Abstract

Penginang Penampi dance has become part of the culture of the people of Central Lombok. Shows are held only on official occasions. The existence of the Peninang Penampi dance, which is now being threatened by modern culture, needs to be saved. This study aims to discuss the inheritance of the Peninang Penampi dance in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection methods to be used are interviews, observation and documentation. This qualitative research will look at art from several disciplines. The results of the study show that through the inheritance strategy of the Peninang Penampi Dance in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, many aspects can also be saved and their existence maintained, including aspects of educational values, religious values, ethical values, aesthetic values and social values. The conclusion is that the inheritance strategy for the Peninang Penampi Dance is an inheritance process that continues to move dynamically; this is because socio-cultural changes continue to occur, so this research makes an important contribution in offering a concept of an approach to inheriting traditional dance based on local values of the people of Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

The trumpet is an ancient instrument made of a sheep’s horn that is found in the Bible. In worship at the Higher Than Ever Church, the trumpet instrument is combined with modern musical instruments. Dealing with the background, the main focus of this study is related to symbolic interaction in the playing of Trumpet. The qualitative method using a research approach to the sociology of art approach was used in this research. The data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data used source triangulation and data analysis used the contextualization of the synthesis model. The finding indicated that the symbolic interaction of playing the Trumpet started with Bible study activities, then it was conveyed to the congregation through the activity of Family Altar and other congregational activities, then after that the Trumpet instrument was played in the main worship ceremony. The conclusion has showed that symbolic interaction occurs between the Pastoral team and God through Bible study. Further, it is also between the Pastoral team and the leaders of the Family Altar, between the head of the Family Altar and church members, between the Trumpet players. Congregation and God when the worship ceremony is taking place.

Abstract

This qualitative research study investigates the role of music as a catalyst for fostering sustainable tourism practices and contributing to the long-term social, economic, and environmental well-being of ecotourism destinations. The focus is on Truthung's musical performances in Magelang, which serve as reflections of local tourism potential and the surrounding natural environment, including the Borobudur Temple and the Merapi, Merbabu, Andong, Sumbing, and Menoreh Mountains. Drawing upon the interdisciplinary concept of ecomusicology, this study employs various data collection methods, including observations, interviews, and documentation. By examining the growth and development of Truthung Music performances, with a particular emphasis on key figures such as Sutanto Mendut and farming artists from Merbabu, this research sheds light on the transformative power of music within the local community. The findings reveal that Truthung Music not only represents the rich local environment and culture within tour packages in Magelang Regency but also emphasizes the broader interplay between nature and culture. "Village Civilization" provides clear evidence of the relationship between nature and culture, showcasing the local potential of the Lima Gunung arts community. This research addresses a gap in the literature by examining the specific role of music in the context of ecotourism and its contributions to sustainable practices. The implications extend beyond the local community, providing valuable insights for policymakers, tourism professionals, and cultural preservationists regarding the significant role that music can play in promoting sustainable tourism and preserving the cultural heritage of ecotourism destinations.

Abstract

Lengger Mask Dance is a traditional art which is the identity of the people of Wonosobo Regency. The Lengger Mask Dance has a high appeal since 1910 until now. The existence of the Topeng Lengger dance which still exists has not been spared by its supporting community. There are two versions of the Lengger Mask Dance in Wonosobo Regency, namely the Njambu Lengger Mask Dance and the Njanti Lengger Mask Dance. Topeng Lengger Njambu is the first Topeng Lengger Dance that was born and became a patron for other Topeng Lengger Dances in Wonosobo Regency. The characteristics of the Lengger Njambu Mask Dance became the reason for the researchers to conduct this research, then the researchers examined the educational value contained in the Lengger Njambu Mask Dance performances. This research examines the Njambu Lengger Mask Dance from the characteristics and educational value of the Njambu Lengger Mask Dance in Wonosobo Regency. The approach in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data and data sources obtained through primary data and secondary data. Data collection used observation, interviews and documentation studies. Validity technique using triangulation technique. Data analysis through data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification. Research results are as follows. The form of the Lengger Njambu Mask Dance Performance is a description of the characteristics of the Wonosobo people. The characteristics of the Wonosobo people are described through the movement, clothing, and accompaniment of the Lengger Njambu mask dance. This causes the form of the Lengger Njambu Mask Dance to remain original and not experience much change. Among the characteristics that appear in the form of the Lengger Njambu Mask Dance performance are upholding religious values, being polite, neat, and calm. In addition to describing the characteristics of the people of Wonosobo Regency, the Lengger Njambu Mask Dance also contains educational values such as religion, love for the motherland, and responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pentingnya seni tari “Bedhayan gagrag Sumirat Puspito” sebagai aktualisasi Nilai Pendidikan Seni di Universitas Muhammadyah Malang, Selain itu tarian ini merupakan tari icon di Universitas Muhaammadyah Malang, pertunjukan yang memiliki nilai kebermaknaan tentang dakwah sebagai nilai-nilai Pendidikan. Adanya dan hadirnya tari Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang tarian karya Bedhayan “Gagrag Sumirat Puspito”Adanya kesenian tradisional di Malang, yang melahirkan ciri Khas corak gaya Yogyakarta dan Malangan, dengan ekspectasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang lahir di Yogyakarta dan lebih menarik mengkaji lebih lanjut tentang studi penyajiannya, dan makna simboliknya, karena beraneka ragamnya kesenian kesenian seni tari dalam kemasan islam saat ini, sebagai bahan banding kesenian tradisional dengan daerah lain untuk menginspirasi tarian dengan penyajian islam dan tidak meninggalkan nilai tradisional dan pakem gaya tradisional, Konsep intelektual ini dari De Marinis ini akan digunakan sebagai landasan penelitian ini. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian akan mengkaji 1) Dekonstruksi Religiusitas pertunjukan Tari Bedhayan Gagrag Sumirat Puspito, 2) sistem aktualisasi Tari Bedhayan Gagrag Sumirat Puspito, 3) Nilai Pendidikan Tari Bedhayan Gagrag Sumirat Puspito, digunakan metode penelitian ini menggunakan Milles and Huberman Penerapan Sistem pembelajaran serta dalam sinerginya dalam Al Islam Kemuhammadyahan yang diterapkan dalam nilai Pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Dekonstruksi Religiusitas pertunjukan Tari Bedhayan Gagrag Sumirat Puspito, itu dikaji dari history, venomenologi, sistem di Universitas Muhammadyah Malang dan Kurikulumnya 2) sistem aktualisasi Tari Bedhayan Gagrag Sumirat Puspito merupakan eksistensi menjaga sistem dakwah melalui budaya, 3) Nilai Pendidikan Tari Bedhayan Gagrag Sumirat Puspito, digunakan metode penelitian ini menggunakan Milles and Huberman Penerapan Sistem pembelajaran serta dalam sinerginya dalam Al Islam Kemuhammadyahan. Dekonstruksi ini hadir sebagai dasar penciptaan Tari Bedhayan Gagrag Sumirat Puspito.

Abstract

Dalam kurun waktu dua tahun terakhir proses pembelajaran di sekolah mengalami hambatan karena adanya Covid 19, sehingga pendidikan dan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis guru terhadap inovasi model pembelajaran seni bagi anak usia dini di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru pendidikan anak usia dini dengan menentukan sampel 21 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di era digital ini perlu adanya inovasi dalam pembelajaran seni yang menggunakan pembelajaran tari dengan media berbasis android yang dapat diterapkan pada anak usia dini. Untuk itu peneliti berasumsi bahwa inovasi model edumultimedia dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh anak dan guru di sekolah. Inovasi model pembelajaran seni bagi anak usia dini yang telah di implementasikan dapat membantu anak dan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasi di masyarakat yaitu dengan penerapan inovasi model seni digital saat ini dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran yang bersifat blended learning.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian mengenai analisis kesulitasn belajar mahasiswa terhadap mata kulah notasi tari, dan solusi nya untuk meningkatkan penguasaan materi perkuliahan notasi tari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey kepada 20 orang mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Seni Tari dan Musik Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Uiversitas Tanjungpura .Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa terdapat faktor kesulitan belajar mahasiswa dalam menguasai materi perkuliahan notasi tari, salahsatunya penggunaan media yang dapat mempermudah dalam menganalisis gerak tari. Berdasarkan kesulitan tersebut aplikasi NL menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menguasai materi notasi tari. Penggunaan aplikasi yang dielaborasi dengan pembelajaran secara kontekstual dapat membuat pembelajaran notasi menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan tidak terlihat atau terkesan kaku sehingga sulit untuk dipahami. Satu di antara tawaran pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan yaitu menggunakan pembelajaran koncekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning). Jika pembelajaran terasa menyenangkan maka akan terjadi perbandingan lurus yaitu minat, motivasi dan keseriusan dalam menerima materi ajar akan ada dalam diri mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan tehnologi dewasa ini mengancam keberadaan berbagai permainan tradisional, menggantikannya dengan berbagai permainan pabrikan, serta gawai, yang cenderung kurang mengedepankan permainan kolektif dan interaksi sosial. Sarana tehnologi interaktif, video games, playstation atau internet perlahan namun pasti telah mengubah suasana rumah, kelas maupun ruang bermain anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk menjawab tantangan bagi eksistensi permainan tradisionaldi Bali. Penjelasan deskriptif kualitatif yang diperoleh dari data observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Sesuai amanah Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 52 Tahun 2007 Tentang Pedoman Pelestarian dan Pengembangan Adat Istiadat dan Nilai Sosial Budaya Masyarakat, pemerintah penggiat budaya dan masyarakat mengupayakan tetap eksisnya bentuk-bentuk permainan tradisional. Salah satu caranya adalah menjadikan dolanan tradisional sebagai salah satu bentuk pertunjukan yang dipentaskan secara periodik pada Pesta Kesenian Bali sejak tahun 1998 hingga 2019, serta upaya digitalisasi pertunjukan dolanan melalui kanal Youtube.

Abstract

Advances in technology and information are often a double-edged sword. The development of art in the world of entertainment is now very easy to enjoy not only through television, but also through youtube and tik-tok which are applications favored by children. The researcher uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach to analyze how art education is channeled through video sharing applications that are currently popular with the younger generation, which is related to child development in terms of personality and artistic aspects. The author refers to Piaget's theory of child development which reveals that when a child begins to develop towards the maturity stage, it will experience biological adaptation to its environment which will cause qualitative changes in its cognitive structure. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the influence of art education related to digital disruption in the era of globalization for children's development, as well as how art is the ideal entertainment world for children. The positive impact of art on social media in the era of globalization makes children more creative, think ahead, and increase self-confidence. While the most severe negative impact is the emergence of addiction or addiction. This article is expected to provide a new picture of art education in accordance with the pattern of child development stages.

Abstract

The Zapin Pecah Dua Belas dance is a traditional dance from the Pelalawan area. It's called the pecah dua belas dance because it has twelve varietie, Zapin dance developed well in the Pelalawan area, this dance is used as a mandatory material in the Bina Tasik Studio that must be mastered by every student. The purpose of the study was to analyze the learning process of the Zapin Pecah Dua Belas dance based on local wisdom values. This study uses a qualitative method to explore the charm that is built up in the learning process of the Zapin Pecah Dua Belas Dance. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Research result ; echantment in the Pecah Dua Belas Dance is seen from the variety of Zapin dances, the complete learning process begins with the provision of material on hands, body postures and feet. The findings in this study show that there is a charm that is built from the zapin dance learning process based on local values.
