Abstract

Selection of the use of transportation modes to travel from origin to destination is influenced by various factors. Factors that must be considered include travel time, vehicle operating costs (VOK), and the value of travel time. The purpose of this study is to determine which model will be chosen by the user to travel and discusses the comparative analysis of travel time and cost of public transportation modes, namely Transjakarta and private cars. This research was conducted in DKI Jakarta, precisely in the Transjakarta corridor IX Pinang Ranti-Pluit. Measurement of travel time is done by riding each mode with the same route and time. Secondary data as calculation material was obtained from agencies related to this research. This study analyzes Vehicle Operational Costs (VOK) using the Pacific Consultants International (PCI) method. The results showed that during peak hours, the use of Transjakarta was more effective in terms of time because the travel time required was 11 minutes faster than in private vehicles. Then for the costs incurred, it is also more efficient to use Transjakarta at the cost of Rp. 3,500 per trip. Meanwhile, using a private vehicle of Rp. 14,784 per person with a passenger car capacity of 7 people. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a provision for a passenger car capacity limit of 4 people. So the cost of using a private vehicle per person can reach Rp. 25,871.ABSTRAKPemilihan penggunaan moda transportasi untuk melakukan perjalanan dari asal ke tujuan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor. Faktor yang diperhatikan antara lain waktu tempuh, Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) dan nilai waktu perjalanan. Untuk memperkirakan mode apa yang akan dipilih oleh masyarakat untuk bepergian, penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis perbandingan waktu tempuh dan biaya moda transportasi umum yaitu transjakarta dan mobil pribadi.  Penelitian ini berlokasi di provinsi DKI Jakarta tepatnya pada koridor IX transjakarta Pinang Ranti-Pluit. Pengukuran waktu perjalanan dilakukan dengan cara menaiki masing-masing moda dengan rute dan waktu yang sama. Data sekunder sebagai bahan perhitungan, diperoleh dari instansi yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Analisis Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Pacific Consultants International (PCI) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada jam sibuk penggunaan Transjakarta lebih efektif secara waktu karena waktu tempuh yang diperlukan lebih cepat 11 menit dibandingkan dengan kendaraan pribadi. Kemudian untuk biaya yang dikeluarkan juga lebih efisien menggunakan Transjakarta dengan biaya sebesar Rp 3.500 sekali perjalanan. Sedangkan jika dibandingkan dengan menggunakan kendaraan pribadi sebesar Rp 14.784 perorang dengan kapasitas mobil penumpang sebanyak 7 orang. Pada masa pandemic covid-19, terdapat ketentuan batas kapasitas mobil penumpang sebanyak 4 orang. Sehingga biaya menggunakan kendaraan pribadi perorangnya dapat mencapai Rp. 25.871.

Abstract

Railway level crossing safety is one of the most critical issues for railways. Collisions between trains and motorized vehicles contribute most to LX accidents. Population growth and the development of economic in Indonesia affect the increase in vehicle volume, especially in the city of Surabaya. Furthermore, the increasing of vehicles volume, causing congestion at some points in Surabaya including Gayung Kebonsari railway level crossing. One of the congestion factors at the railway level crossings is the duration of closing time as the train passes through the crossing. The uncertain duration of gate closing time cause road users to be undisciplined by break through the crossing gates while the train pass through the crossings. Considering of those problems, respondents’ opinion is being evaluated to see the society behavior to early warning on reducing the number of traffic violation. A comprehensive discussion of the existing problems, lessons learned and the possible future implications that can be applied in Indonesia are presented. Key Words: Railway Level Crossing, Accident, Society Behavior, Regression, Binary logit

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peningkatan kapasitas pada Apron di Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma meninjau dari hasil evaluasi kapasitas apron yang ada saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pesawat yang akan menggunakan apron pada tahun rencana yang kemudian akan ditentukan desain baru untuk apron agar dapat melayani pergerakan pesawat ditahun rencana yaitu tahun 2030. Perancangan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 skenario yang dibedakan berdasarkan tahun data yang digunakan. Proses dimulai dengan melakukan regresi linear sederhana untuk memperkirakan jumlah pergerakan pesawat dimasa mendatang. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan menentukan nilai Rmonth, Rday, dan Rhour yang kemudian dikalikan dengan nilai hasil regresi untuk mendapatkan nilai Nmonth, Nday, dan Nhour. Nilai Nhour pada tahun rencana dijadikan dasar atau acuan untuk melakukan desain penambahan kapasitas pada apron. Adapun hasil daripada Nhour ditahun rencana pada masing – masing skenario adalah 57 pergerakan untuk skenario pertama, 44 pergerakan untuk skenario kedua, dan 32 pergerakan untuk skenario ketiga. Dengan durasi parking time maksimal 45 menit makan dibutuhkan penambahan parking stand dari 16 parking stand menjadi 43 parking stand untuk skenario pertama, 35 parking stand untuk skenario kedua, dan 24 parking stand untuk skenario ketiga.

Abstract

In recent years, many big cities have experienced congestion in the world, including DKI Jakarta. Rapid economic growth has led to high demand for travel in the City, and rapid urbanization is one of the causes of traffic congestion. Traffic congestion is a characteristic of urban areas caused by increased economic activity, increased productivity of population movement, and inadequate facilities. Traffic congestion causes lost travel time, losses due to vehicle emissions, and increases traffic accidents. This study discusses the amount of costs incurred by vehicle users who pass Jenderal Sudirman street when experiencing congestion. This study aims to provide an overview for private vehicle users of the amount of costs incurred when using a private vehicle when passing Jenderal Sudirman street. The method used in determining Vehicle Operational Costs (VOC) is a method developed by the Institute for Affiliation and Research and Industry (LAPI) ITB 1997, while getting lost costs due to congestion is reviewed based on VOC and time value with the Income Approach method. The results show a high difference in operational costs and the loss of time value which is the total cost loss due to congestion on the road. Abstract

This study discusses the needs of passenger terminals and aprons at Lombok International Airport in the next 10 years, namely 2032 taking into account the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic with the aim of predicting the needs of passenger terminals and aprons of Lombok International Airport with the potential for tourism and Special Economic Zones. The method used is a combination of time series and econometric analysis to perform forecasting. This study was conducted using 2 scenarios in the analysis of the calculation of apron needs. The results of this study are in the form of the capacity of the existing apron able to serve peak hour conditions with 24 operations / hour. Based on forecasting in 2032, it is predicted that there will be 42,236 aircraft movements with a peak hour volume of 27 operations /hour and there will be 4,688,824 passengers with a peak hour volume of 1,904 people. then, there will be an expansion of the apron area for scenario 1 of 552 m2 with 17 parking stands and scenario 2 of 26,514 m2 with 23 parking stands and expansion of the passenger terminal facility area.

Abstract

Kota Tangerang sebagai daerah penyangga Ibu Kota Negara tidak luput dari masalah kemacetan. Salah satu langkah yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kemacetan adalah dengan menerapkan Sistem Satu Arah (SSA) pada Jalan Bouraq  dan Jalan Daan Mogot. Namun penerapan SSA mengakibatkan perubahan pola pergerakan yang ada sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja Jalan Bouraq sebelum dan sesudah penerapan SSA, meramalkan kinerja jalan 5 tahun mendatang serta mengetahui kinerja pada skenario pelebaran jalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini yaitu PKJI 2014. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui penerapan SSA menyebabkan penurunan kinerja pada Jalan Bouraq. Awalnya derajat kejenuhan didapatkan sebesar 0,61 namun setelah SSA diterapkan meningkat menjadi 1,397. Terjadi penurunan kecepatan dimana sebelum penerapan SSA didapat sebesar 24,2 km/jam kemudian menurun menjadi 7,48 km/jam. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi waktu tempuh dimana sebelumnya Jalan Bouraq dapat ditempuh dalam 0,107 jam namun meningkat menjadi 0,347 jam. Berdasarkan analisis diperkirakan volume lalu lintas dalam 5 tahun mendatang mencapai 4.459 skr/jam dengan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1,54. Untuk mengakomodasi volume lalu lintas 5 tahun mendatang, skenario pelebaran jalan Bouraq hingga 12 m dapat meningkatkan kapasitas sebesar 5.708 skr/jam dan menghasilkan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,71.

Abstract

In this research, an analysis of Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK) is carried out for LCGC (Low Cost Green Car), MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle) and SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) types of vehicles on Jalan M.H. Thamrin. The purpose of this analysis is to determine performance on Jalan M.H. Thamrin, so there is a need for an analysis of Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK) that experience congestion and time delays when passing through the road using two methods, namely the LAPI ITB method and the PCI (Pacific Consulate International) method. time value which is the cost and time incurred due to congestion Time value analysis is based on the average income per person working in the Jalan M.H. Thamrin area by conducting interviews beforehand. reviewed based on observational BOK and free flow BOK H the results of the analysis of vehicle operating costs for free flow speed of 2,575.83 rupiah, 3,197.86 rupiah and 6,937.85 rupiah based on the LAPI ITB method, and BOK results based on the PCI method 2,492.34 rupiah, 3,169.41 rupiah and 7,857.50 rupiah. The results of the BOK analysis based on the LAPI ITB method were the highest for LCGC, MPV and SUV vehicles, respectively 4,098.88 rupiah, 5,146.55 rupiah and 12,405.66 rupiah with a travel speed of 13 km/hour. While the BOK results using the PCI method were the highest respectively at 5,444.36 rupiah, 7,108.68 rupiah and 18,010.69 rupiah at a speed of 13 km/hour. The results of the time value analysis are obtained based on the respondent's monthly income, which is 50,473 rupiah/hour. The total value of lost costs due to congestion is greatest when passing Jalan M.H. Thamrin for LCGC, MPV and SUV vehicles respectively 5,439,965 rupiah, 20,993,349 rupiah and 8,703,865 rupiah. Performance on Jalan M.H. Thamrin viewed from the value of the degree of saturation and service level with category D for the HI Roundabout direction to Medan Merdeka, while for the Medan Merdeka direction to HI Roundabout the service level category is D.

Abstract

Pusat Grosir Cililitan (PGC) signalized intersection is one of the 67 traffic-prone locations located in DKI Jakarta Province, this is because in this intersection there are many business centers in Cililitan such as factories, malls, SMEs, markets, street vendors, and schools that operate which causes poor interchange performance. Poor interchange performance leads to queue length, delays, fuel wastage and time loss due to congestion. This research was conducted to analyze and optimize intersections using the PKJI 2014 method and the Student version of PTV Vissim Software. Based on the results of the study, the largest saturation degree (DS) value was obtained, namely 2,298 skr / hour, queue length (QL) of 130.84 meters, the largest average deviation delay (Dsimpang) of 361.65 s / skr. Meanwhile, the results of one of the optimizations of the intersection provide an alternative to the optimization of the interchange performance by changing the previously 4-phase phase to 2-phase and eliminating the movement of the right turn, and a decrease in delay to 48.85 seconds / skr and a change in the interchange performance category from LoS F to LoS E.

Abstract

This research reviews the performance analysis of unsignalized intersection traffic at Duren Intersection. This research also discusses scenarios for repairing unsignalized intersections and forecasting traffic performance for the next five years. The purpose of this research is to determine the amaount of the intersection capacity at the Perempatan Duren, knowing the total volume of vehicles during peak hour conditions at the Perempatan Duren, knowing the performance of unsignalized intersection traffic at the Perempatan Duren, planning solutions to improve traffic performance at the Perempatan Duren, nd predicting the intersection performance in the next 5 years. The method used in this research is the Indonesian Highway Capacity Guideline method (PKJI) 2014. The results of this study indicate that the intersection capacity is 3216,72 skr/hour. Total vehicle volume during peak hour conditions was 2829 skr/hour. From the calculation results, the degree of saturation is 0.88 and the delay value is 15.14 seconds/skr. The level of service at the Perempatan Duren is C, where the traffic flow is stable and vehicle movements are affected by traffic volume. The chance of queuing at the Perempatan Duren ranges from 61.29% - 31.05%. Among the planned solutions, alternative 4 is widening the major and minor roads and alternative 5 is reducing side barriers by widening the major and minor roads which can be applied to the Perempatan Duren. This is because the degree of saturation value obtained is 0.75 for alternative 4 and alternative 5 solutions. The degree of saturation value obtained is in accordance with the requirements of the 2014 PKJI, namely ≤ 0.85. In the calculation for forecasting vehicle volume for the next 5 years, alternative 5 and alternative 5 solutions can be applied to the Perempatan Duren. This is because the value of the degree of saturation for 2023 to 2027 ≤ 0.85 based on the terms of the PKJI 2014.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta merupakan Ibu Kota Negara yang memiliki jumlah penduduk terbanyak. Dengan terus bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, akan semakin tinggi kebutuhan transportasi. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan terjadinya peningkatan volume kendaraan bermotor yang memadati jalan raya. Salah satu ruas jalan yang dipadati kendaraan bermotor terdapat pada Simpang Jalan Buncit Raya – Jalan Warung Jati Barat karena sering terjadi tundaan kendaraan pada jam sibuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja simpang dan merancang solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah persimpangan hingga 5 tahun mendatang. Penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan survey lapangan serta melakukan perhitungan kinerja simpang berdasarkan PKJI 2014. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat pelayanan simpang termasuk level D, yang berarti arus lalu lintas tidak stabil dan menyebabkan kemacetan. Ditandai dengan nilai rata – rata tundaan sebesar 38,407 detik/skr dan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) pada Jalan Buncit Raya sebesar 0,856. Setelah dilakukan analisis peningkatan kinerja simpang dengan adanya perencanaan underpass, nilai DS menjadi 0,604. Volume lalu lintas sebelum dan sesudah adanya perencanaan underpass 5 tahun mendatang pada Jalan Buncit Raya nilai DS masing – masing adalah 0,907 dan 0,752. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah pada simpang tersebut dengan melakukan perencanaan underpass dengan potensi penurunan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 17,1%, nilai DS masih dibawah 0,85.
