Abstract

Perceived quality of a product is very important because it can be a factor in winning market competition. This study aims to determine what product attributes still need to be improved and which need to be maintained in the Teh Pucuk Harum packaged beverage product. The type of research used is mixed method. Data collection techniques using observation, surveys and interviews. As for data analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of the research show that the attributes of quality, design, and style still need to be improved and become the focus of the company. Meanwhile, price and feature attributes are considered less important by consumers, so they are not the focus of the company in its marketing strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this review is to see how technology crosses paths with human management needs. We can call it human resources (HR) technology solutions, software and hardware solutions that can automate HR processes, collect, process, and analyse data, use it to make strategic decisions, and perform HR professional work and operations with security and privacy in mind. This research method is a literature review that is carefully elaborated in the form of qualitative descriptions. The results of the study found that Digital Transformation and new technologies have started to be used in HR processes. Both HR professionals and other stakeholders have been in HR processes using these technologies. In this study, we evaluate how Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality and Metaverse, which are the current trending technologies, are used in HR management. We also emphasise on potential opportunities and new use cases.

Abstract

Masyarakat adat Kasepuhan Cipta Gelar, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Adalah masyarakat adat yang masih mempertahankan pola hidup tradisionalnya yang kaya akan kearifan lokal dalam pengelolaan tanah, pertanian, dan sumber daya air. Namun penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular perlu disempurnakan lebih lanjut, seperti prinsip repair dan recovery pada penggunaan tanah dan sistem pertanian, serta prinsip recycle pada pengolahan air. Oleh karena itu, perlu peran Perguruan Tinggi untuk memberikan penyuluhan akan pentingnya hal itu. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan ada antusias pada masyarakat Kasepuhan Cipta Gelar untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular, terutama pada pengelolaan tanah dan pertanian. Masyarakat menggunakan polikultur, pupuk organik, dan bibit turun-temurun untuk menjaga kesuburan tanah dan meminimalisir limbah pertanian. Selain itu, air dimanfaatkan secara efisien, termasuk penggunaannya sebagai sumber energi listrik melalui PLTA dengan menggunakan turbin. Sehingga kedepannya, masyarakat adat Kasepuhan Cipta Gelar dapat dijadikan contoh bagi masyarakat lain dalam menerapkan konsep ekonomi sirkular. Keberhasilan mereka dalam memanfaatkan kearifan lokal untuk mencapai keberlanjutan lingkungan dan ekonomi regional merupakan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan model ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Dunia industri bergerak menuju kompleksitas yang tak terelakkan. Dalam industri kontemporer, penggunaan teknologi digital menjadi kebutuhan yang akan membantu manusia atau pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Artikel ini akan membahas bagaimana teknologi digital digunakan untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi atau korporasi. Tulisan ini merupakan kajian literatur, yang dilakukan dengan sumber data skunder. Data tersebur bersumber dari berbagai artikel jurnal, buku, internet dan sumber lain yang relevan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital sangat mendukung untuk mempermudah pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dari berbagai aspek, dalam suatu korporasi. Teknologi digital menyelesaikan persolan SDM dalam kerangka rekrutmen, sistem penggajian, sistem pengembangan karir, sistem jaminan sosial dan Kesehatan, serta fungsi – fungsi lain yang dibutuhkan secara ideal oleh organisasi.

Abstract

Era digital telah mengubah lanskap pemasaran secara signifikan. Perkembangan teknologi, terutama internet dan media sosial, telah membuka peluang baru bagi perusahaan untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas dan berinteraksi secara real-time dengan konsumen. Artikel ini membahas konsep, strategi, dan tantangan manajemen pemasaran di era digital. Dengan metode studi literatur, artikel ini merangkum berbagai pendekatan yang digunakan perusahaan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital, pentingnya data dalam pengambilan keputusan pemasaran, serta dampak dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan strategi digital. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam bagi pelaku bisnis tentang bagaimana mengadaptasi strategi pemasaran mereka agar lebih relevan dan efektif dalam era digital.

Abstract

The article will describe how chemicals in fast food and consumer loyalty to consume in high frequency. The chemical reality of fast food is suspected to cause addiction so that on the other hand consumers will appear loyal. This research applies a systematic review to examine studies exploring customer loyalty in the context of fast-food restaurants. The systematic review was chosen as the most appropriate method because its aim is to collect, critically evaluate, integrate, and present findings from various research studies relevant to the research question or topic. The findings offer significant theoretical implications for future research in this field and practical implications for practitioners in the fast-food industry. The initial relevance of each manuscript was determined based on its title. Manuscripts that appeared to discuss customer loyalty within the fast-food industry were selected for further evaluation. This study collected comprehensive information from these selected studies, including the author, year, title, and abstract. It’s noteworthy that all references utilized in this study are derived exclusively from English-language literature. The research contributes to the existing literature by providing a comprehensive and updated summary of the antecedents and their effects, and it offers actionable insights and recommendations on how to enhance customer loyalty, thereby providing a competitive advantage in the fast-food industry.
