The background of this research starts from the current state and situation in the world. The coronavirus epidemic (Covid-19) was determined as a public health emergency that is troubling the world and the virus has now spread to various countries. Today's children and youth are global citizens, powerful drivers of change and members of future generations. Every crisis that occurs is an opportunity to help them learn, the most important is the protection of children and educational facilities. The impact of this situation has had a profound influence on the world of education. In the field of education, applying technology as an online educational tool that can be accessed by students. The progress and role of technology has been so prominent that the use of media and supervision has begun to be adjusted to progress. In the field of education supervision there are still obstacles and this can be overcome by utilizing an online-based supervision program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. The results of this study indicate the supervisory competence of madrasah principals in monitoring the implementation of online learning in a covid-19 pandemic situation.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta kepada Allah dan mahlukNya pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan di TK Matahari Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menumbuhkan rasa cinta kepada Allah dan mahlukNya pada anak usia 5-6 tahun sangat baik dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan langsung dan pembiasaan yang dapat dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dan membiasakan pada anak dengan cara mengajak siswa mengerjakan sholat bersama, dan mengajak siswa untuk mengamati tumbuhan yang ada di lingkungan sekitar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of quipper school media at MTs 1 in Palembang, especially for students who attended class VII to learn mathematics was the purpose of this study. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative descriptive meth-od (mixed method). The results obtained from the implementation of this research are in terms of each indicator, it is stated that the quipper school learning media can be used in mathematics learning to optimize learning activities and it is stated that it helps improve learning outcomes. The teacher who teaches states that the quipper school learning media is effective in learning mathematics to increase the learning activity of students. The results of the observations made by the researchers stated that there was an impact on the application of quipper school learning media at MTs in Palembang, especially in Mathematics for grade VII. It was proof by the increase in the average value of student learning activeness after learning mathematics using the quipper school media.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian bersifat kuatitatifdengan jumlah populasi 147 orang siswa untuk penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan propesional random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumen dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa baik secara persial maupun simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran Seni Budaya di SMA Tanjung Raja.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji 1) pengaruh supervise akademik terhadap kinerja guru 2) pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3) pengaruh supervisi akademik dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sebagai metode penelitiannya. Pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai thitung sebesar 9,815 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,987, 2) ada pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,015 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,987, 3) ada pengaruh supervisi akademik dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai fhitung sebesar 64,652 dan nilai ftabel sebesar 3,10. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru diperlukan adanya supervisi akademik dan kompetensi profesional guru

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kecamatan Muara Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA di kecamatan Muara Padang, yang berarti hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dalam pengujian hipotesis 1 diterima; Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kecamatan Muara Padang, yang berarti hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dalam pengujian hipotesis 2 diterima; Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kecamatan Muara Padang, yang berarti hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dalam pengujian hipotesis 3 diterima.

The artilce was a correlational study which aims to determine the effect of the contribution of interpersonal communication and perceptions of the principal's leadership style on the teacher's commitment to carry out tasks. The population and research sample were public high school teachers in the city of Palembang. There were 22 public high schools in Palembang City with a total of 1,269 people. Data collection techniques were carried out in four ways, namely through observation, distributing questionnaires, and documentation, and interviews. Further data analysis was performed using the SPSS Ver computer program. The results can be concluded that the interpersonal communication variable (X1) has a significant effect on teacher commitment in carrying out the task (Y), the perception variable about the principal's leadership style (X2) has a significant effect on the teacher's commitment in carrying out the task (Y), and the interpersonal communication variable (X1) and the perception of the principal's leadership style (X2) simultaneously has a significant effect on teacher commitment in carrying out assignments (Y). This study determined the effect of principal’s leadership style and motivation on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Babat Toman District. This research used a quantitative method with the type of correlational research. The study population was 160 people. The sample was 80 people. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data collection technique was using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that (1) the principal's leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance at the State Elementary School in Babat Toman; (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance; and (3) the principal's leadership style and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance of Public Elementary Schools in Babat Toman.

This study determined the effect of managerial skills, principal leadership style, and compensation on teacher’s performance. This study used a correlation research method with an ex-post facto research design. The population in this study were all teachers in private high schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency which consist of 48 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) there was an influence between managerial skills on teacher’s performance; 2) there was an influence between the leadership style of the principal on the performance of teachers; 3) there was an influence between compensation on teacher’s performance; and 4) there was a joint influence between managerial skills, leadership style of school principals, and compensation for teacher’s performance.

This study determined the effect of the pattern of guidance and supervision of school’s principals on teacher’s performance in SD Negeri 1 Gardu Harapan, Lais, Musi Banyuasin both persially and jointly. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results of this study obtained that the pattern of guidance and supervision of the Principal significantly influence the performance of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Gardu Harapan. This research contributes that if you want to improve teacher performance, you have to improve the pattern of coaching and supervision.
