Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat turnover karyawan serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi turnover intention di PT Duta Merpati Indonesia selama periode Januari hingga Desember 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan dukungan data kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan karyawan dan mantan karyawan, serta data sekunder berupa dokumen perusahaan terkait jumlah karyawan masuk dan keluar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat turnover karyawan selama tahun 2024 sebesar 15,92% dan bersifat fluktuatif dengan kecenderungan meningkat pada semester kedua. Meskipun angka tersebut masih berada dalam batas wajar, tingkat turnover ini belum mencapai kategori ideal dan mengindikasikan perlunya perhatian dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh ketidakpuasan terhadap kompensasi, beban kerja yang tinggi, kurangnya penghargaan atas kinerja, gaya kepemimpinan yang kurang komunikatif, serta ketidakjelasan pengembangan karier. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perbaikan kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk menekan turnover dan meningkatkan stabilitas tenaga kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the workload level of employees in the production department of PT. KLM using the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method. This method is used to determine the optimal number of workers required to complete a task by considering the total workload and available working time. The results of the analysis show that operators in painting, finishing, sandblasting, PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control), and Quality Control are categorized as optimal or have a normal workload. However, welding operators face a shortage of staff, resulting in an underload workload condition, while cutting operators experience an excessive workload with surplus labor. Additionally, the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) staff also show an underload workload level

Abstract

Value fluctuations arrive late and arrive on time so this has the potential to disrupt work productivity. Another factor faced by PT. Arina Parama Jaya is a decline in employee morale in achieving predetermined targets. There is a tendency for some employees to be lazy and come late and take the tasks given to them for granted. The impact of this behavior cannot be underestimated, as it includes more than just reduced productivity. This can also affect the company's image, because a company's reputation is formed from the quality of service and commitment to excellence. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The population and sample are all 104 employees. The data analysis technique for this research uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. PLS. The research results can be concluded that work enthusiasm, work discipline and work culture have a significant positive influence on employee work productivity. High morale motivates employees to give their best in their work, while good work discipline helps increase efficiency and reduce the level of negligence. A positive work culture creates an environment that supports and encourages employees to contribute optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of work discipline, compensation, and physical work environment on employee productivity at PT Anugrah Jaya Drajat. The research method used is a quantitative approach, involving 73 employees as respondents. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. The research results show that work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. However, the physical work environment does not affect productivity at PT Anugrah Jaya Drajat. This indicates that to increase employee productivity, the company needs to pay attention to aspects of work discipline and compensation provided. Meanwhile, the physical work environment is not a dominant factor influencing employee productivity in this company.
