Abstract

Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan agar setiap pelaku UMKM dan anggota Pokdarwis dan organisasi lain sejenis di Desa Kandang Sapi Kecamatan Panggung Rejo Kota Pasuruan dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik sehingga akan berpengaruh dalam perekonomian pelaku UMKM dan memberikan nilai lebih. Pengabdian ini menawarkan solusi Pelatihan Intensif Kreatifitas Digital Marketing berupa materi secara praktis, melakukan pemasaran langsung secara digital dengan dibuatkan website bisnis, media social, market place dan Pendampingan Pengembangan Branding Produk SERJAP berupa identifikasi mulai dari packing kemasan dalam, packing kemasan luar, logo, pengetahuan dan karakter untuk memasuki dunia wiraswasta. Selain itu, peserta akan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang pengembangan fisik, mental, kemandirian, dan keterampilan. Harapan sasaran memiliki motivasi, etos kerja yang tinggi, dan dapat menghasilkan karya yang unggul untuk bersaing di dunia luar. UMKM di kawasan wisata religi dapat membentuk wirausaha mandiri dan meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui :1) Pengaruh Celebrity Worship terhadap Pembelian Kompulsif merchandise Band Day6 pada Online Shop Uriharu Id; 2) Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Hedonis terhadap Pembelian Kompulsif merchandise Band Day6 pada Online Shop Uriharu Id; dan 3) Pengaruh Kecanduan Internet terhadap Pembelian Kompulsif merchandise Band Day6 pada Online Shop Uriharu Id. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan explanatory. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 110 orang pelanggan Uriharu Id. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang merupakan data penelitian berupa angka yang berasal dari kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Celebrity Worship terhadap Pembelian Kompulsif merchandise Band Day6 pada Online Shop Uriharu Id, artinya sikap pemujaan terhadap selebriti (celebrity worship) yang dimiliki pelanggan Uriharu Id yang juga merupakan penggemar band Day6 ini, dapat mendorong mereka untuk melakukan pembelian secara kompulsif dengan melakukan pembelian produk-produk terkait idola; 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Gaya Hidup Hedonis terhadap Pembelian Kompulsif merchandise Band Day6 pada Online Shop Uriharu Id, artinya Gaya Hidup Hedonis yang dimiliki oleh pelanggan Uriharu Id mempengaruhi mereka untuk melakukan pembelian barang-barang yang kurang dibutuhkan secara terus menerus hanya untuk memuaskan keinginan dan rasa senang mereka, seperti membeli merchandise band Day6 berulang kali pada online shop Uriharu Id; 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kecanduan Internet terhadap Pembelian Kompulsif merchandise Band Day6 pada Online Shop Uriharu Id, artinya Kecanduan Internet yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan Uriharu Id dapat menyebabkan mereka melakukan pembelian kompulsif terhadap suatu produk secara online, seperti pembelian merchandise Band Day6 yang dilakukan pada Online Shop Uriharu Id.

Abstract

This family business is very important for survival and influential in the country, the high unemployment rate that exists in this country makes family business one of the opportunities in creating jobs. Several studies on family businesses have noted the very significant role of family businesses in a country's economic growth. Gender roles in family companies, especially in Indonesia, are very important. In addition to gender, there are other indicators related to problems in a family business, from several articles that have been found including business strategy, communication and the role of a woman in a family business. From several articles reviewed, the majority of the research used a qualitative approach in discussing problems in family businesses. This is because in this theme detailed research is needed through interviews conducted with respondents who know and have a family business.

Abstract

There are various kinds of business applications in this country, including one of them is a business in the family. Business management education in the family is very important to ensure the survival of each family member. This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses the success of business education and management in the family. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to the success of business management education in the family, these 8 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. From several articles that have been reviewed, there are several determining factors for the success of business management education in the family including Market Assessment, Understanding Customer Satisfaction, Understanding Innovation Development, and Being Able to Find Appropriate Human Resources.

Abstract

Business education should have started from the beginning of education, one of which is at the high school level. Currently in Indonesia itself, entrepreneurship subjects are also one of the subjects that must be taken by high school students. This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses business education problems in high school students. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to business education problems in high school students, these 7 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. From several articles that have been reviewed, there are several determinants of business education problems in high school students including the influence of the school environment, community environment and lack of student knowledge and students' emotional attitudes.

Abstract

Learning media is everything that is used to convey information in learning activities. This research and development aims to produce a learning media product for the Wix web design, test the feasibility of the product, and find out the differences in learning outcomes for class X OTKP SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi by comparing pretest and posttest learning outcomes. This type of research is development research with research procedures from Borg and Gall. Validation is done to media experts and material experts who have met the criteria. The results of the assessment from the validator stated that the product was very feasible. Then small group trials were conducted with 6 students and large group trials with 18 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the analysis of learning outcomes in this research and development, uses the normality test and paired sample t-test assisted by the SPSS application. The result is that there are differences in pretest and posttest cognitive learning outcomes, namely differences before and after using the Wix web design learning media product. Media pembelajaran ialah segala jenis sesuatu guna dimanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan informasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pada penelitian serta pengembangan ini bermaksud menciptakan produk media pembelajaran web desain wix, membuktikan kelayakan produk, dan melihat perbedaan hasil belajar kelas X OTKP SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi dengan membandingkan hasil belajar pretest dan posttest. Kategori penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan yang mengarah pada desain penelitian dari Borg dan Gall. Validasi dilaksanakan pada ahli media dan ahli materi yang sudah memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penilaian dari validator menyatakan produk sangat layak. Kemudian uji coba kelas kecil dilakukan kepada siswa sebanyak enam peserta didik dan uji coba kelas besar sejumlah 18 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sedangkan analisis hasil belajar dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini, memakai uji normalitas dan paired sample t - test berbantuan aplikasi SPSS. Adapun hasilnya adalah terjadi perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif pre test dan post test, yakni ada perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah memakai produk media pembelajaran web desain wix.

Abstract

Malang memiliki banyak produk unggulan yang diproduksi oleh UMKM, mulai dari makanan, minuman bahkan sampai dengan kerajinan tangan (crafting). Mengingat semakin pesatnya perpindahan informasi melalui media digital dan pengguna digital serta berdasar dari data kualitatif dan kuantitatif diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Kabupaten Malang cukup banyak pelaku UMKM dengan berbagai permasalahannya yang belum mampu untuk melaksanakan system pemasaran menggunakan digital marketing dengan efektif. Keterampilan dalam menguasai digital marketing sangat penting diberikan kepada pelaku UMKM di Malang, karena: Pertama, mereka belum menguasi pemasaran berbasis digital dengan efektif sehingga belum memanfaatkan digital marketing secara maksimal. Kedua, tanpa memiliki kompetensi ini (penguasaan digital marketing), maka akan menyulitkan para pelaku UMKM di Malang bersaing dalam perdagangan, sehingga keterampilan ini penting diberikan terlebih dahulu kepada para pelaku UMKM di Malang sebelum melakukan pendampingan kearah yang lainnya. Adapun UMKM yang dijadikan objek pelatihan adalah UMKM Perum GPA Ngijo, Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pendampingan yang digunakan adalah teknik pendampingan terarah yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Hasil positif dan memuaskan dari pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital ini merupakan langkah awal yang dilakukan team pengabdian dalam membantu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah untuk meningkatkan frekuensi penjualan.

Abstract

Technological developments at this time have an impact on all groups to be more competent in their use. Unfortunately, the use of this technology is still used as an object of communication and consumption, does not provide economic productivity for business development. The community should be aware of and make a big contribution to poverty alleviation activities through digitalization. One of them is that the community needs to increase business knowledge through non-formal business training/education. Along with digital developments and business knowledge, it is hoped that the community will be able to improve the welfare of their families by carrying out creative economic activities. The creative economy in this study is the management of a business in making decisions and implementing them related to the allocation of limited resources among its various members by taking into account the abilities, efforts and desires of each. Even though at first the creative economy was carried out more by the community as a side job and to increase household income, in its development it has become the main source of income if done seriously. The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of digital-based non-formal business education in improving the creative economy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that digital business knowledge can improve welfare by carrying out creative economic activities. Another fact is that it has a big role in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia, especially in the context of poverty alleviation. Technological developments also have a positive impact on practical digital business opportunities. The results of this research have implications for the government and non-formal educational institutions to continue to make programs related to the digital-based creative economy, be it seminars, webinars, training or mentoring.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of Business Centers in Vocational High Schools (2) the effectiveness of the role of Business Centers as entrepreneurship learning units in Vocational High Schools, (3) Empowerment of Business Centers as a means of fostering entrepreneurial characteristics in students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the Management of Vocational High School Business Centers has an average of 3 sections. The first part is the photocopy room, used for the practical activities of students majoring in Office Administration and Sharia Banking, the second part is the production room, used for the practical activities of the marketing department, the third is the entrepreneurship room, used for students majoring in Marketing, but students majoring in Office Administration, Accounting, Banking Syariah is also actively involved in the management of the Business Center in the entrepreneurship space. (2) The role of the Business Center as an entrepreneurship learning unit in Vocational High Schools is very good as can be seen from the increasing enthusiasm of students in participating in entrepreneurship learning, with the Business Center students have a place to practice entrepreneurship theory that has been taught by the teacher. In addition, students become tenacious, creative and active in doing entrepreneurial assignments given by the teacher. (3) Empowerment of the Business Center as a means of cultivating entrepreneurial characteristics for students has gone well, it can be seen from some students, most of the students have been able to read business opportunities, and can manage sales finances. Thus it can foster the characteristics of an entrepreneurial spirit in students.

Abstract

Research objectives 1) application of character education 2) Implementation of Entrepreneurship Learning for elementary school formal education students. Character Education, especially at the Elementary School level, in entrepreneurship learning has a big challenge to be able to provide enlightenment to students through the learning process about the need for entrepreneurial behavior that is not only self-interest oriented, but economic behavior that must also be oriented to the interests of the people, through learning. entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that Entrepreneurship character education at the Elementary School level applies habituation and cultivation of several entrepreneurial values, namely the value of honesty, Discipline Value, Independent Value, Leadership Value, Creative Value. several models of entrepreneurship learning, namely market day which is routinely carried out by schools. There are 2 main activities carried out by the school in one year, the first is holding a book exhibition bazaar, and a culinary exhibition bazaar by grade 6 students at the end of each semester. Marketday is in the form of a book fair, usually schools cooperate with malls or publishers.
