Abstract

This study highlights the importance of examining the tragic and romantic expressions of Dasamuka, the antagonist character in Ramayana paintings, as a reflection of Indonesian culture from a contemporary perspective. These artworks serve as a means to understand the complexity of human nature within the context of Indonesia’s rich historical and cultural heritage. The research employs an indirect method with specific stages, including material selection, visual sketches of Dasamuka, choosing object interactions, and selecting narrative backdrops with glimpses of tragic stage elements, expressive movements, lighting techniques, and finishing touches. The result is a painting that portrays the tragic and romantic expressions of Dasamuka, honing the artist’s ability to create unique and expressive works while preserving Indonesian cultural values. By placing the antagonist character at the center of discussion, this Ramayana painting offers a new dimension to the classic tale and invites the audience to realize that each character has their own story and reasons. Through this artwork, Indonesian society, especially the younger generation, is reminded of the importance of preserving cultural identity and local wisdom values. Moreover, this artwork serves as a means to strengthen and preserve Indonesia’s cultural identity amidst the rapid waves of globalization. Keywords: Dasamuka, Ramayana, paintings, Indonesian culture. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Kajian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengkaji ekspresi tragis dan romantis Dasamuka, tokoh antagonis lukisan Ramayana, sebagai cerminan budaya Indonesia dari perspektif kontemporer. Karya seni ini merupakan cara untuk memahami kompleksitas sifat manusia dalam konteks sejarah dan budaya Indonesia yang kaya akan warisan tradisi.Metode penelitian adalah metode tidak langsung dengan langkah-langkah pemilihan material, sketsa visual Dasamuka, interaksi objek dan pemilihan tetap naratif dengan kilasan tragedi panggung, gerakan ekspresif, teknik lighting dan finishing. Hasilnya adalah lukisan yang menghadirkan ekspresi tragis dan romantis Dasamuka, mengasah kemampuan seniman dalam menciptakan lukisan yang unik dan ekspresif, serta melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya Indonesia. Dengan menjadikan tokoh antagonis sebagai pusat perbincangan, lukisan Ramayana ini menawarkan dimensi baru pada cerita klasik dan mengajak penonton untuk menyadari bahwa setiap tokoh memiliki cerita dan alasannya masing-masing. Melalui karya seni ini, masyarakat Indonesia khususnya generasi muda diingatkan akan pentingnya menjaga identitas budaya dan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Selain itu, karya seni ini menjadi sarana untuk memperkuat dan melestarikan identitas budaya Indonesia di tengah derasnya arus globalisasi. Abstract

Absorption of SMK graduates in the world of work is said to still beproblem crucia lTeFa learning at SMK Negeri 1 Garut by producing products/services resulting from student learning and the use of products/services by the community. Competence  in Accounting and Financial Institutions (AKL) of SMK Negeri I Garut is still transforming towards the implementation of TeFa learning. The research methodology used includes a population consisting of students involved in TeFa, TeFa administrators, and educators. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations and focus group discussions; and this research is a descriptive study using the SWOT analysis method and risk management review on the TeFa component. The results of the study indicate that the development TeFa learning uses a strength-opportunity of approach with moderate risk analysis results. The implication of implementing the (Strength-Opportunity) strategy is to accelerate the implementation of TeFa learning and have the impact of producing according to market

Abstract

AbstraksiPondok Pesantren sebagai organisasi nirlaba memiliki kewajiban untuk melaporkan pembukuan keuangannya demi mencapai akuntabilitas publik yang baik. Namun, berdasar pengamatan, masih sangat sedikit pondok pesantren yang sudah mencatat dan membukukan transaksi keuangannya. Hal ini dikarenakan kemampuan dan jumlah staf administrasi yang tidak memadai, juga tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat dan donatur yang tinggi kepada sosok kyai yang memimpin pondok pesantren, sehingga tidak menjadi tuntutan untuk membuat laporan pertanggungjawaban kepada stakeholder. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengakuan, pengukuran, dan penyajian laporan keuangan pesantren terhadap akuntabilitas publik. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 66 pondok pesantren di Kota Bogor yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak pondok pesantren di Kota Bogor yang tidak paham bagaimana cara mengakui, mengukur, dan menyajikan laporan keuangan dengan baik, sehingga tidak adanya pelaporan kepada stakeholder. Dengan ini peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara pengukuran dan penyajian laporan keuangan pesantren terhadap akuntabilitas publik. Namun, pengakuan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas publik. Sedangkan pengakuan, pengukuran, dan penyajian laporan keuangan pesantren secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas publik.AbstractIslamic boarding school as a non-profit organizations have obligations to report their financial books to achieve a good public accountability. However, based on the results of previous research, there are still very few Islamic boarding schools that have recorded their financial transactions. This is due to inadequate capacity and number of administrative staff, also a high level of public trust in the figure of kyai who leads the boarding school, so there is no demand to make an accountability report. The purposes in this research is to discover the effect of recognition of measurement and presentation of Islamic boarding school financial statements on public accountability. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to 66 Islamic boarding schools in Bogor City which were used as research samples. The results of this study indicate that there are still many Islamic boarding schools in Bogor City that do not understand how to properly recognize, measure, and present financial reports, so that there is no reporting to stakeholders. The researcher hereby concludes that there is a significantly influential between measurement and presentation of Islamic boarding schools' financial statements on public accountability. However, that there is no significantly influential of recognition of Islamic boarding schools' financial statements on public accountability. Whereas recognition, measurement, and presentation of Islamic boarding schools' financial statements simultaneously is significantly influential on public accountability.

Abstract

ABSTRACTWriting the history of the development of modern Indonesian painting from thematic point of viewstill refers to importance events that compose the mainstream of contemporary art trends in Indonesiainfluenced by the West. While events that are no less important relating to the emergence of aesthetictendencies related to religion have been marginalized, especially in modern art with Islamic breath becomeimportant part in the history of the development of modern Indonesian painting, aesthetic approach toanalyze the visual elements present in the painting. The result of this study the development of modernIslamic art in Bandung shows that there are 4 period of development, the 70s, the 80s, the 90s, and 2000s.This division of time is based on thematic tendencies that emerge and became the main tendencies at eachtime.Keywords: Painting, modern, Islam, BandungABSTRAKPenulisan sejarah perkembangan seni lukis modern Indonesia dari sudut pandang tematik hinggasaat ini masih mengacu pada peristiwa penting yang menggubah arus utama kecenderunganseni rupa kontemporer di Indonesia yang dipengaruhi Barat. Sementara peristiwa yang tidakkalah penting berkaitan dengan munculnya kecenderungan estetik yang berkaitan denganagama menjadi terpinggirkan, khususnya dalam seni lukis modern bernafaskan Islam. Halitu yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar perkembanganseni lukis modern bernafaskan Islam menjadi bagian penting dalam sejarah perkembanganseni lukis modern Indonesia khususnya di kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodesejarah visual yang tentu melibatkan pendekatan estetik untuk menganalisis unsur-unsurrupa yang hadir dalam lukisan. Hasil dari penelitian ini perkembangan seni lukis modernbernafaskan Islam di kota Bandung secara tematik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 periodeperkembangan, yaitu masa tahun 70-an, masa perkembangan di tahun 80-an, di tahun 90-andan tahun 2000-an. Pembagian masa ini berdasarkan kecenderungan tematik yang muncul danmenjadi kecenderungan utama pada tiap masa.Kata Kunci: Seni lukis, modern, Islam, Bandung

Abstract

Seni lukis Tiongkok merupakan salah satu kesenian yang berkembang di Asia dan juga merupakan cikal bakal dari gaya-gaya modern saat ini, dimulai dari dinasti Song yang memperkenalkan seni lukis Shui Mo yang berlandaskan pada pemahaman terhadap nilai Tao yang dianut oleh masyarakat Tiongkok dan berkembang pesat hingga dinasti Tang hingga pada akhirnya muncul nilai dan prinsip canon yang merupakan 6 prinsip yang dipegang teguh oleh seniman Tiongkok yang di cetuskan oleh Hsien Ho. Seni lukis Tongkok yang berkembang menjadi Gongbi Hua gaya yang mengedepankan detail dan Xieyi gaya yang cenderung ekspresif dengan penggunaan teknik kuas, berkembangnya seni lukis Tiongkok terjadi juga di Indonesia seperti Lee Man Fong, Lim Wasin, Chiang Yu Tie hingga Chusin Setiadikara yang memiliki darah keturunan Tiongkok memperkenalkan gaya Lukis Tiongkok dengan mengangkat tema budaya indonesia yang memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang berlandaskan pada 6 Prinsip seni lukis Tiongkok. Abstract

The research conducted has the main objective of understanding how this social organisation contributes to the preservation and development of disability art, as well as identifying and analysing what strategies are used by Studio Tab Space in preserving and uplifting disability art. The researcher will also document the various initiatives taken by Studio Tab Space located in Bandung in order to maintain and develop the artistic heritage created by individuals with disabilities. Through a qualitative case study with an ethnographic approach, the researcher conducted a series of participatory observations and in-depth interviews with members of the social organisation, as well as collecting valuable data from documentation of activities. The results showed that Studio Tab Space Bandung has successfully created a space for disabled artists to express themselves and develop their skills. They use various strategies, such as training, performance, and collaboration with other non-disabled artists. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of art by highlighting the importance of disability art preservation and the role of social organisations in this process.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of accounting information systems on internal control at PT Perfect Circle Engineering. With the aim of knowing how the payroll accounting information system is used and how internal control of employee salary payments is affected by it. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, primary data collection using observation methods and distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT Perfect Circle Engineering as many as 45 people, and as many as 30 people became samples in this study, all of which were returned to researchers. This study uses data quality test analysis, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and uses the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 23 program. The results of the author's research indicate that the implementation of the payroll accounting information system has been carried out properly in accordance with the procedure. and the system that has been used has a significant effect on how effective internal control of employee salary payments is.

Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai identitas dan eksistensi pada kolektif Seni Rupa yang memiliki fokus terhadap medium Seni Grafis di era yang segalanya sudah serba canggih. Era teknologi atau yang sering kita dengar dengan nama lain era digital. Kini, sudah merambah kedalam segala aspek, baik itu smartphone, komputer, informasi, pendidikan, ekonomi. Namun, dikesempatan kali ini penelitian akan memfokuskan pembahasan terkait pandangan para penggiat seni grafis khususnya yang berkolektif atas dampak dan pengaruh digitalisasi, dengan adanya digitalisasi seperti saat ini apakah memberikan keuntungan dan peluang untuk mereka atau malah sebaliknya. Karena pada dasarnya seni grafis ini selain untuk membuat karya seni juga memiliki banyak tujuannya. Contohnya; membuat poster, periklanan, majalah, surat kabar dan media cetak lainnya untuk memvisualkan sebuah berita dan informasi yang dicetak secara manua. Oleh karena itu, dalam upaya mendalami pandangan mereka, studi ini akan memakai metode penelitian kualitatif wawancara dengan anggota kolektif seni Grafis Huru Hara. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang peran digitalisasi dalam dunia seni grafis. Kata Kunci: Seni Grafis, Digitalisasi, Kolektif Seni Abstract This study aims to explore the identity and existence of a Fine Art collective that focuses on the medium of Graphic Arts in an era where everything is sophisticated. The era of technology or what we often hear by another name is the digital era. Now, it has penetrated into all aspects, be it smartphones, computers, information, education, economy. However, on this occasion the research will focus on the discussion related to the views of graphic arts activists, especially those who collectively on the impact and influence of digitalization, with the existence of digitalization as it is today whether it provides benefits and opportunities for them or vice versa. Because basically this graphic art in addition to making art also has many purposes. For example; making posters, advertising, magazines, newspapers and other print media to visualize news and information that is printed manually. Therefore, in an effort to explore their views, this study will use a qualitative research method of interviews with members of the Huru Hara Graphic Arts Collective. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper insight into the role of digitization in the world of graphic arts. Keywords: Graphic Art, Digitalization, Art Collective
