Abstract

Pengaplikasian time value of money tidak bisa lepas dengan aktivitas perekonomian masyarakat dari alat tukar yaitu uang, terutama dalam hal pinjaman kepada bank konvensioanal. Terutama penerapan yang digunakan dengan metode time value of money. Seperti di kehidupan sehari-hari bagi umat muslim, banyak sekali keraguan dalam melaksanakan transaksional saat ini. maka, pentingnya untuk memahami time value of money untuk para masyarakat muslim agar tidak terjebak atau ragu dalam melakukan transaksional. Yang seperti kita ketahui transaksional ribawi sangatlah merugikan untuk para muslim, sebab time value of money menggunakan diskonto atau bunga dengan menggunakan maximum utility terhadap barang. Secara syariah ekonomi islam tidak sesuai dengan konsep syariah. Dengan demikian, peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana konsep time value of money perspektif ekonomi islam dengan salah satunya mengenai pinjaman unag pada bank konvensional dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, leverage, rasio harga perolehan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tujuan utama dibangun perusahaan adalah untuk memaksimalkan kekayaan pemegang saham. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempertimbangkan nilai perusahaan, misalnya ukuran perusahaan, leverage, rasio harga perolehan, dan profitabilitas. Di perusahaan riset ini nilai diukur dengan Tobin's Q. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, leverage, price earning ratio, dan profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh pada nilai perusahaan. Sementara itu, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan size, price earning ratio, dan profitabilitas terdapat pengaruh yang positif untuk nilai perusahaan sebagian. Sementara, leverage menunjukkan bahwa belum berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial. Artinya, semakin tinggi ukuran perusahaan, leverage, price earning ratio, dan profitabilitas perusahaan maka akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Leverage yang ditunjukkan tidak mempengaruhi pada nilai perusahaan. Di dalam artikel jurnal kali ini kita juga membahas tentang pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap perusahaan, pengaruh likuiditas terhadap perusahaan dan pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

Many strategies that can be used to increase sales and attract consumers to buy products offered by manufacturers. One strategy that is widely used by companies is the marketing mix strategy. Marketing activities that focus on product self-focus, pricing, distribution policies, and means of promotion are known as the marketing mix or Marketing Mix. This study aims to evaluate the internal evaluation and indicators of the appropriate marketing mix strategy and is applied to increase the sales volume at Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, by collecting data directly from the company by making observations, interviews according to the research subject. The results showed that the strategy adopted by Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon has worked well, where the four marketing strategy variables support and complement each other, and have different roles in marketing their products. We recommend that the owner of the Plumbon Griya Glass Bead UMKM should be upgraded with the marketing mix that has been applied. The strategy used by the company is good, but it would be better if the company plans to continue to improve strategies considering that many other competitors have issued similar products.

Abstract

Competitive advantage becomes the endurance of a business in a competitive market to understand the value that can be created for the products offered in order to increase the attractiveness of the business. The purpose of the study was to determine the competitive strategy applied in business development at the home industry of water hyacinth Wiwit Collection @witrove_ Karang Pilang District, Surabaya City in an effort to face business competition. The research population is the resource person of the Wiwit Collection with a sample of resource persons on the criteria established by purposive sampling technique, which means that it is based on the research objectives. The data analysis technique used a SWOT analysis with the questionnaire method. The results showed that internal factors had a total weighted average of 1.31 with a strength factor of 4.24 and a weakness factor of 2.93, while the total external factor weighted average of 0.96 with an opportunity factor of 4.13 and a threat factor of 3.17. Wiwit Collection is in quadrant I implementing an aggressive strategy through the SO strategy which shows that the strengths and opportunities are relatively superior compared to the weaknesses and threats. While the WO and WT strategies can be used as an alternative, especially in the online marketing aspect. Keywords: Competitive Strategy, Business Development, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of macroeconomic factors namely Inflation level, Suku Bunga Bank Indonesia and rupiah exchange rate (USD / IDR) on the Business Stock Price Index-27 simultaneously and partially. The research method used is quantitative method. Research data collection is done by taking data related to macroeconomics from online data search. This study uses secondary data obtained from the official website online in the form of summaries of reports per month. The population in this study is a time series data for 60 months with a time period of January 2016 - December 2020. In this study used saturated sample techniques. So obtained data that amounted to 60 samples of research data. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analsis from simultaneous testing, it is known that variable Inflation (X1), Bank Indonesia Interest Rate (X2), and Rupiah Exchange Rate (USD/ IDR) (X3) have a significant effect on the Business Stock Price Index-27. Partially Inflation has a positive and significant effect, Bank Indonesia Interest Rate has a negative and significant effect, the Rupiah Exchange Rate has no effect on the Business Stock Price Index-27. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the marketing mix on the purchasing decision of Regina Beauty Care (case study of CV Regina Kosmetika Mandiri). This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. Determination of informants is done by taking key informants with purposive techniques or techniques for determining informants based on certain considerations, usually related to the scale of involvement, knowledge, and authority of a person with the object of research. In this study, the tool used to identify and compile the factors of the online shop 'Regina Beauty Care' strategy was using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used is by using the 4P marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion. Through IFAS and EFAS analysis, it can be seen that Regina Beauty Care has a strength score of 1.99, a weakness score of 0.63, an opportunity score of 1.83 and a threat score of 0.82. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS analysis as well as the SWOT analysis diagram which shows the right results in quadrant I (one). Keywords: Marketing Mix, Sales

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand image, packaging design, and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on sprite soda products. The population in this study was the people of Surabaya City who had bought and drank Srite products in the city of Surabaya. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Packaging design has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Satisfaction design has no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Inflation, Rupiah exchange rate, and Bank Indonesia interest rate against Infobank15 Index on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016 – 2021. This study uses secondary data in the form of summary of monthly index reports obtained from financial websites. The population in this study is a time series data that amounts to 60 months and starts from August 2016 to July 2021 by determining samples using saturated samples. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis tested using F test and t test. The result showed that simultaneously variable Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rate, and Bank Indonesia Interest Rate had a significant effect on the Infobank15 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partialy Inflation has significant negative effect on Infobank15 Index. Rupiah Exchange Rate has no effect on Infobank15 Index. Bank Indonesia Interest Rate has significant positive effect on Infobank15 Index

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja perusahaan berbasis human capital merupakan hal menarik yang perlu dikembangkan oleh perusahaan. Human capital merupakan salah satu komponen utama dari intellectual capital (intangible asset) yang dimiliki perusahaan. Selama ini, penilaian terhadap kinerja perusahaan lebih banyak menggunakan sumber daya yang bersifat fisik (tangible asset). Human capital di dalam organisasi memiliki potensi penuh untuk membangun orientasi pasar bagi konsumennya. Jika kompetensi pegawai di dalam suatu organisasi semakin baik, mereka akan memahami kebutuhan konsumen dan mengembangkan customer capital untuk menahan loyalitas konsumen. Pengelolaan customer capital yang baik akan berdampak terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep keterhubungan human capital dan customer capital dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja café dan resto di Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pipinan/pengelola café dan resto di Surabaya, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) yang merupakan metode alternatif analisis dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang berbasis variance.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diketemukan bahwa 1) human capital mampu memberikan kontribusi yang berarti terhadap customer capital. 2) Customer capital mampu memberikan kontribusi yang berarti terhadap kinerja café dan resto di Surabaya, 3) human capital mampu memberikan kontribusi yang berarti terhadap kinerja café dan resto di Surabaya.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi individu dari penelitian-penelitian yang sudah ada. Penulisan makalah ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dari literatur-literatur seperti jurnal penelitian yang relevan dengan topik, yaitu keputusan investasi. Dan hasil kesimpulan dari makalah ini, yaitu bahwa keputusan investasi individu memiliki keberagaman tergantung faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, yang meliputi faktor financial literacy, faktor demografi dan faktor psikologi.
