuan manusia. Dan revolusi industri menjadi embrional bergesernya peran-peran manusia di dalam mengaksentuasikan prinsip-prinsip ilmu pengetahuan yang saat ini kita kenal dengan Smart Society 5.0 yakni suatu konsep masyarakat yang berpusat pada manusia dan mengintegrasikan pada tehnologi canggih untuk mengatasi tantangan sosial dan meningatkan kualitas hidup. Konsep ini sangat menenkankan pada kolaborasi antara manusia dengan tehnologi secara efektif, kreatif dan inovatif. Karena itu pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam mempersiapkan masyarakat untuk memasuki era Society 5.0 dengan berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan digital, pemikiran kritis, kreativitas dan kolaboratif.Kata Kunci : Strategis, Pendidikan, teknologi & smart society AbstractIn the development of science and knowledge on the basic principles of knowledge is not only the expected output but “paradigm setting” becomes a benchmark for responding to the development of science. According to Thomas Kuhn (1974) in one of his books entitled “The structure of scientific revolution” provides two patterns of development, namely; exact science is static and develops evolutionarily. While social science is revolutionary and develops dynamically. Social theories develop continuously from time to time. So it is not surprising that the development of science and human knowledge is so fast and aggressive. In various countries or places (Habitus according to Pierre Bourdieu's term) it is important to map the development of science. And the era of the social industrial revolution in various countries is also a marker of the shift in human civilization due to the development of science and human knowledge. And the industrial revolution became the embryonic shift in human roles in accentuating the principles of science that we currently know as Smart Society 5.0, namely a concept of a human-centered society and integrating advanced technology to overcome social challenges and improve the quality of life. This concept emphasizes collaboration between humans and technology effectively, creatively and innovatively. Therefore, education plays an important role in preparing society to enter the Society 5.0 era by focusing on developing digital skills, critical thinking, creativity and collaboration.Keywords: Strategic, Education, Technology & Smart Society
