Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form and structure of Kentrung Art Performance in Ngasem Village, Batealit Sub-district, Jepara. The research method is a descriptive qualitative method with an interpretative case study as the research design. The data were collected by doing the observation, interview, and document study. The data analysis technique was done throughout the process of reduction, presentation, and withdrawal of conclusion (verification). The results of this study indicate that Kentrung musical form consists of two elements of time and elements of melody. For the element of time, Allegretto tempo is used with its speed between 104-112 steps per minute; its meter uses 4/4, in which there are four beats of one-fourth on each bar; and the rhythmic pattern is divided into two sorts (senggakan and sautan) which generally use the value of half tap, and the outcrop rhythm pattern is used for the big terbangan. Most melodies use a half-tone note with the highest tone of G#5 (la), and the lowest tone is F#4 (sol). The musical structure of Kentrung consists of two sentences or periods namely A B which is respectively repeated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk pertunjukan sastra lisan Nandung dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya. Nandung adalah sastra lisan yang digunakan untuk menidurkan anak, disampaikan dengan syair yang berbentuk pantun, dan dilantunkan dengan berirama atau bersenandung. Saat ini, Nandung telah berkembang menjadi sebuah seni pertunjukan. Data diperoleh dari pengamatan terhadap kesenian sastra lisan Nandung di Kota Rengat, Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 7 sub bentuk pertunjukan dalam sastra lisan Nandung, yaitu penutur, musik pengiring, panggung, kostum, penonton, syair, serta bahasa yang digunakan. Sedangkan nilai yang terdapat dalam syairnya yaitu nilai religius, moral, dan pendidikan

Abstract

Instrumen gendrang merupakan instrumen ritmis identitas khas Bugis. Tetapi saat ini, eksotika instrumen gendrang tidak menampakkan keindahannya oleh karena dominasi instrumen budaya lain yang masuk pada wilayah kebudayaan Bugis khususnya pada daerah kabupaten Soppeng, baik dalam ranah pertunjukan maupun ranah pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan formal. Dampak yang signifikan terjadi adalah kebutaan para masyarakat khususnya peserta didik tentang instrumen gendrang sehingga peneliti mengemukakan masalah tentang klasifikasi instrumen gendrang dalam konteks masyarakat Kabupaten Soppeng. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang bentuk instrumen gendrang, mendekripsikan pola tabuhan, dan menganalisis peran ekonomi dalam instrumen gendrang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi material instrumen menunjukkan bahwa instrumen gendrang mempunyai ciri khas tersendiri dibandingkan dengan instrumen gendang yang mendominasi saat ini di kabupaten Soppeng, mengenai pola tabuhan bahwa dalam konteks masyarakat kabupaten Soppeng mempunyai pola tabuhan tersendiri dan bagi pelaku produksi instrumen gendrang mempunyai peran ekonomi yang nyatanya mampu untuk menambah penghasilan ekonomi keluarga

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kevalidan, (2) Keefektifan, dan (3) Kepraktisan dari modul dalam problem based learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPS dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi pendahuluan, studi pengembangan, dan evaluasi, serta menggunakan desain kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Adapun hasil dari pengembangan modul dalam project based learning menunjukkan hasil bahwa (1) kevalidan dari modul yang dikembangkan berhasil memperoleh skor 4.60 dengan kategori sangat valid, (2) keefektifan modul dalam problem based learning memperoleh skor n-gain sebesar 0.71 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, ketuntasan klasikan kelas eksperimen dengan persentase sebesar 90%, serta hasil rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 51.33 dengan kategori sangat baik, dan (3) kepraktisan dari modul dalam problem based learning yang dikembangkan memperoleh skor dari respon siswa sebesar 4.11 dengan kategori sangat tinggi dan respon guru memperoleh skor sebesar 3.37 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul dalam problem based learning telah valid dan praktis digunakan sebagai bahan ajar siswa maupun guru.

Abstract

Audio-visual media in the form of videos can present learning objects concretely by linking the material and building understanding. The aim of study is to create a video-based Civics learning media with valid, and appropriate criteria as a thematic learning resource for fourth-grade elementary school students. The research used (R&D). The study's subjects included 70 students. This research step is 4-D (Four-D Models). It consists of four stages: the define stage, which analyzes learning resources and media; the design stage, which creates a video storyboard; and the developing stage, which determines validity materials and media, test the feasibility of teacher responses and video implementation, disseminate stage (dissemination), specifically the feasibility test of students and guardian students. The results showed that the validation of the media expert reached 96%, and the validation of the material expert reached 89%. The percentage of a score of 91% for the teacher's response, 93% for the students' guardians' responses, and 91% for the students' responses. All three of them are in excellent criteria. It indicates that the development of video-based Civics learning media as a thematic learning resource has been tested for validity and feasibility using very valid and very feasible categories. The use of video media in the classroom can increase students' interest in learning and their creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi lagu This is CISC (CISC Anthem) terhadap Komunitas Fans Sepakbola Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club sebagai chants atau nyanyian suporter dan untuk mengetahui makna lagu This is CISC (CISC Anthem) terhadap Komunitas Fans Sepakbola Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif melalui pengamatan studi lapangan, observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap komunitas Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club yang berada di wilayah regional Medan sebagai sampelnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Fungsi Lagu This is CISC (CISC Anthem) Terhadap Komunitas Fans Sepakbola Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club memiliki 5 fungsi, yakni diantaranya: 1) Fungsi Emosional, 2) Fungsi Hiburan, 3) Fungsi Komunikasi, 4) Fungsi Perlambangan, dan 5) Fungsi Pengesahan Lembaga Sosial. Dan makna lagu This is CISC (CISC Anthem) terhadap komunitas fans sepakbola Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club memiliki arti semangat, dukungan, kebanggaan, serta loyalitas dalam mendukung klub Sepakbola Chelsea FC dalam keadaan dan situasi apapun, baik menang maupun kalah dalam pertandingan disetiap laga klub sepakbola Chelsea FC yang berasal dari Kota London tersebut.

Abstract

Art in Education (AIE) memungkinkan seni untuk terintegrasi dengan materi Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar, sehingga dapat tercipta Pendidikan Agama Islam yang lebih menyenangkan. AIE diterapkan oleh K.H. Ahmad Rifa’i melalui Batik Rifa’iyah, sebagai sarana pendidikan agama Islam bagi masyarakat Batang. Batik Rifa’iyah juga dirasa dapat digunakan sebagai inspirasi pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah dasar. Tujuan penulisan menjelaskan analisis kebutuhan seni dalam pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah dasar melalui inspirasi Batik Rifa’iyah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebutuhan seni dalam pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah dasar melalui inspirasi batik Rifa’iyah Batang meliputi; materi pembelajaran, lokasi pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, jenis motif batik, dan tahap pembelajaran. Pendekatan Art in Education melalui inspirasi batik Rifa’iyah dapat diterapkan pada tahap instruksional pembelajaran PAI siswa kelas 1 SD sebagai tahap inti dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, sekaligus menjadi tahap siswa dalam menerima materi dari pengajar. Kata Kunci: analisis kebutuhan, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Batik Rifa’iyah  Needs analysis of art in elementary school’s Islamic education through batik Rifa'iyah Batang inspiration Abstract          Art in Education (AIE) allows art to be integrated with Islamic Education in Elementary Schools, so that a more enjoyable Islamic Education can be created. AIE was implemented by K.H. Ahmad Rifa'i through Batik Rifa'iyah, as a means of Islamic religious education for the Batang community. Rifa'iyah batik is also considered to be used as an inspiration for Islamic religious education in elementary schools. The purpose of writing is to explain the analysis of the need for art in Islamic religious education in elementary schools through the inspiration of Batik Rifa'iyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive method. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate the need for art in Islamic religious education in elementary schools through the inspiration of Rifa'iyah Batang batik including: learning materials, learning locations, learning media, types of batik motifs, and learning stages. The Art in Education approach through the inspiration of Rifa'iyah batik can be applied to the instructional stage of PAI learning for grade 1 elementary school students as the core stage in learning activities, as well as the stage for students to receive material from the teacher. Keywords: needs analysis, Islamic Education, Batik Rifa’iyah

Abstract

This qualitative research study investigates the role of music as a catalyst for fostering sustainable tourism practices and contributing to the long-term social, economic, and environmental well-being of ecotourism destinations. The focus is on Truthung's musical performances in Magelang, which serve as reflections of local tourism potential and the surrounding natural environment, including the Borobudur Temple and the Merapi, Merbabu, Andong, Sumbing, and Menoreh Mountains. Drawing upon the interdisciplinary concept of ecomusicology, this study employs various data collection methods, including observations, interviews, and documentation. By examining the growth and development of Truthung Music performances, with a particular emphasis on key figures such as Sutanto Mendut and farming artists from Merbabu, this research sheds light on the transformative power of music within the local community. The findings reveal that Truthung Music not only represents the rich local environment and culture within tour packages in Magelang Regency but also emphasizes the broader interplay between nature and culture. "Village Civilization" provides clear evidence of the relationship between nature and culture, showcasing the local potential of the Lima Gunung arts community. This research addresses a gap in the literature by examining the specific role of music in the context of ecotourism and its contributions to sustainable practices. The implications extend beyond the local community, providing valuable insights for policymakers, tourism professionals, and cultural preservationists regarding the significant role that music can play in promoting sustainable tourism and preserving the cultural heritage of ecotourism destinations.

Abstract

The importance of art education in instilling the principles of Pancasila that should be taught to pupils has diminished since the era of technological transformation. Learning the names of the Pancasila principles through music is a powerful tool. However, pupils lose interest in the process when learning is still presented in the traditional fashion. Student's strengths in global variety, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creativity can be cultivated through this music-learning process and included in their Pancasila student profiles. As a result, changes in music education are necessary for the extras. The study's overarching objective was to explain how interventions based on the world wall application might help students build a Pancasila profile to better serve their communities. The art and culture instructor and the tenth-grade pupils at MAN 2 Kediri in the city of Kediri participated in this study. This research uses observation, interviews, and written records to acquire its data.  The results of this study indicate that learning the art of music at schools in trumpet practice using the wordwall.net application can stimulate the profile of Pancasila students by cultivating an open way of thinking, mutual respect, mutual care and collaboration. This research is expected to be an innovative medium for teaching music learning so that students can get to know music in various ways

Abstract

Artists and creativity are inseparable. Artists in creativity have the challenge of transforming an abstract idea into a practical one in order to create a good creation. Fadjar Praptono, a musician from Banyumas, creates based on the Encouragment of responses to enviromental situatons by paying attention to the suitability contents of the song lyrics with the existing social, political and cultural situations. This research discusses Fadjar's creative process in creating tembang Banyumasan that have a distinctive Banyumas character. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method that aims to understand the object studied in more depth. This research uses a case study design, which is focuses on exploration of finite system. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literacy studies. The interview was conducted directly with the main informant Fadjar 'Sopsan'. The study results prove that Fadjar went through several continuous stages in the creation of Banyumasan songs, including creative ideas, cultural knowledge, experience, work concepts, and creative act.
