Abstract

AbstrakBalai Besar Teknologi Pencegahan Pencemaran Industri (BBTPPI) Semarang merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang bergerak dalam penanganan limbah industri. Dalam melakukan pengajuan syarat sertifikasi dan penujukan tim survei untuk melakukan sertifikasi terkadang terkendala dengan pembagian dalam menentukan tim survei (auditor) yang belum terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi. Perencanaan enterprise architecture (EA) digunakan untuk menunjang dari proses bisnis dalam melakukan pengajuan sertifikasi dan melakukan sertifikasi, kemudian dibuatlah perencanaan strategis arsitektur yang berbasis SI guna memudahkan dalam menyeleksi tim auditor yang ditunjuk. Perencanaan Sistem Informasi Sertifikasi (SIS) dengan menggunakan framework The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) yang memilki komponen utama seperti Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Bussiness Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solution, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance dan Architecture Change Management. Dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ada dan dapat menghasilkan cetak biru (blueprint) TI guna menghasilkan SI yang teritegrasi dan juga dapat digunakan untuk bahan penelitian selanjutnya.Kata Kunci: enterprise architecture, framework, the open group architecture framework architecture development method, preliminary, architecture vision, bussiness architecture, information system architecture,technology architecture, opportunities and solution, migration planning, implementation governance, architecture change management, blueprintAbstractBalai Besar Teknologi Pencegahan Pencemaran Industri (BBTPPI) Semarang is a government agency engaged in the waste industry. In conducting the submission of certification requirements and the survey team's appointment to certify punctuality with comparatively non-computerized and integrated comparative. Enterprise architecture planning is used to support certification process, then strategic planning is based on system information to facilitate in selecting the appointed auditor team. Certification Information System planning (SIS) using the Open Group Architecture Architecture (TOGAF ADM) Architecture Development Method framework that has key components such as Introduction, Vision Architecture, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, Migration Planning, Governance Implementation and Architectural Change Management. Abstract

Quality evaluation of the local government is the basic concept of this paper. Webqual is one of website quality measurement methods based on user preceptions. According to the data analysis we have correlation koefisien number, R Square, is 0,998. This shows that three dimensionals Webqual are contributing 99,8% for the website quality level and the rest, 0,02%, is contributed by another factors. From the regresion equation shows that the independen variables from the usability dimension is giving significant influence to the website quality by coeficient 1,102, information quality dimension by 1,050 and interaction quality dimension by 1,041. According to questioner results, we would like to give recommendations such as changing website appearence become more attractive, adding more accurate, clear, detail, and up date informations so that people can get faster information from another local goverment.Index Term — Regresi, Website, Webqual

Abstract

Proses pengamanan data teknik super enkripsi perlu dikaji kembali khususnya optimalisasi kunci yangberdampak pada keamanan yang dihasilkan. Beaufort cipher merupakan algoritma sederhana dan cepat dalam operasi. Panjang kunci beaufort mengikuti panjang file sehingga apabila ukuran file besar maka kunci menjadi panjang. Panjang kunci tidak selalu menghasilkan keamanan yang tinggi sehingga perlu optimasi panjang kunci menggunakan algoritma lain. Transposisi kolom digunakan untuk mengoptimasi panjang kunci pada beaufort cipher sehingga kunci menjadi lebih acak. Tujuan pengacakan ganda adalah meningkatkan keamanan data. Uji coba dilakukan pada enkripsi beaufort cipher saja dan optimasi beaufort cipher-transposisi kolom. Pengujian enkripsi menggunakan Entropy, sedangkan dekripsi menggunakan Avalanche Effect (AE) dan Bit Eror Rate (BER). Dari 30 dataset dengan ukuran file 1kb sampai 500kb, telah dihitung pula waktu pemrosesan enkripsi dan dekripsi menggunakan RAM Intel® Core ™ i5 -8400 CPU @2.80GHz (6 CPUs) 16 GB. File 500kb dapat diproses dengan waktu 0.0044 detik untuk enkripsi. Entropy, AE, BER terbaik yang diperoleh berturut-turut yaitu 7.8665, 56% dan 0. Pengujian menggunaan tool sofware PDF Password Remover dan membuktikan bahwa aplikasi tidak bisa membaca file pdf yang teracak karena proses enkripsi.

Abstract

Agriculture is a source of income for the country. One of the most promising agricultural commodities is shallots. Shallots are always found in every traditional market, traditional markets are one of the connecting places between buyers and sellers of shallots to carry out buying and selling activities of shallots. Onion buying and selling activities carried out in traditional markets are still conventional in this case, such as payment processing activities that still use cash, then in traditional markets the price of shallots is still not fixed, aka buyers can still haggle, so these two things are quite time-consuming and personnel in business process activities of shallot sales transactions. For this reason, here the author has the goal of doing business process reengineering to make the business process of buying and selling shallots in traditional markets more effective and efficient. By using the business process reengineering method, shallot transaction activities can be carried out using an e-commerce system, where the aim of this e-commerce system is to produce faster times for shallot transaction activities, process trimming, and reduce human resources in previous business process activities. as well as reducing costs. Thus, it is hoped that e-commerce can make the business process of buying and selling shallots between consumers and shallot traders more effective and efficient.

Sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) yang mampu menyediakan lulusan sebagai sumber daya manusia yang siap kerja yang memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan program keahlian multimedia, menerapkan metode pembelajaran SCL (Student Center Learning) sesuai standar SKKNI. Abstract

One of the many problems faced by a university is the potential for students to drop out. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system to map students who are threatened with dropping out and then solve the problems that these students have. The purpose of the development of this Academic Advisor System web application is to create an Academic Advisor System web in guiding students who are indicated to have problems and require guidance. The method used is experimental with the Agile Method approach. The final result of the development of the Academic Advisor System web application facilitates all mentoring processes starting from the student search stage, the appointment of academic supervisors, scheduling mentoring, implementing mentoring, to reporting mentoring. The conclusion of this research is that the academic advising system web that has been created has the opportunity to reduce the dropout rate of students with ease and efficiency in using the web.

Abstract

Arwana fish (Scleropages formosus) is categorized as protected wild animal. This fish hasexclusive and beautiful appearance and it is used as prestigious symbol, pride and lucky charm.This research was conducted at PT. Sumatera Aquaprima Buana in Muara Fajar, Rumbai,Pekanbaru, from October until December 2008. The result showed that the production ofArwana fish in 1 period (3 months) produced 1.927 fish with various selling prince with theearning of Rp. 732.260.000, and the net earning was Rp. 420.171.683,33 by RCR 2,35. It isefficient because the RCR is more than 1 so this business is a prospective one. SWOT Analysisresulted in three priorities: 1) Minimize net-operating cost for fish meal by producing own fishmeal, 2) Expand the market share by expanding marketing network. 3) Join exhibition tostimulate local or domestic consumers.

Abstract

Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning the Creative Economy is further regulated and specifically Government Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning the Creative Economy. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of Intellectual Property as credit collateral in the form of fiduciary guarantees and to determine the economic value of an Intellectual Property Certificate which is used as financing collateral. This research is normative legal research, namely doctrinal legal research with a statutory approach, conceptual approach, comparative law approach. This research uses primary data and secondary data obtained through document study and interviews. The data is processed by analyzing techniques using qualitative methods. The results of this research show that some IPRs have different time periods and are limited in obtaining ownership. Intellectual Property in other forms can be the object of debt collateral such as Articles and Explanations 7, 8 and 9 of Government Number 24 of 2022 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning the Creative Economy. This research determines that Intellectual Property that can be used as the subject of debt collateral must meet two requirements based on the description in the discussion of Article 10 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning the Creative Economy. First, the intellectual property must be and has been registered or registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Second, goods with intellectual property that are managed independently or licensed to other parties based on agreements.

Abstract

The method used in community service is the interview method for collecting primary data and the lecture method in explaining the cost of goods sold. To start a business, you need skills and mature planning, so that the business you run can be in accordance with your wishes in the future. Based on the the cost of goods sold calculations carried out, it can be concluded that the the cost of goods sold for 2023 is 26,558,962.50

Abstract

Noni fruit is included in exported food commodities in Indonesia. The size of noni fruit, based on human vision, generally has varied shapes with distinctive textures and various patterns, so that the process of filtering fruit based on color and shape can be done in large quantities. In this study, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) has been implemented as a classification algorithm because it has advantages in classifying images and is resistant to noise. Noni imagery is a personal image taken from a noni garden in the morning and undergoes a background subtraction process. The imagery quality improvement technique uses the Hue Saturation Value (HSV) color feature and the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) characteristic feature. KNN accuracy without features is lower than using HSV and GLCM features. From the experimental results, the highest accuracy was obtained using HSV-GLCM at K is 1 and d is 1, namely 95%, while the lowest accuracy was 55% using KNN only at K is 5 and d is 8.
