Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered a transformation in online learning, requiring teachers and lecturers to adapt to educational technology, including Virtual Reality (VR) Tour. However, limited understanding and motivation are the main challenges in implementing this technology. This community service aims to provide practical training in developing VR Tour as an interactive learning media for teachers and lecturers at Rumah Diklat Indonesia. The implementation method involves an online workshop using the Zoom application, which includes a tutorial on creating 360° panoramic photos via Google Street View and processing VR Tour via the Theasys.io platform. Participants also receive technical guidance and hands-on practice sessions. The results show that participants are able to produce VR Tour content for learning, as well as improve their understanding of technology integration in education. This training equips participants with basic skills to develop virtual learning media, expand students' learning access creatively and innovatively. In conclusion, the use of VR Tour has the potential to improve the quality of distance learning, while encouraging educators to continue to adapt to technological developments in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the comparison of labor productivity during normal working hours and overtime in the ceramic installation work of the Transit Office renovation project of the Ministry of Finance in Balikpapan City.The main issue is how the value of labor productivity differs between normal working hours and overtime, and its impact on the decline in productivity and the increase in wage costs.The research method was conducted through direct observation in the field over 10 days during normal working hours (08:00–16:00) and overtime hours (19:00–22:00), focusing on the productivity of ceramic workers using 60cmx60cm ceramic tiles.The research results show a significant difference in labor productivity between normal working hours and overtime, where productivity during overtime decreases due to fatigue, which also leads to an increase in labor wage costs.In conclusion, although overtime can accelerate project completion in the short term, the implementation of overtime hours in the long term negatively impacts productivity and cost efficiency. Therefore, proper management of overtime hours is necessary to maintain a balance between time, cost, and quality in construction projects.

Abstract

Village digitalization is one of the village government transformation strategies in providing fast, transparent, and easily accessible services to the community. Through the use of village websites, village governments strive to accelerate administrative processes, disseminate public information, and strengthen community participation. The methods used in this community service activity are participatory and collaborative. The results of the activity evaluation show that the implementation of digitalization in Sungai Baung Village has had a positive impact on the efficiency of service time, increased access to information, and community involvement in village development. However, challenges such as limited human resources, internet infrastructure, and community digital literacy are still obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, ongoing efforts are needed in training and mentoring, provision of digital facilities, and collaboration between parties to ensure the success of village digitalization as a whole.

Abstract

Pelatihan penggunaan Mendeley dan MS. Word untuk otomatisasi penulisan karya ilmiah diadakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam penulisan referensi dan format dokumen ilmiah. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 137 peserta menggunakan media zoom yang terdiri dari guru dan dosen dari Perkumpulan Profesi Multimedia dan Teknologi Informasi. Mendeley merupakan alat manajemen referensi yang membantu dalam pengorganisasian dan penyusunan kutipan secara otomatis, sementara MS. Word menyediakan fitur otomatisasi format yang mempermudah penulisan karya ilmiah sesuai dengan standar akademik. Studi yang relevan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan semacam ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan produktivitas peserta dalam penulisan ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan para peserta guru dan dosen mampu menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang lebih terstruktur dan berkualitas tinggi dalam waktu yang lebih singkat. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini menjadi langkah penting dalam mendukung profesionalisme dan kualitas publikasi ilmiah di kalangan guru dan dosen.

Abstract

CV. Berkah Cimandiri Makmur merupakan perusahaan pengiriman barang sembako dan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat Kalimantan yang melalui jalur laut dengan armada Dump truk melalui kapal laut dan sebaliknya dari kalimantan membawa barang barang hasil hutan seperti rotan, kayu serta yang lain untuk dikirim ke Semarang dengan memanfatkan Ekspedisi melalui kapal laut. Dalam pelaksanaan operasional administrasinya dibutuhkan penggunaan file yang terintegrasi yang tersimpan di perangkat apapun pada satu tempat yang aman serta sinkronisasi dan bagikan file yang tak terbatas dan fleksibel. Dengan memanfaatkan Google Drive yang memiliki fungsi antara lain dapat berbagi file, menyimpan link, membuat catatan dari Google keep, backup file, backup Chart WhatsApp, dan mengedit file merupakan solusi yang paling murah dan mudah dipahami. Tujuan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini untuk memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan para karyawan, sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan operasional perusahaan. Luaran Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini antara lain peningkatan pengetahuan dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi, Jurnal Nasional serta Dokumentasi Video dan menggunakan 3 tahap pelaksanaan yaitu tahap pretest, pengkayaan dan pendalaman materi, dan post test.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide insight and training to teachers and lecturers who are members of the Multimedia and Information Technology Professional Association (PPMULTINDO) regarding the use of the Quizizz application as a learning evaluation medium. The background of this activity is that there is a challenge for educators to continue to innovate in the digital era, but there are still obstacles in the form of a lack of introduction and insight into Quizizz, as well as the assumption that the development of technology-based evaluation media is complicated. This training was carried out online through the Zoom application with tutorial, guidance, and consultation methods. The results achieved are that the trainees gain basic understanding and skills in using Quizizz to support a more effective and interactive learning process. This activity is expected to motivate teachers and lecturers to develop technology-based evaluation media and contribute to the advancement of education in the future.

Abstract

Algoritma kriptografi merupakan sebuah seni matematis yang diimplementasikan untuk proses enkripsi dan dekripsi, medkanisme ini mengarah untuk mengenkripsi data asli menggunakan kombinasi berbeda dari kata, angka, atau ekspresi. Keamanan data terenkripsi sepenuhnya bergantung pada dua aspek penting, yaitu : kerahasiaan kunci dan kekuatan algoritma kriptografi. Teori chaos digunakan untuk memanggil bilangan secara acak, sehingga sifat dari gambar seperti redudansi data atau tingkat korelasi tinggi, hubungan antara nilai piksel dan biasanya berukuran besar akan diproses sehingga menghasilkan enkripsi menjadi kecil serta semakin acak bilangan yang dimunculkan semakin baik pula keamanannya. Macam-macam metode pada teori ini antara lain :  Henon Map, Logistic Map, Arnold’s Cat Map, Duffing Map, Tent Map, Beta Map dan sebagainya. Pada penilitian ini akan menggunakan dua metode yaitu Arnold’s Cat Map dan Henon Map untuk proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Serta untuk menutupi kekurangan Henon Map jika citra awalnya homogen, citra hasil enkripsinya akan sama dengan data awal, maka pada penelitian ini akan di klasifikasikan menjadi citra homogen dan heterogen dengan ekstraksi ciri orde 1 menggunakan standar deviasi dan nilai mean.

Abstract

This numerical analysis study predicts the behavior of spun piles with and withoutconcrete infill under cyclic flexural loading and constant axial load. A fibersection using STKO pre- and post-processor for the OpenSEES program wasemployed. Spun piles were modeled using displacement-based beam-columnelements with distributed plasticity and cyclic loading procedures withdisplacement control. The numerical method proposed for this research wasverified by comparing it to reliable experimental results.

Abstract

This paper describes the results of a study carried out experimentally on the determination of the moment strength ofspun pile piles. The methods used are visual observation, load-displacement curve evaluation, and tensile strain analysis. Theexperimental results show that a load of data taken is delayed between 3 and 9 % compared to the results based on loaddisplacement curve. Analysis results from the load-deflection curve is similar to the tensile strain reading in the PC bar. Atcrack, there exist a sudden jump in the tensile strain of the PC bar where at the same time the stiffness of the load-deflectioncurve was changed.

Abstract

 Employee organizational commitment at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Jambi City refers to the level of psychological attachment, loyalty, and willingness of employees to remain part of the organization and contribute optimally to achieving institutional goals. This commitment reflects the extent to which employees possess a sense of belonging, accept organizational values, and demonstrate seriousness in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as public servants. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee motivation on employee organizational commitment at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Jambi City. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire distribution to respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study indicate that, based on the t-test, organizational culture and employee motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Jambi City. In addition, based on the F-test, organizational culture and employee motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee organizational commitment at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Jambi City.
