Abstract

PT. Kimia Farma Apotek Wilayah Jember merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan kesehatan yang terintegritasi meliputi layanan farmasi (apotek), klinik kesehatan, laboratorium, dan optik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan karyawan di PT Kimia Farma Wilayah Jember. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan data primer berupa data wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan data sekunder berupa sumber data yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Peneliti memiliki data dengan melakukan wawancara 2 informan yang bekerja di PT. Kimia Farma Apotek Wilayah Jember. Hasil penelitian yaitu PT Kimia Farma Wilayah Jember melaksanakan pelatihan dengan harapan mampu meningkatkan prestasi kerja dan peningkatan omset dalam setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is useful in identifying causes and solutions to employee discipline applied in daily work activities. This study processes data from respondents and informants who were asked for information or extracted data. The data processed from the research object is an indicator of employee work discipline with a qualitative descriptive method. Collection techniques with interviews, observation and collection of documentation. The data is analyzed against the problems encountered. The research results obtained from all indicators that affect discipline have been carried out well, but leaders need to improve in giving appreciation. Other factors that cause employees to be late for work are overtime activities and work environment or congested road access. The solution that can be done is by carrying out direct supervision or by utilizing technology (systems) that can monitor employee activities from the daily reports that employees work on. Conditions must be created in a comfortable work environment by improving road access, transferring attendance media (fingerprints) near the parking area. Continuous work evaluation is the provision of direction and motivation and the provision of periodic sanctions in order to achieve a higher level of discipline and to have a positive impact on the company.

Abstract

Background - Employee performance is the ability of employees to carry out tasks, and performance is very necessary because with this performance it will be known how far the employee's ability to carry out the tasks assigned by the company. Employee performance will be very important for CV. Jauhan Engineering Indonesia, which is engaged in contracting, relies on the active role of all its Human Resources to improve employee performance. Objectives – This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees at CV. Distance Engineering Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using primary data and informant data collection using questionnaires or questionnaire surveys. Findings - The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership, motivation, and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Distance Engineering Indonesia. While the Work Environment variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of CV employees. Distance Engineering Indonesia. Research Implications – This research can be used as a reference for CV. Juhan Engineering Indonesia to improve employee performance by prioritizing leadership patterns and paying attention, making absolute decisions / decisions, motivating, communicating or directing employees, being firm, and giving punishments. Research Limitations - Research conducted by researchers has limitations, namely only focusing on permanent employees CV. Just stay away from Engineering Indonesia.

Abstract

Background - PT Pelindo III is located at PT Pelindo Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Ship visits in the last three years have increased. Based on a report published on the official website of PT Pelindo III, namely an increase from 2015–2017 was 77,104,361 Gross Tonage in 2015, then 92,622,356 Gross Tonage in 2016, and 94,346,201 Gross Tonage in 2017. Objective - This study aims to determine the causes and impacts of risks that may occur due to non-achievement of performance standards (ET:BT) Berthing Time for ship services at PT Pelindo III Gresik Branch and identify the biggest risks. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research is a qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews and documentation. Findings - The results of this study indicate that there are four risks, namely: Dwelling Time, Idle Time and High Notes, Ship Queuing, and Trucking. The biggest risk is in Dwelling Time with a probability value of 0.96 which means that the level of risk posed is very risky. Research implications - This research contributes to employees who work at PT Pelindo III Gresik Branch who knows operational conditions both in the field and outside the field. Research limitations - This research was only conducted on the operational system of PT Pelindo III Gresik Branch

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kesatuan yang disebut dengan eenheidstaat, yaitu negara merdeka dan berdaulat yang pemerintahannya diatur oleh pemerintah pusat dan dibawahi oleh pemerintah daerah. Dalam hal ini kinerja suatu instansi yang berhubungan dengan tata pemerintahan menjadi titik pusat perhatian bagi seluruh masyarakat, baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi masyarakat Gresik terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Gresik Pada Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Dalam penelitian kualitatif ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus dengan single case. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ditemukan ada beberapa persepsi masyarakat yang menyatakan bahwa ia tidak puas dengan kualitas kerja Daerah Gresik, namun tidak sedikit juga yang menilai kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Gresik dirasa cukup dan bisa juga dinilai baik dikarenakan beberapa proker yang telah rampung digarapnya. Dari penelitian ini, Bagi Pemerintah Daerah Gresik masih banyak yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya guna memberikan rasa kenyamanan pada masyarakat daerah, sehingga masyarakat merasa bahwa aspirasi masyarakat selalu didengar oleh pemerintahan. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan yaitu masih banyak masyarakat yang enggan untuk diwawancarai karena takut salah berbicara karena berhubungan dengan pemerintahan.

Abstract

Santri are known to have independent, simple characters, do not give up easily and are willing to take risks. It is the character of the santri that becomes the capital of an entrepreneurial spirit. The main problem that arises today is the mentality of the entrepreneurial spirit of students. There are still many Islamic boarding schools that do not yet have an entrepreneurship program. In practice, many Islamic boarding schools develop spontaneous entrepreneurial activities. Pondok Al kayyis is a student hostel where all the students are students of Trunojoyo University, Madura. This boarding school consists of Pondok Putri and Pondok Pesantren with a total number of students of approximately 80 students. Budikdamber is an alternative to catfish cultivation that has just been recognized by the students, and this turned out to be very attractive to the students because the ingredients are simple and easy to obtain. Apart from that, budikdamber does not require external land to do so and provides great potential that promises to be used as a business or business. The low cost and fast harvest are the main attraction for the students to try it. The students who have backgrounds in various majors also begin to understand that entrepreneurship does not only require technical skills but also has good leadership skills in entrepreneurship to be successful. Self-confidence, high motivation, always innovative/creative, communicative, solutive and focused are the leadership qualities that must be possessed by successful entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Studentpreneur is a student or student who has a business or business, in simple terms it can be said that studentpreneur is a student or student entrepreneur. In conditions like this Covid-19 pandemic, the potential for the emergence of new entrepreneurs is higher, especially in online business. No exception in this case the entrepreneurship of the students. These efforts can be carried out both inside and outside educational institutions with innovative products and generate income from their business activities and based on the knowledge obtained during the study (Pratiwi, 2017). The reasons for students to become entrepreneurs are many factors such as hobbies, pleasure or on the basis of wanting to be independent. Even though they are busy with all learning activities such as doing college assignments, exams or attending lectures, this does not dampen their motivation to become entrepreneurs. Every year there are many high school graduates or undergraduates who become Job seekers so that when they are not absorbed into the workforce, in the end it will only increase unemployment and become a burden for development. Providing assistance and knowledge related to entrepreneurial management, both when entrepreneurship is just being started and when entrepreneurship is running is very important. Providing insight on how to plan finance/capital, plan human resources, plan marketing models that will be used when doing business later is very important. HR planning for businesses is very important to learn considering HR is the most important factor in the success of a business today. If capital difficulties can be managed by partnering with financial institutions, then HR problems are not easy enough to solve because mismanaging HR will have an impact on business in the future. Incorrectly placing and managing people in the business can destroy the business that has been built.

Abstract

Several divisions in the organizational structure of PT. Gresik Cipta Sejahtera has a number of employees who play multiple roles (dual positions) which occurs due to vacancies in formation but there must be employees to fill these vacancies. Employees who hold concurrent positions are appointed by letter of appointment or decision letter. Employees who hold multiple positions receive excessive workloads and need additional time to complete their tasks. These additional tasks can increase the employee's workload. The purpose of this research is to determine the workload of employees who hold concurrent positions at PT. Gresik Cipta Sejahtera. The method used in this research is qualitative. The informants in this research were employees who held concurrent positions and also their managers, totaling 5 people. Based on the results of the research and discussion regarding the workload of employees who hold double positions, the researchers came to the conclusion that employees who hold double positions have to work overtime to complete the work.

Abstract

Background - In 2017 employee performance did not reach the target due to lack of work experience, motivation and a work environment that was less supportive of employee performance, however in the following year the realization of employee performance began to increase due to the influence of work experience, the form of motivation provided by the company to employees and the work environment. focused and more conducive. So that from 2018 to 2021 there will be an increase in employee performance due to the influence of work experience, motivation and a good work environment. Objective - This study aims to test the Effect of Work Experience, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT Asuka Engineering Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research is quantitative research. The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Findings - In this research there is a positive and significant influence between Work Experience (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). Research implications - Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The positive meaning is that the more work experience an employee has, the better the employee's performance. From the results of the t test which shows that the sig value of 0.009 <0.05 is said to be significant, which means that work experience can be a factor and can improve the performance of PT employees. Asuka Engineering Indonesia. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The positive meaning is that the better the work motivation given to employees, the better the employee's performance. From the results of the t test which shows that the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 is said to be significant, which means that work motivation can be a factor and can improve the performance of PT employees. Asuka Engineering Indonesia. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The positive meaning shows that the better the work environment, the better the employee's performance. From the results of the t test which shows that the sig value of 0.015 <0.05 is said to be significant, which means that the work environment can be a factor and can improve the performance of PT employees. Abstract

Community service activities aim to provide understanding and skills for the Muhammadiyah School Treasurer in Gresik Regency regarding school management and inventory processes. Community Service begins by giving a pre-test to participants so that the presenter can find out to what extent the material or materials to be taught have been mastered by participants regarding asset management. The next stage is counseling about asset management, asset depreciation and asset inventory. The next stage, participants were asked to summarize the asset data in their respective schools to Ms. Excel that has been prepared by the speaker. The next stage is a discussion regarding asset management and calculating the depreciation of assets owned by the school. The final stage is the final evaluation / post-test which is used to determine participants' understanding of the material that has been provided. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of asset management and having asset inventory data in their respective schools. This activity provides positive value in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of asset management and inventory management. This activity can also help schools to minimize the occurrence of human error and maintain the security of asset data contained in the school.
