Abstract

In a world driven by advances in technology, society uses technology more than ever to help support them in many ways. A few of the common ones are to have a business with information systems offline to help achieve their business goals and to have a website so that their business would have a presence online and can be reached globally by the international audience. With every aspect of modern technology, be it offline or online, the user interface and user experience plays a critical role in how the new technology can be usable and adaptable by users of the businesses, and their customers. In the online space, the user experience should be perfected in order to make the website more valuable, accessible, usable, desirable, trustable, and credible to help the user feel more comfortable using the website. This journal will cover how Google analytics can be used to optimize the user experience (UX) to increase the conversion of a website. In order to analyze & enhance the UI and UX of a website, one needs to use both a heuristic approach or known as the rule of thumb approach coupled with a data analysis/data-driven approach. For the data analysis approach to work we would need to sample user traffic data of the website, and identify behavior trends, findings and make conclusions. There are many ways to attract user traffic to a website. Email channel, direct, organic social, organic search, and paid search and paid social are just a few of those many ways. The fastest way out of these options would be to attack traffic via ads placements or paid search ads and paid social ads which can used as a source of the traffic for the data analyses to function. that will be covered in this study. Once traffic is available, Google Analytics can be used to analyze traffic in order to improve the user experience of the website. This journal has proven that google analytics can help the business to optimize the UX of our website. The goal of this business is to get the user to click the WhatsApp button and communicate with the owner. We get 11 users that click the WhatsApp button in January which is before the website UX is upgraded, 16 users in February when the new version design is launch, and the new one in March which has 25 users to click the WhatsApp button on website. This have been proven that the conversion rate of user clicking WhatsApp button is after the UX design have been launch is higher than before the website used the UX design.

Abstract

Buah Jeruk Siam Kintamani merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan yang memiliki variasi kualitas rasa yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu alat yang dapat membantu pengguna dan calon konsumen, dalam mengenali kualitas rasa buah dengan cepat dan akurat. Metode GLCM digunakan untuk mengekstraksi fitur tekstur dari citra buah Jeruk Siam Kintamani, sementara algoritma K-NN akan memproses fitur-fitur tersebut untuk mengklasifikasikan kualitas rasa buah. Pendekatan UCD diterapkan dalam pengembangan aplikasi untuk memastikan bahwa antarmuka pengguna dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna akhir. Pengujian usability testing dan uji akurasi algoritma Gray Level Co – Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) dan K – Nearest Neighborts (KNN) dilakukan, dengan memanfaatkan hasil pengujian usability, serta akurasi algoritma pengenalan kualitas rasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki hasil tingkat usability sangat baik, dalam masing – masing aspek yang di uji, yaitu aspek learnability sebesar 80%, efficiency 83%, hasil nilai skor system usability scale (SUS) sebesar 86,3%, dan error defective rate sebesar 14% kemudian dikatakan valid serta reliabel, serta sudah baik dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna aplikasi ini.

Abstract

Today, vehicles are a major need for humans, especially motorcycles. In Indonesia alone the numberof motorcycle population is more than other types of vehicles. The use of motorbikes is consideredmore effective because of low operational costs, economical fuel consumption and moreenvironmentally friendly, and a wider range of mobility due to their not too large size and easy use.Because of this, various brands of industrial companies are circulating in the market, so that it is difficultfor people to choose a motorbike. To realize this, a research entitled Motorcycle Information SystemUsing the User Centered Design Method was carried out. In this study, the researcher will later add arecommendation feature to the built website, this feature will later compare in terms of a smaller valuethan the variable inputted by the user, to run this feature, the researcher adds a selection sort algorithmas an algorithm for comparing values between variables.This study aims to design a website-based user interface and user experience. Where it is, proportionalto the increase in the number of purchases of existing motorcycles. The website that has been madewas tested on the General Public and Informatics Students with a total of 20 respondents. To find outthe level of satisfaction of respondents in using the motorcycle recommendation website, usabilitytesting was carried out using the system usability scale method. This method measures the usability ofa computer system according to the user's subjective point of view by filling out a Likert-scalequestionnaire. The website that has been made is tested on the General Public and InformaticsStudents. Abstract

The rapid competition in the business world due to the Era of Revolution 4.0 has resulted in the need for the business world to maintain competitiveness in front of consumers. Expanding the market by establishing a presence in easily accessible locations such as modern shopping centers is one way to achieve this. Choosing the best location among the many modern shopping centers in Bali for opening an outlet is a challenge for business people, who in this research only used case studies in Bali Province of 16 Modern Shopping Centers. The aim of this research is to develop a web-based decision support system to facilitate the location selection process for business actors. This research will utilize the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method for decision making regarding outlet selection in modern shopping centers. The development of a web-based decision support system enables businesses to effectively select the most suitable locations within modern shopping centers to open new outlets, thereby maximizing their market presence. This system will help businesses make decisions on selecting locations for modern shopping centers in Bali Province.

Abstract

Music is inseparable from everyday life, and its demand continues to increase with technological advancements. Amateur music producers are increasingly using digital equipment such as MIDI controllers to create music independently. However, MIDI controllers generally come with a high price tag, and not all musicians have the ability to play the piano or keyboard. This research develops a method for converting sound into MIDI format using the Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) and analyzes the accuracy of pitch detection and the reliability of the generated information. Audio recordings from various musical instruments and human voices are used as input in a web-based system. The STFT method is applied to the audio signal to identify and convert pitches into MIDI notations. The analysis results show that the STFT method is capable of producing adequate accuracy in pitch detection, reaching 24.216621%.Factors such as audio quality, STFT parameters, and threshold settings significantly influence the conversion results. Using good audio quality, selecting appropriate STFT parameters, and optimizing the threshold settings can improve pitch detection accuracy.

Abstract

Digital advancements have change information-seeking behaviors, particularly in health inquiries for the people. The Alodokter website's "Tanya Dokter" feature facilitates an easy connections with medical experts to ask question regarding health. The posed questions tend to mirror evolving health trends and public misunderstandings regarding health issues. Manual analysis of data in “Tanya Dokter” features proves challenging, prompting the use of Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling. This research categorizes Alodokter topics, unveiling common health issues. The optimal model reveals 8 clusters with diverse topic distributions. Validation metrics using coherence score with 0.258481 as the highest value affirm the model's efficacy. Optimal outcomes stem from combination of parameter such as 8 topics, alpha 0.02, and beta 0.02. This study may offers Alodokter and healthcare providers an informed perspective on an accessible approach to categorize health questions effectively using Topic Modelling Latent Dirichlet Allocation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Along with the development of technology, the use of mobile devices as a companion in carrying out daily activities has greatly facilitated mankind. This study aims to design an android-based Bible application, this application aims to make it easier for users to access the Bible on a smartphone device. In this Bible application, it consists of chapters that, when touched with a finger, will contain the entire contents of the chapter you want to read. This is because some phones already have more functions and capabilities than just basic functions. Android as an operating system that can be embedded on mobile devices has the ability to be able to install applications needed by application users. Seeing these considerations, the author wants to build an android-based mobile application. The expected results of this study are an android-based Bible application that applies language translation (TB), a language that is easier for users to understand. Keywords : Android, Bible.

Abstract

The number of existing anime is increasingly varied and more in line with the increasing number of enthusiasts. The surge in anime series among anime enthusiasts has become an obstacle to finding anime that matches their taste. This underlies the writer to create an anime recommendation system using User-Based Collaborative Filtering method. The research process consisted of several stages, namely data collection from the Kaggle website with 3 pieces of data uploaded, namely in the .csv format. Determination of users who have a correlation, using the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient method. Calculation of predictions using a weighted sum algorithm. The final stage is the implementation of the recommendations and evaluation of the recommendation system used to calculate the level of collaborative filtering using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE).. This research has output in the form of a website which has several components, namely Home Page, Login-Register, Search, Recommend, Result Page, Single View and Rating. Testing on the system uses MAE calculations which are carried out on 50 users with the most rating history. The results from the test show that the percentage of error obtained is 15.8% and the prediction accuracy results obtained are 84.12%. The smallest MAE value of the 50 profiles is 0.894933222 by Archaeon and the highest MAE value is 3.572438553 by Krunchyman.

Abstract

PT Sadhana Adiwidya Bhuana is a company engaged in business and management consulting services which still applies manual methods in giving employee salary bonuses. To develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight criteria. There are eight criteria used in employee assessment, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Data Analysis, Critical Thinking, Creative and Innovative, Communication, Cooperation, Attitude, and Attendance. Then the award is given in four forms, namely less, sufficient, good, and very good, with scores of 1, 2, 3, and 4. The results of the weighting of the criteria with the AHP method obtained key performance indicators (KPI) scores 0.330, data analysis score 0.183, critical thinking score 0.125, creative and innovative score 0.119, communication score 0.111, cooperation score 0.063, attitude score 0.034, and attendance score 0.031. The weight will be a reference in calculating the performance score of the employee who will determine the bonus salary. This system has been tested using blackbox testing, with the test results being appropriate.

Abstract

Berkembangnya internet membuat majunya era teknologi digitalisasi, dimana hampir seluruh sektor kini dapat diakses secara digital, termasuk pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah Universitas Udayana yang memiliki LMS bernama Online Academic Service for Elearning (OASE) yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di lingkungan Universitas Udayana. Namun perkembangan ini diikuti oleh potensi ancaman, dengan terwujudnya digitalisasi yang berarti hal tersebut dapat diakses oleh siapa saja, termasuk orang yang merusak suatu sistem. Salah satu jenis serangan yang banyak ditemukan adalah Cross Site Scripting (XSS). Untuk memastikan keamanan LMS OASE milik Universitas Udayana, perlu dilakukan Analisis Kerentanan terutama pada serangan XSS yang dilakukan dengan uji penetrasi menggunakan metode OWASP. Dari hasil pengujian ditemukan bahwa meskipun OASE memiliki beberapa potensi celah kerentanan, namun hanya satu fitur saja yang dikonfirmasi memiliki kerentanan, sedangkan fitur lainnya berhasil diproteksi dengan adanya fungsi filtering serta kontrol pada eksekusi script dari pengguna.
