Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of discipline and compensation on the performance of CV Muslim Galeri employees in South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative with saturated samples, involving the entire population of 70 people. Data collection is done through primary and secondary data. Data analysis uses descriptive techniques, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, quantitative verification, and hypothesis testing. The results showed a strong positive relationship between discipline (X1) and employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 5.067 + 0.843X1, correlation 0.805, and coefficient of determination 64.9%. Hypothesis testing shows a significant effect of discipline on employee performance (t_value11,207 > t_table 1,995), so Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. For compensation (X2) and employee performance (Y), a strong relationship was found with a regression equation Y = 12.384 + 0.739X2, a correlation of 0.827, and a coefficient of determination of 50.9%. Hypothesis testing shows a significant effect of compensation on employee performance (t_value8.391 > t_table1.995), so Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. Simultaneously, discipline (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 2.886 + 0.636X1 + 0.283X2, correlation 0.827, and coefficient of determination 67.5%. Hypothesis testing shows the value of f_value 72.576 > f_table  3.134, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. These results indicate that discipline and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance at CV Muslim Galeri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of PT employees. Amos Indah Indonesia Jakarta Utara, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. 2. In this research, the sampling method used was a saturated sample. The object of this research is the admin employees of PT Amos Indah Indonesia Jakarta Utara. So the sample in this research is permanent employees of PT Amos Indah Indonesia Jakarta Utara  numbers 85 people. 1. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient analysis (r) in the table above, the correlation coefficient R value is 0.715, where this value is in the interval 0.600 – 0.799, meaning that the Leadership Style variable has a strong level of relationship to Employee Performance. Based on the test results in the table above, an R Square value of 0.512 is obtained, so it can be concluded that the Leadership Style variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable by 51.2% while the remainder is (100 - 51.2%) = 48.8% influenced by factors. others that were not carried out in this study. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, the calculated t value > t table or 9.323 > 1.98896 is strengthened by the Sig value. < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that partially the Leadership Style variable has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Amos Indah Indonesia Jakarta Utara. Based on the results of the second hypothesis test, the calculated t value > t table or 7.404 > 1.98896 is strengthened by the Sig value. < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, so it can be concluded that partially the Motivation variable has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Amos Indah Indonesia Jakarta Utara. Based on the results of the third hypothesis test, the value Fcount > Ftable or 64.242 > 3.11 is confirmed by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously the Leadership Style and Motivation variables have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Amos Indah Indonesia Jakarta Utara

Abstract

The purpose of the Community Service activity is to implement one of the tri dharma of higher education. In addition, it is hoped that with community service, the existence of higher education can make a major contribution to the development and application of science to the community. The method used in this community service is in the form of counseling and coaching, namely in addition to better actions, processes and results or statements. In this case, it shows progress, increased growth, evolution of various possibilities, development or improvement of something. The results of community service obtained are to get development and Community Empowerment with the theme of Implementation of work discipline in improving the quality of human resources in Indonesian fitness sports, (ORKI), South Tangerang. The knowledge obtained can be developed again and disseminated in order to provide the best for the surrounding community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Klinik Animal Care Vet Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas data, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linier sederhana, uji linier berganda, uji koefisien kolerasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Klinik Animal Care Vet Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 26,868 + 0,321X2 dan nilai ????h???????????????????? 3,250 > ???????????????????????? 1,671 dengan signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. (2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Klinik Animal Care Vet Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 3,231+0,874X2 dan nilai ????h???????????????????? 5,933 > ???????????????????????? 1,671 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Klinik Animal Care Vet Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = -1,100 + 0,296 X1 + 0,712 X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,753, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,1%, serta nilai ????h???????????????????? 37,234 > ???????????????????????? 3,159 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi Pondok Pesantren Baitussalam Pamulang sebagai studi kasus untuk memahami praktik pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi visi, misi, filosofi pendidikan, metode pengajaran, dan peran pesantren dalam masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi mendalam, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis untuk menarik kesimpulan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren ini memiliki komitmen yang kuat terhadap penyediaan pendidikan Islam berkualitas dan holistik. Visi dan misi pesantren menekankan pada pembentukan karakter Islami dan kontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat. Filosofi pendidikan yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan aspek spiritual, intelektual, emosional, dan sosial siswa. Metode pengajaran pesantren berbasis tradisional Islam, tetapi juga mengintegrasikan teknologi modern. Selain memberikan pendidikan agama, pesantren juga memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat identitas keislaman dan memelihara nilai-nilai tradisional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Century Pharmacy in South Jakarta, as well as to measure the extent of the influence of these two variables, both partially and simultaneously, on improving employee performance. The method used is quantitative analysis. The population in this study consists of all employees of Century Pharmacy in South Jakarta, totaling 63 individuals, while the sample used in this study was taken using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were used as the sample. From this technique, a sample of 63 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation showing a positive relationship between these variables. The coefficient of determination shows a significant simultaneous effect. The partial hypothesis test shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The hypothesis test shows that work discipline and work environment together have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of reward and punishment systems and their influence on teacher motivation in Senior and Vocational High Schools (SMA/SMK) in Parung District, Bogor Regency. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that fair and transparent reward systems significantly enhance teacher motivation, while punishment, when applied objectively, supports discipline without reducing morale. However, inconsistencies, lack of flexibility, and limited transparency in implementation remain key challenges. SWOT and TOWS analyses further highlight strategic priorities, such as optimizing reward mechanisms, improving leadership communication, and minimizing non-pedagogical burdens. The study concludes that teacher motivation is shaped not only by institutional policies but also by leadership behavior, organizational culture, and contextual support. Strengthening these systems through adaptive and human-centered approaches is essential to foster sustainable performance and commitment among teachers. These insights offer valuable implications for school management and education policymakers in improving teaching quality.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly influenced the education sector, requiring educational institutions to enhance the competence of their human resources in utilizing technology effectively. This community service activity (PKM) aims to improve the technological skills of teachers and students at the Tajaul Karomah Educational Institution in Situgadung Village, Tangerang Regency. The PKM was conducted on May 3–4, 2025, by a team of 15 lecturers from Pamulang University, involving 45 participants consisting of teachers and students. The implementation method consisted of three stages: preparation, execution, and reporting. During the execution stage, participants engaged in a series of activities including material presentations, practical sessions, discussions, and Q&A. The materials delivered focused on the use of digital tools for teaching and learning, basic digital literacy, and the integration of technology in classroom activities. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and confidence in using digital technology for educational purposes. Feedback from participants indicated high levels of satisfaction and a desire for continued training. This PKM program successfully contributed to empowering the human resources of the Tajaul Karomah Educational Institution to be more adaptive and responsive to technological advancements in education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at Drive In Carwash West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of Drive In Carwash West Jakarta as many as 61 employees and the determination of the sample used saturated samples where the entire population was sampled, so that the sample of this study was 61 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by employees and analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study showed that partially compensation had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19.458 + 0.533X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.522 means that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 26.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (3.042> 1.688), this is reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 29.735 + 0.289X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.406 means that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 26.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (1.848> 1.688), this is reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05, and simultaneously Compensation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 17.904 + 0.413X1 + 0.162X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.518, meaning that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient or simultaneous influence of 26.8% while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (11.721> 3.14), this is also reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jasa Marga Tollroad Operator pada ruas Jakarta Kunciran Cengkareng (JKC. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel Non-probability sampling dengan menyebarkan angket/kuesioner kepada 55 responden sebagai data primer. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, mulikolinieritas dan heteroskedastisitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan f) pada aplikasi spss versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terjada terhadap kinerja kerja sebesar 87,2, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (18,996 > 2,006). Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai sig < 0,05 atau (0,00 < 0,05). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 82,5, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (15,781 > 2,006). Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai sig < 0,05 atau (0,00 < 0,05). Secara simultan disiplin dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 2.712+0.631X1​+0.312X2, dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 89,8% sedangkan sisahnya 10,2% dipengaruh oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nia F hitung > F tabel atau (227,673 > 3,18) dan diperkuat dengan nilai sig < 0,05 atau (0,00 < 0,05).
