Abstract

Existence in banking as a fund-raising institution in the community has increased, marked by an increase in the distribution of public funds towards the banking sector. This increase also increases the risks faced by banks. Based on this, it is important for banks to implement prudential banking to maintain their health. Measuring the soundness level of a bank has been regulated based on Bank Indonesia regulations by issuing SK No. 30/11/KEP/DIR April 30, 1997 concerning procedures for assessing the soundness of a bank which contains aspects of research objectives are banking. Financial performance can be reviewed and assessed using the CAMEL approach, which is a method that includes Capital, Asset Quality Assets, Management, Equity, Liquidity. This research was conducted with the aim of assessing financial performance. While the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative.Keywords: bank, bank health, financial statements, CAMEL

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan yakni menganalisis putaran modal kerja di perusahaan spring rentang waktu 2020-2021. Data yang dipakai ialah kuantitatif dengan melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yang dipakai yakni, data sekunder. Metode analisis yang dipakai ialah metode analisis putaran modal kerja. Riset ini memiliki hasil yang didapatkan melalui perbandingan putaran piutang, modal kerja serta kas yang mengalami kenaikan, sementara untuk rasio putaran persediaan terjadi pengurangan. Perbandingan putaran kas di tahun 2020 sekitar 5,62 kali serta mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2021 yakni sekitar 10,04 kali. Perbandingan putaran piutang di tahun 2020 sekitar 5,62 kali serta mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2020 sekitar 5,70 kali. Perbandingan putaran persediaan di tahun 2020 sekitar 4,84 kali lalu terjadi penurunan di tahun 2021 sekitar 4,00 kali. Perbandingan putaran modal kerja di tahun 2020 sekitar 1,94 kali lalu terjadi peningkatan di tahun 2019 sekitar 2,64 kali. Riset ini memiliki hasil yang memperlihatkan jika hipotesis perbandingan putaran piutang, modal kerja, serta kas disetujui sementara untuk perbandingan putaran persediaan tidak diterima atau ditolak.

Abstract

Warehouse is a place for receiving, temporary storage and inventory of sparepart, material and item will be used for production needs. The storage warehouse must have an affective system for maximum retrieval of goods so that it can produce a good goods circulation diagram and good goods storage scheme. PT Dok Pantai Lamongan is a construction company that focuses on new building and ship repair. The FIFO method is one of the appropriate methods to be applied to find out new goods arriving and old goods so that the goods turnover process will be more effective and efficient. This study aims to find out how the process of picking and storing goods is effective and efficient using the FIFO system which refers to the identification tools for picking up goods at PT Dok Pantai Lamongan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that using the FIFO system using goods identification tools can speed up the circulation of goods and speed up service at the PT Dok Pantai Lamongan warehouse.

Abstract

Riset ini memiliki tujuan guna menganalisis pembiayaan bermasalah selaku antisipasi krisis perbankan pada PT BPRS di Gresik. Riset ini memanfaatkan motode riset kualitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan sumber data primer serta sekunder melalui teknik wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil riset membuktikan bahwasanya pembiayaan bermasalah pada PT BPRS Gresik ialah sebuah pembiayaan yang kurang tepat ataupun pembiayaan sehingga menjadikan bank kekurangan uang. Setiap Lembaga Keuangan dalam memberikan pembiayaan tidak ingin mengalami masalah, tetapi masalah tersebut sering muncul. Dalam mengatasi pembiayaan bermasalah harus melaksanakan strategi penyelesaian pembiayaan melalui pelaksanaan berbagai tindakan supaya tidak menimbulkan kerugian. Penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah tersebut dengan pelaksanaan penjadwalan kembali, persyaratan kembali serta penataan kembali. Kata kunci: Pembiayaan, Pembiayaan Bermasalah, Krisis Perbankan

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of conducting this research was due to the discovery regarding double check analysis when making a Purchase Order at PT.X, the evidence obtained within the company was that frequent revisions occurred during the Purchase Order process. Delays in the arrival of goods and procurement that is not on schedule result in a production process that is not optimal. Accuracy is needed in making a Purchase Order, so that there is no revision of the Purchase Order, the purchaser must carefully double check when making a Purchase Order so that there is no revision of the Purchase Order. In order to achieve this goal, one way is to establish this policy to make it easier for purchasers and vendors to process Purchase Orders. because the results of doing a double check analysis when making a Purchase Order can affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the Purchase Order process in the company. The motivation for doing an analysis of doing a double check when creating a Purchase Order at PT.X is to better manage the flow of Purchase Orders. If there are frequent revisions to Purchase Orders it causes a lot of risk for the Purchaser in the form of the risk of late arrival of goods, asking for approval from management 2 times, goods that arrive wrong and not as requested. Abstract

PDAM Giri Tirta Gresik ialah suatu perusahaan daerah dengan berfokus di bidang distribusi air bersih di kabupaten Gresik. Tahapan distribusi air dikerjakan melalui pemasangan jaringan pipa menuju masing-masing rumah pelanggan. Dalam tahapan pendistribusian air, PDAM memerlukan sejumlah jenis alat yang dilakukan pneyimpanan pada gudang Namun, dari hasil obeservasi secara langsung peneliti mendapati kondisi gudang terlihat belum terawat dengan baik, kemudian memerlukan waktu secara cukup banyak guna memperoleh benda sesuai keinginan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi budaya 5R pada bagian gudang melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif mempergunakan metode dokumentasi, wawancara, maupun observasi. Selanjutnya, hasil kegiatan yaitu memberikan solusi perbaikan kepada pihak PDAM Giri Tirta Gresik untuk membuat SOP dan pembagian tugas dalam tim serta sosialisasi mengenai budaya 5R pada seluruh karyawan, hal ini diharapkan bisa sebagai mekanisme efektif ketika menemukannya potensi perbaikan,karena aktifitas 5R secara konsisten dan efektif mampu mempengaruhi keselamatan kerja, produktifitas, efisiensi, maupun efektifitas kerja. Abstract

Background - With a lot of intense business competition nowadays, it hampers SMEs from increasing their sales. One of the obstacles faced by SMEs is their sales strategy to achieve success in their business. So that SMEs must know what strategies can increase their sales and in which areas can help develop their business. This is also experienced by UKM Felda Collection, therefore UKM Felda Collection decided to carry out a co-working strategy which is expected to have a major impact on increasing sales turnover of UKM Felda Collection. Objective - The purpose of this study was to analyze co-working strategies in increasing sales (case study on UKM Felda Collection). Design/Methodology/Approach - The type of research in this study is qualitative research. The selection of informants in this study was to conduct interviews with 3 (three) informants, namely the owners of UKM Felda Collection and employees of UKM Felda Collection, these informants were selected by purposive sampling with the criteria (1) mastering or understanding the Business Development of UKM Felda Collection (2) classified as still currently involved in or involved in the development process of UKM Felda Collection (3) knows and understands what is a co-working strategy (4) has free time to be asked for information. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data validation techniques using membercheck and source triangulation. Findings - The results of this study indicate that UKM Felda Collection uses a co-working strategy in increasing sales turnover by joining the IWP community (association of women entrepreneurs) by participating in several activities in it, because this strategy has an important role in introducing and promoting products wide, so that it has a good impact on increasing the sales of SMEs Felda Collection and SMEs can also develop their business better in the face of very tight competition in this industry. Research implications - From the results of interviews with the three informants of the SME Felda Collection Gresik, the co-working strategy that has been used by the Felda Collection UKM has an effect and has a good impact in increasing sales of Felda Collection UKM products. Research limitations - This research was only conducted on SMEs that have used the co-working strategy and understand what the co-working strategy.

Abstract

Background - PT Pelindo III is located at PT Pelindo Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Ship visits in the last three years have increased. Based on a report published on the official website of PT Pelindo III, namely an increase from 2015–2017 was 77,104,361 Gross Tonage in 2015, then 92,622,356 Gross Tonage in 2016, and 94,346,201 Gross Tonage in 2017. Objective - This study aims to determine the causes and impacts of risks that may occur due to non-achievement of performance standards (ET:BT) Berthing Time for ship services at PT Pelindo III Gresik Branch and identify the biggest risks. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research is a qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews and documentation. Findings - The results of this study indicate that there are four risks, namely: Dwelling Time, Idle Time and High Notes, Ship Queuing, and Trucking. The biggest risk is in Dwelling Time with a probability value of 0.96 which means that the level of risk posed is very risky. Research implications - This research contributes to employees who work at PT Pelindo III Gresik Branch who knows operational conditions both in the field and outside the field. Research limitations - This research was only conducted on the operational system of PT Pelindo III Gresik Branch

Abstract

Service quality is among the most crucial determinant for customer satisfaction in the parcel service industry. It consists of tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy and responsiveness. However, there is lack of research and knowledge available on the customer satisfaction with the parcel service especially in higher education level. The purpose of the research is to develop a SERVQUAL framework on student satisfaction with University’s Parcel Service Quality in a higher education institution. Therefore, this paper can act as benchmark for parcel services to checklist their quality. Future researcher can use this research as the foundation and reference about the precedents of the university’s parcel service toward the customer/student satisfaction.

Abstract

Digitization will continue to occur so that the digital economy will later become the main pillar of the economy in Indonesia. The rapid growth of e-marketplaces in Indonesia is expected to spur entrepreneurs to be more innovative. This certainly opens up opportunities for micro and macro economic actors to start businesses more easily. The e-marketplace that has proven its rapid development is Shopee, where Shopee ranks first in the e-marketplace with the most visits. This study aims to test the implementation of the influence of celebrity endorsers, service features, and promotions on shopee e-marketplace buying interest. . This study uses a quantitative approach, with the SPSS 20 research method. In this study, the population is the 2018 Muhammadiyah University of Gresik management study program using 137 samples obtained from students who are interested in buying at the e-marketplace shopee. The test was carried out using multiple linear regression. The regression results show that celebrity endorsers affect buying interest, service features affect buying interest, and promotions affect buying interest. This study has limitations when distributing questionnaires to several respondents.
