Abstract

The increasingly advanced technology gives rise to many new media that allow the development of marketing communications such as interactive television, the Internet, E-commerce, interactive telephone, and faxing. This led to changes in market segmentation, as well as the way to communicate with them. Then the cultural driving factor makes marketing communication more segmented but its reach is very broad. Certain cultures will receive communication that is appropriate to their culture. Each tool in the promotion mix has different characteristics and it is undeniable that there are still many companies that rely on one or two promotional tools to achieve their communication goals. This is in line with the marketing communication paradigm in the past which often used advertising as the "main weapon" to carry out a promotional activity, on the grounds that advertising media has a broad target audience, so that in a relatively short time the message to be conveyed by a company will be more effective. quickly reach the target audience.

Abstract

Pelatihan Up-Scaling UMKM Kabupaten Bandung yang melibatkan 21 UMKM yang terdaftar di PLUT Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Bandung menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para peserta. Evaluasi program menggunakan prosedur pre-test dan post-test yang mengungkapkan peningkatan substansial dalam beberapa aspek. Pada topik kearifan lokal, pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat dari level fair menjadi sangat baik. Hal serupa terjadi pada topik wisata halal, di mana pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat dari fair dan bad menjadi sangat baik. Selain itu, pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang keunggulan bersaing UMKM dan strategi untuk memperolehnya juga meningkat dari fair menjadi sangat baik. Hasil evaluasi ini menunjukkan perubahan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta terkait manajemen bisnis, khususnya implementasi strategi bagi UMKM. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek yang masih memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut, terutama terkait keterbatasan waktu pelatihan.

Abstract

Background –Increasing customer awareness of goods and services means that internet use has an influence in generating consumer responses. The role of the internet is to function as a communication and information medium, which can then be used as a medium for carrying out electronic commerce activities or referred to as e-commerce. Aim – This study aims to measure the level of service, trust, social psychological distance, and consumer purchase intentions for products sold on the Tiktok platform. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This study uses quantitative methods by using a questionnaire as a data collection medium with 200 respondents acting as the sample in this study. Findings – This study obtains an understanding that Information Quality and Trust have a significant and positive influence on Purchase Intention through Social Psychological Distancing on the TikTok e-commerce platform. Conclusion – Tiktok indicates that there are problems with information quality and trust which are mediated by social psychology which has the potential to influence consumer purchase intention. Research Implication – In the next study, it is expected to measure other variables, not only on information quality and trust, and can conduct research not only social psychological distancing as mediation. Limitations – This research uses a quantitative approach in obtaining data and answering problems, especially in seeing consumer buying interest

Abstract

Latar belakang pada penelitian ini adalah terlambatnya jadwal pengiriman barang masuk ke gudang dan gudang yang kurang rapi dan bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Redesign Layout Gudang Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. objek pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Gresik. Teknik analisis menggunakan observasi pada gudang penyimpanan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rancangan Layout Barang dan Etalase Di Dalam Gudang memiliki beberapa rak-rak yang berisi sparepart, peralatan penunjang PDAM, berbagai macam pipa PDAM dari yang kecil, sedang, besar, hingga pipa L, kran, meteran, rancangan layout barang dan etalase di dalam gudang didesain dengan rak-rak yang rapi dan teratur agar peralatan di PDAM dapat mudah di cari dan tidak terjadi kehilangan peralatan karena peralatan yang tidak beraturan dan berceceran, pengecatan ulang pada gudang PDAM agar memberi kesan berwarna dan tidak kumuh Kata Kunci: Redesign Layout, Gudang, Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Gresik

Abstract

Perusahaan BUMN di Indonesia yaitu PT Pos Indonesia mengembangkan produk inovatif berupa terobosan baru layanan keuangan digital bernama Pospay. Namun dalam penggunaannya ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan pengguna sebelum memakai Pospay yakni perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived risk dan trust. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keamanan, persepsi risiko dan kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh pada minat menggunakan Pospay dan seberapa besar pengaruh yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dimana peneliti menggunakan 41.596 pengguna aplikasi Pospay di Kota Surabaya sebagai populasi dan mengambil 400 responden sebagai sampel dengan perhitungan rumus slovin. Peneliti memilih metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria usia produktif yaitu 17 tahun keatas, pernah menggunakan aplikasi Pospay dan berada pada Kantor Pos Pusat Surabaya Kebonrojo saat penelitian berlangsung. Data penelitian kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0 dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada masing-masing variabel dan juga secara simultan yakni pada variabel perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived risk dan trust terhadap minat penggunaan aplikasi Pospay. Kesimpulan tersebut disebabkan karena hasil uji parsial dan simultan yang signifikan pada data penelitian. Namun, pada variabel perceived risk, peneliti menemukan adanya pengaruh positif bukan negatif seperti pada H3 penelitian. Selain itu, pengaruh yang diberikan perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived risk dan trust terhadap minat penggunaan aplikasi Pospay pada responden penelitian ini sebesar 41.5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor diluar penelitian. Kata Kunci: Minat Penggunaan; Perceived Ease Of Use; Perceived Risk; Perceived Security; Trust Abstract A state-owned enterprise in Indonesia (BUMN), PT Pos Indonesia, has developed an innovative product in the shape of a new breakthrough digital banking service called Pospay. However, before using Pospay, users consider several factors, including perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived risk, and trust. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine whether and how much-perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived risk, and trust influence the decision on intention to use. The research method used is quantitative, with researchers using 41,596 Pospay app users in Surabaya as a population and 400 respondents as a sample using Slovin's formula. The researcher used a purposive sampling method with productive age criteria of 17 years and above who had used the Pospay application and were present at the Surabaya Kebonrojo Central Post Office at the time the study was conducted. The research data were then analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 with multiple regression analysis techniques. The finding showed that there was an influence on each variable and also on the variable's perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived danger, and trust in the decision on intention to use the Pospay application. However, unlike in the H3 study, the research found a positive effect on the perceived risk variable. Moreover, the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived risk, and trust on intention to use the Pospay application was 41.5%, with the remaining amount influenced by various factors outside the research. Abstract

This research aims to study how service quality affects customer satisfaction at Bank Mega Trans Studio MallBandung Branch, with employee performance to be labeled as the intervening variable. This research also aims toprovide suggestions to Bank Mega Trans Studio Mall Bandung Branch on how to improve their service andcustomer satisfaction. In this research, case study method was used to investigate the relevant phenomenon. Datacollection was conducted through a survey using questionnaires distributed to 367 Bank Mega customers at TransStudio Mall Bandung Branch. The data was then analyzed by applying classical assumption test and path analysis.This research has a positive impact on the advancement of management science, especially in the field of marketingand customer service. In addition, the results of this research can provide valuable input for Bank Mega TransStudio Mall Bandung Branch in an effort to improve their customer service and satisfaction. From the results of thestudy, it was concluded that service quality and employee performance have a positive and significant impact oncustomer satisfaction. In addition, it was found that employee performance acts as a mediator in the relationshipbetween service quality and customer satisfaction. Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Mamasa yang prevalensinya cukup tinggi dan berdampak serius terhadap pertumbuhan fisik, perkembangan kognitif, serta produktivitas anak di masa depan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai bahaya stunting sekaligus memperkenalkan puding daun kelor sebagai alternatif pangan bergizi berbasis lokal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan (survei dan koordinasi), tahap pelaksanaan (sosialisasi bahaya stunting dengan media poster dan presentasi, serta demonstrasi pembuatan puding kelor), dan tahap evaluasi (pre-test, post-test, diskusi, dan observasi penerimaan produk). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang ditunjukkan melalui perbedaan skor pre-test dan post-test, antusiasme tinggi dalam diskusi, serta respon positif terhadap produk puding kelor yang dinilai memiliki rasa, tekstur, dan manfaat gizi yang baik. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi gizi masyarakat dan memperkenalkan inovasi pangan lokal sebagai upaya berkelanjutan dalam pencegahan stunting di wilayah pedesaan.

Abstract

Waste management is a critical factor influencing corporate sustainability , particularly in the pharmaceutical industry where production growth parallels rapid population increase . This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of waste management practices at PT Bio Farma using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method . Employing a mixed method approach with a case study design , the research identifying the environmental dimension as the most critical factor , emphasizing corporate commitment to waste management , the efficiency of waste segregation and collection systems , and the availability of recycling facilities . QFD provides a structured framework to translate stakeholders needs into technical responses , offerings strategic recommendations to enhance both operational efficiency and environmental sustainability .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the supply chain management process carried out by fishermen in their search for fish at a Fishery Port in East Java, Indonesia. In this study, the researcher directly observed the supply chain management process at the port. Additionally, the researcher analyzed how this process aligns with Islamic Sharia, ensuring that the supply chain activities are considered halal (permissible) and toyyib (wholesomeness). This study employed a qualitative case study method using the Miles and Huberman analysis technique (data reduction, data display, and data verification). The processes involved all stages from the sea and to the end of the supply chain where the catch was being sold to customers. Based on the objective of examining halal supply chain management, the researcher found that the activities performed by the fishermen at the port can be considered halal and toyyib. As this study is only focusing on upstream, future researchers could focus on the full-scale supply chain.

Abstract

Head truck activities at PT. BMC Logistics is currently experiencing the issue of fuel consumption which is considered too wasteful, therefore it is suspected that there is a theft of fuel in the fuel tank. This study aims to prove the issue of fuel loss caused by theft by calculating the average fuel consumption (liters / hour) on each head truck every day with a sample of 15 head truck units located at the transshipment depot of PT. BMC Logistics which is located on Jalan Perak Utara, Pabean Cantian, Surabaya, East Java 60165. The research uses quantitative methods by collecting data based on a daily head truck checklist data sample from July 2021 to October 2021, then an average consumption of Liters per hour is made from the initial fuel filling to the next fuel filling, then a normality test is carried out to find out whether H0 (theft did not occur) is accepted or rejected. From the results of the study it was found that the test data were normally distributed. which means that the issue of fuel theft really didn't happen.
