<![CDATA[With the increasing limited face-to-face learning methods due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a transformation process carried out in the education system. One of them is changing the new landscape of the education system at the primary, secondary, and higher education levels. The digital transformation of teachers and students is the impact of the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is qualitative research that aims to determine how learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for one year at Paramount Palembang school was. The study results illustrate that the impact of the pandemic has caused adverse effects in the world of education due to the shift from conventional methods to online methods. However, the impact of this change is not always negative. Without realizing it, education has undergone a monumental transformation that forces all parties to change and be aware of the importance of technology in life, especially in education. The journey of transformation in each region as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic is undoubtedly different. The study results show that the journey of education transformation during the one-year Covid-19 pandemic at Paramount Palembang schools shows that all teachers enjoy this change and feel the benefits. The results of this study are significant to become the basis for the transformation of the education system in schools and education in general. The following policy is how all students can enjoy education transformation by integrating learning methods into online and offline learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of school based management in proving the quality of teachers In State Senior High School No.4 OKU. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The informants as sources in this study were the principal. Deputy principal, teachers, administrative staff and guardian of students. In collecting the data the researcher used were observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the research result it can be concluded that First, the principal in State Senior High School No.4 OKU is capable of implementing school based management well. Second, there is an increase in teacher quality as seen from teacher completence. Third, school principals is able to improve teacher quality through planned and gradual programs. Fourth, the principal is able to improve the quality of the school.]]>

<![CDATA[The goal of this research is to determine the influence of the Madrasah Principal Leadership Style and Work Environment on the performance of Sekayu District State MT teachers. The analysis was carried out in the district of Negeri Sekayu MTs. This type of study is quantitative in descriptive terms. 84 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire were the sample in the analysis (questionnaire). Documentation and. The findings show that: 1) there is an effect on teacher performance of the principal's leadership style, 2) there is an impact of the working environment on teacher performance, 3) there is an influence on teacher performance between the principal's leadership style and the working environment together.]]>

<![CDATA[How much influence is the strategy for improving the quality of education through meeting education standards and education personnel. The purpose of this study is to find and describe efforts to improve education standards and education personnel in schools in terms of: planning, implementing and supervising education, influencing, directing teachers and school staff in improving the quality of education. As stated in the National Education Standards (SNP) article 1 No. 17 of Law 20/2003 on National Education System and article 3 of Government Regulation No. 19 Year 20015 that: "Where SNP functions as the basis for planning, implementation and supervision of education at the level of education to realize a national education that is of good quality and aiming at guaranteeing the quality of national education in the framework of educating the life of the State and forming a dignified national civilization ". In expressing these things the writer uses a qualitative research approach. To extract data and information from informants, the authors used participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documents in the research data collection process. The research results revealed that; in meeting education standards and education personnel can influence teachers and school management staff so that what is done is aimed at school success and achievement, in order to improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Rambang Muara Enim Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and describe the role of school principals in improving the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and ferification. The results of the study state that the role of the principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District is carried out by establishing a program to improve the quality of learning by implementing a program to improve the quality of learning into the vision and mission of the school then the principal communicates the vision and mission of the school related to standards quality of learning; and improving the quality of education through interpersonal teacher competence by encouraging teachers to improve their competence and teaching ability. The principal should improve his competence so that the role can have a maximum impact in efforts to improve the quality of education.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count > t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the role of the principal in the implementation of academic supervision, the results and obstacles of academic supervision in improving the professionalism of teachers of SMP Negeri in MuaraTelang, Banyuasin District. This research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of this research is SMP Negeri in MuaraTelangBanyuasin District. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the findings is done by observing persistence, triangulation and reference adequacy. The results of this study explain the positive and significant role of principal academic supervision in improving the professionalism of teachers of SMP Negeri in MuaraTelang District, Banyuasin. Through discussion of the implementation of academic supervision, the results of academic supervision, and the inhibiting factors for academic supervision of school principals. The results of the supervision carried out by the principal of the State Junior High School in MuaraTelangBanyuasin District were able to improve teacher professionalism in pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership and the role of the committee on teacher discipline at SMA Negeri Muara Enim . This research uses quantitative methods with correlational research type. The population was 179 teachers who were in sub-district 7 Muara Enim Regency with a sample of 124 teachers. The sampling technique is a sampling area. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple regression . The results showed that: (1) The leadership of the principal has a significant and significant effect on the discipline of SMA teachers in Muara Enim Regency (2) The role of the committee has a significant and significant effect on the discipline of teachers of SMA Negeri in Muara Enim Regency; and (3) The leadership of the principal and the role of the school committee together have an effect and are significant on the performance of SMA teachers in Muara Enim Regency.]]>
