Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik kualitas layananyang diharapkan oleh stakeholder dalam mendapatkan layanan, yang menentukangap antara kualitas yang dirasakan dan kualitas layanan yang diharapkan olehstakehoders serta rencana tujuan peningkatan kualitas layanan di PendidikanPerguruan Muhammadiyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmenggunakan pendekatan Quality Function Deployment (QFD), denganmenentukan atribut layanan dengan Model Servpref. Secara umum, kuisionerterdapat tiga informasi yang akan di dinilai yakni Klasifikasi Responden, TingkatKepentingan dan Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hasil pengolahan data daripenyebaran kuisioner kemudian menggunakan pengembangan House of Quality(HOQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan kualitas layananpendidikan di Perguruan Muhammadiyah menggunakan metode QFD sesuaidengan harapan para stakeholder. Tahapan pelaksanan QFD yang telahdilaksanakan di Perguruan Muhammadiyah dengan menggunakan Model Serprefadalah Aspek non-akademik, Aspek Akademik, Reliability, dan Empaty. Tahapanmetode QFD dilaksanakan dengan pembuatan checklist dan pembutan matrikshouse of quality.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan (entrepreneurhip) merupakan persoalan penting di dalam perekonomian suatu bangsa yang sedang berkembang. Tumbuh berkembangnya jiwa kewirausahaan Wanita desa dipengaruhi oleh sosialisasi dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan Sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan bagaimana cara membangkitkan minat wirausaha bagi wanita desa. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat wirausaha pada wanita desa ini meliputi pelatihan kewirausahaan, pengalaman kerja, pendidikan dan usia. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa variabel pelatihan kewirausahaan mempunyai angka indeks lebih besar daripada variabel pengalaman kerja, usia dan pendidikan. Sehingga dengan adanya seminar kewirausahaan dan pelatihan dapat memberikan dampak yang baik pada warga desa sonoadi khususnya wanita.

Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin maju memunculkan banyak media baru yang memungkinkan perkembangan komunikasi pemasaran seperti interactive television, Internet, E-commerce, interactive telephone, dan faxing. Hal ini menyebabkan perubahan segmentasi pasar, serta cara berkomunikasi dengan mereka. Kemudian faktor penggerak budaya lebih membuat komuniksi pemasaran tersegmen tetapi jangkauannya sangat luas. Budaya tertentu akan menerima komunikasi yang sesuai dengan budaya mereka. Setiap tools dalam promotion mix memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dan tidak dapat dipungkiri, bahwa masih banyak perusahaan yang mengandalkan satu atau dua alat promosi untuk mencapai tujuan komunikasinya.Marketing communication tools seperti sales promotion, public relations, personal selling maupun direct marketing hanya dijadikan sebagai bentuk komunikasi pemasaran tambahan dan akan menjadi solusi bagi UMKM yang berada di Majelis Ekonomi dan Kewirausahaan (MEK) PDM Gresik dalam pengembangan kapasitas dan brand awarness bagi konsumen khususnya untuk pengembangan pasar dan omset serta mengenalkan produk lokal di berbagai wilayah/daerah. Hambatan dalam mengadopsi transformasi digital adalah kekurangan anggaran UMKM, ketidakmungkinan investasi karena investasi dan biaya operasional yang tinggi, ketidakmampuan untuk memahami teknologi internet, sektor yang tidak nyaman, keamanan data, masalah privasi, perkembangan teknologi, informasi yang tidak memadai mengenai standar digital, ketidaktahuan manfaat digitalisasi, memiliki masalah koneksi, kurangnya pekerjaan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di Wisata Alam Gosari (WA’GOS) adalah tidak adanya petunjuk di area wisata sehingga membuat kesulitan pengunjung yang berada disana untuk mencari failitas umum seperti toilet dan mushola. Maka pembuatan papan penunjuk di area wisata perlu dibuat untuk mempermudah pengunjung ketika masuk ke area WA’GOS. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimulai dengan mengadakan survey lapangan di tempat yang akan dipasang papan petunjuk. Setelah menemukan lokasi yang akan dipasang penunjuk arah maka langkah selanjutnya adalah membuat penunjuk arah dengan membeli alat serta bahan yang diperlukan. Setelah selesai pembuatan papan penunjuk maka dilanjutkan dengan pengecatan yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan plakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dibantu oleh pihak pengelolah. Papan atau plakat dibuat berjumlah 1 buah sebagai usulan untuk kedepannya agar pihak pengelola wisata yang dibawahi oleh pemerintah Desa Gosari dapat mencontoh usulan yang telah dibuat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Gosari Kecamatan Ujungpangkah Kabupaten Gresik ini terlaksana dengan baik atas dukungan dan bantuan warga desa. Tidak ada hambatan yang cukup berarti dalam proses persiapan, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi kegiatan ini. Pembuatan dan pemasangan papan atau plakat penunjuk di area wisata ini adalah sebagai bentuk partisipasi, koordinasi dan keterlibatan aktif baik mahasiswa dan warga desa sekitar.

Abstract

The low quality of Human Resources which ultimately leads to the ineffectiveness of management, organization and technology has made the development of MSMEs in Indonesia unable to touch rapidly. Plus the large transaction costs from the impact of an unfavorable business climate are also a problem for the case of MSMEs fostered by MEK-PDM Gresik, making it difficult to compete in the international market. In fact, the products produced by MSMEs are no less competitive with those produced by foreign products. In fact, to be able to penetrate the global market, MSMEs must at least be able to adapt to the concept of global marketing which is not yet owned by MSME stakeholders. Therefore, in this service, MSME actors will be taught how to market their products globally. Fronted by Dr. Indro Kirono as a performer who previously had a long history in the export world, the service event went more than imagined. Many MSME products were independently assisted by the presenters to be introduced a little in the global market. Gresik UMKM products will also be assisted by the introduction of Gresik Muhammadiyah University. So that Muhammadiyah University of Gresik can become a place for Gresik SMEs to be fostered.

Abstract

The process of trucking at the warehouse at PT Berkah Multi Cargo (BMC) Logistics there is a problem where the trucking data input process in the warehouse is still done manually. This makes the process of distributing information in each division take a long time, therefore there is a need for improvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze to improve control of the trucking process at the warehouse. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. While the data collection techniques used in this study were observation and face to face interviews. Informants / resource persons or subjects in the study were determined by purposive sampling. The results of this study can be used as a reference by companies, especially logistics companies to improve control of the warehouse trucking process by creating systems such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) describing a business process diagram based on flow chart techniques. This research is limited to PT Berkah Multi Cargo (BMC) Logistics, to make a system it takes people who are experts in the IT field so that the system can be implemented.

Abstract

Background - In this modern era, cosmetics are no longer a desire for a consumer but have become a daily necessity for humans. Dressing up can make them appear more confident. In Indonesia, the cosmetics business is a promising business opportunity, so it's no wonder that many companies are successful with their cosmetic products. Cosmetics sales are not inferior to other sales in following technological developments. Objective - To analyze the influence of social media, influencers and customer reviews on customer purchasing decisions for Ms. Glow's cosmetic products. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research examines the influence of social media, influencers and customer reviews on the decision to purchase Ms Glow product with 95 samples of Ms Glow customers have an Id Card, get data through distributing questionnaires to them and for testing using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. Findings - Social media and influencer variables had an effect on the purchase decision for Ms Glow's products, while the customer reviews had no effect on the consumer purchasing decisions Ms Glow. Research implications - This research can be used as a reference for viewing and seeking information on social media, influencers and customer reviews of consumer purchasing decisions for Ms Glow products. Research limitations - In this modern era, customer reviews should be very influential on consumer purchasing decisions because they are done easily, but this research is the opposite with possible answers because they’re confident and have customer loyalty to Ms. Glow's products.

In general, the company always pays attention to the quality of its products, which with good quality will increase consumer confidence in PT Langgeng Buana Jaya has implemented a production quality control system. However, in reality there are still products that are of poor quality, so it is necessary to analyze the quality control efforts implemented by the company and find out what causes the problem and look for improvement solutions using the Six Sigma method. The purpose of this study is to analyze and implement quality control of toy products at PT Langgeng Buana Jaya using the Six sigma approach. This research is a type of qualitative research and test the validity of this research data using source triangulation. The causes of product defects at PT Langgeng Buana Jaya based on the fishbone diagram are product defects due to stitches, scratches and color effects. This research contributes to minimize product defects by using the six-sigma method. Better prepare themselves in the process of collecting and collecting data and for further researchers it is hoped that they can conduct continuous research until the sigma number is high and the results can be even better. Abstract

Background - This research is a case study research on the supply of raw material for ZNR skullcap which has advantages and disadvantages when product demand increases. Objective - The objectives of this study were to analyze how the implementation of raw material inventory control carried out by the company to determine the number of orders and the right time to place an order for raw materials so as to minimize the total costs incurred by the company by using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research uses descriptive quantitative approach and MRP method with Lot Sizing, namely Lot for Lot (LFL), Part Period Balancing (PPB), and Wagner Whitin Algorithm (AWW). Findings - Using Lot Sizing PPB has the smallest inventory cost of Rp 229.820.- compared to LFL and AWW calculations. Research implications - In an effort to control raw material inventories related to costs, companies need to consider in terms of planning raw material requirements. Ensure the quantity to be produced in the next period based on the master production schedule so that the amount of raw material purchases can be ascertained so as not to experience overstock and raw material shortages. Research limitations – The PPB method will be difficult to use if the cost of storage is greater than the cost of ordering so it is difficult to determine the value of the Economic Part Period (EPP).

Abstract

Background – Suppliers are business partners who play a significant role in ensuring the availability of supply goods needed by the company. Supplier performance will affect the company's performance; therefore companies need to assess suppliers carefully and sustainably. Supplier assessments should be based on criteria that add current value and future value. Aim – This study aims to select the best suppliers in supplying drug and medical devices in hospitals. Design / methodology / approach – This research approach is quantitative by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis in determining the best quality weight to be selected by Muhammadiyah Hospital based on five criteria, namely price, quality, service, accuracy of delivery, and accuracy of quantity. Findings – Based on the calculation results using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the criteria that got the highest weight were quality with a weight of 0.44, the second order was the price with a weight of 0.34, the third order was the service with a weight of 0.13, the fourth order was the accuracy of delivery with a weight of 0.05, and the last was delivery with a weight of 0.03. While the order of suppliers that get the highest weight is PT. X with a weight of 0.38, the second is PT. Y with a weight of 0.36 and the last one PT. Y with a weight of 0.09. Research implication – Some things that are considered in choosing a supplier are delivery, quality, service, past performance, payment. The goal is none other than to know the best suppliers of hospitals. Limitations – This research has a limit on the number of cases of hospitals managed by Muhammadiyah, it is still very likely to be developed for other government or private hospitals or health clinics.
