Information technology is developing rapidly and the effect is every single organization will always collect data and information. The information collected is used as a basis for decision making. But not all information can be directly used for the decision making process. Method and weighting are needed in the process of getting information. One method that can be used to support the decision making process is Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). MOORA is included in the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which makes it possible to provide the best choice of information from several choices by using criteria values. This research uses the MOORA method as determining strategic industrial locations by combining spatial data. In determining the strategic location of the industry, MOORA uses several criteria and different weights for each criteria. The MOORA with spatial data can be produce the right information related to the determination of strategic industry locations by finding the correlation between method results with industry location in Semarang city. The results obtained from this research are the formation of a decision support system modeling of industrial location determination using the MOORA method with spatial data. Correlation value generated by the Spearman Rank method is 0,9.

Each organization must collect data as a result of the use of information technology. Over time the data is processed into information. The information collected is used as a basis for decision making. But not all information can be directly used for the decision making process. Necessary methods and weighting in the process of getting information. One model in a decision support system is Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). The MCDM model makes it possible to provide the best choice of information from several choices of the many criteria and alternatives used. This study compares the MCDM model, namely the ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite) method, SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique), ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) as a priority determination for the handling of areas affected by natural disasters which must be addressed first in the RENAKSI (Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Action Planning), in this case earthquake natural disasters. The ELECTRE method has a different algorithmic process than SMART and ARAS. The validation test method ELECTRE, SMART and ARAS against dataset occurrence of the earthquake is become the results of this research. Spearman rank correlation values for the three methods amounted to 0.96. And another correlation method value of 0.85 for the ARAS method and 0.82 for the ELECTRE and SMART methods.

Today, the development of the use of spatial data is not only used for information geographic or transportation. But also can be used for site selection with integrating decision support system methods. Generated information can help in making decisions and meet the expected aspects. One method that can be used to support the decision making process is the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). WASPAS is included in Multi Criteria Decision Making which can produce selected information from the data or criteria used. This study uses the WASPAS method as a determinant of strategic industrial locations by spatial data collection. In determining strategic industrial locations, WASPAS uses several different criteria and weights for each criterion. The WASPAS method can produce precise information related to the determination of strategic industrial locations. The results of the Spearman Rating trial with data on industrial locations in the city of Semarang show a strong conformity, as seen from the resulting compatibility value of 1.0. The results obtained from this study are the establishment of a system model that supports the decision to determine the location of the industry using the WASPAS method.

Clean water service providers in Indonesia are still recording water meters as water usage data with manual recording by record collector. Alternative solutions for recording water meters from previous research use the Internet of Things (IoT) or image recognition that is processed on a server. The solutions rely on the Internet which is unsuitable with Indonesia’s condition. This study proposes a water meter reading system that can work on mobile devices without using the Internet. The system works by utilizing optical character recognition (OCR) using the Long Short Term Memory Recurrent Neural Network (LSTM-RNN) method. LSTM-RNN is a classification method in artificial neural network which has feedback. The results show that the water meter reading system could work without using an Internet connection. The average time it takes to perform the reading process is 2285ms even on Android device with low specification. The overall reading accuracy is 86%. Single value reading accuracy, when the digit meter displays only 1 number, is 97%, while the accuracy of double value reading, when the digit meter displays 2 numbers, is 18%.

Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang memberi dampak di seluruh Dunia, tidak terkecuali di Indonesia. Setiap Negara memiliki kebijakan masing-masing unutuk menanganinya, mulai dari pemberlakuan Lockdown, Pembatasan Sosial Bersekala Besar (PSBB) , sampai dengan New Normal. Semua kebijakan dilakukan untuk segera memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19, karena semakin lama masyarakat dihadapkan dengan kondisi ekonomi yang melemah ketika pandemi ini tidak segara selesai. Upaya lain dari pemerintah adalah dengan memberikan bantuan sosial untuk masyarakat yang memiliki ekonomi lemah. Bantuan sosial tersebut diantaranya adalah Program Keluarga Harapan, Kartu Sembako, Kartu Prakerja, Pembebasan Tarif Listrik 450V, Bantuan Sosial Tunai, dan Bantuan Langsung Tunai. Kebijakan yang baik harus dikawal sehingga bantuan tersebut dapat tersalurkan sesuai sasaran. Aspek pemerataan bantuan juga menjadi penting sehingga tidak ada yang merasa dirugikan dari masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut perlu dirancang sebuah sistem pemetaan bantuan sosial yang transparan bisa diakses oleh siapa saja dengan model gadget apapun sehingga dapat membantu pemerintah ditingkat dinas dan desa untuk mengelola bantuan sosial secara efektif, efisien dan transparan dimata masyarakat.

Online mapping has developed rapidly over the past few years resulting to replace GIS functionality. This system allows users to use appliacation without using specialized GIS software. The system can receive data from multiple sources and display the map to all users. These developments bring web-based mapping technology. Web-based mapping using MapsAPI as third-party tools. MapsAPI allows system to mapping data in real time and real location. That information technology can support smart city program’s to solve several problem in a city like mapping the location of the damaged roads. Users only need to use internet browsing application to add location or observe the map of road damage. People and government as system user’s, can utilize the system to determine the priority of roadwork.

Pusat Pengembangan Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen (P3ID) ialah Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) yang dibentuk di Universitas Semarang guna melakukan pengelolaan arsip surat yang berkaitan dengan jurnal. Kegiatan pengelolaan dan pengarsipan surat jurnal di P3ID masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, yang memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan surat terlebih bila surat yang diarsipkan jumlahnya banyak. Dengan alasan tersebut, maka penelitian dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Sequential Search dalam proses pencarian arsip surat di P3ID ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ialah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), metode yang menekankan pada pengembangan sistem dengan jangka waktu yang singkat. Dari hasil implementasi pada sistem Administrasi berbasis Website ini, sistem berjalan dengan baik. Proses pencarian yang dilengkapi dengan algoritma Sequential Search ini juga dapat menampilkan hasil yang dicari berdasarkan kata kunci perihal. AbstractLecturer’s Scientific Publication Development Center is a Technical Implementation Unit established at the University of Semarang to manage the archive of letters related to journals. The management and archiving activities of journal letters in P3ID are still done by manual means, which allows for errors in the recording of letters especially when the letters archived in large numbers. For this reason, research was conducted to implement the Sequential Search algorithm in the process of searching for mail archives in this P3ID. The method used in system development is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a method that emphasizes system development for a short period of time. From the implementation results on this Website-based Administration system, the system is running well. The search process equipped with sequential search algorithm can also display the results searched based on the subject keyword.

Microsoft Office functions are very important to support various work related to offices and multimedia. In today's era, almost all office work requires Microsoft Office programs in its completion, not to mention in the world of education. Microsoft Office itself is a collection of software applications that are used to process, store, and combine data in the form of documents. One of the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) programs is PowerPoint, where the PowerPoint features really is supports the process of implementing education, especially for teachers who is teaching students. With the recognition of MOS, teachers will have the ability to take advantage of features, especially features in PowerPoint that can be implemented in the teaching and learning process. Awareness of MA Ma'arif's 03 KKM (Kelompok Kerja Madrasah) teachers in Kab. Demak for the development of information technology to be creative and innovative in creating interesting teaching media for students is the background for this service activities. This activities are carried out using the method of direct mentoring to partners through MOS PowerPoint training and exams. The results of the MOS PowerPoint training evaluation, 100% of participants passed the exam. the implementation of community service has succeeded in achieving the goals and targets that have been set, seen from the positive responses from participants whose all assistance is training and is relevant to needs.

Era Big Data saat ini, kumpulan data memiliki struktur yang sangat beragam serta dimensi yang tinggi. Dimensi tinggi ini memiliki independen atribut, dependen atribut, data yang tidak relevan dan tidak berguna yang menjadi sumber masalah dalam mendapatkan akurasi yang terbaik di proses penerapan metode klasifikasi prediksi. Pemilihan fitur pada setiap kasus klasifikasi prediksi sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena merupakan komponen dalam pembelajaran mesin dan alur kerja penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, pemilihan fitur atribut data menggunakan metode wrapper dan embedded yang dilakukan pada dataset mahasiswa yang telah menyelesaikan sarjana di perguruan tinggi sebanyak 146 data yang memiliki 13 atribut data dan 1 label. Metode pemilihan fitur ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan atribut data yang sesuai yang nantinya digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi prediksi mahasiswa yang telah lulus tepat waktu atau tidak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan algoritma Random Forest Classification, nilai akurasinya sebesar 73% dan terjadi peningkatan akurasi setelah menggunakan metode pemilihan fitur wrapper dan embedded sebesar 100%.
