Abstract

Technology is experiencing very rapid development, especially internet-based technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of convenience and security on customer loyalty of the E-wallet Dana in Surabaya. This type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses primary data, namely data directly through questionnaires which are filled in directly by the respondents. The population taken is E-wallet Dana users who have used E-wallet Dana at least 3 times. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the sampling method using purposive sampling. With a total of 100 respondents who have made transactions on the application of Dana at least 3x. By using data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the convenience and security variables simultaneously have a positive effect on customer loyalty for the E-wallet Dana; The convenience variable partially has a positive and significant effect on E-wallet Dana Customer Loyalty; The Security Variable partially has a positive and significant effect on E-wallet Dana Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Sumber Alam Unggul is a company that sells organic agricultural products, such as organic fertilizers and pesticides. PT. Sumber Alam Unggul is the object of this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing mix strategy in increasing sales at PT. Sumber Alam Unggul. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using the SWOT analysis method and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation related to the marketing mix strategy which includes product, price, promotion, and place by researchers in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with the SWOT analysis method at PT. Sumber Alam Unggul. Based on this study, the results of IFAS and EFAS showed strengths with a score of 2,429 and weaknesses with a score of 1,098. While the EFAS results show opportunities with a score of 1.971 and threats with a score of 1.331. Based on the SWOT Analysis diagram, PT. Sumber Alam Unggul shows in Quadrant I by using an aggressive strategy that the company has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing strengths and opportunities. the strategy that can be applied is to support the growth of an aggressive policy (Growth Oriented Strategy) to increase sales at PT. Abstract

In today's digital era, the role of e-commerce and Social Media is very important in developing and expanding a business, of course, providing Discounts is also a marketing strategy that can increase interest in buying products. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Social Media and Discounts on Interest in Buying Roughneck products on Shopee. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with an associative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study is consumers who attend Roughneck official stores at Shopee, totaling 2.1 million and are determined using the Slovin formula calculation with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach.  The results of this study show that simultaneously, the variables of Social Media and Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. Partially, the variables Social Media and Discounts have a positive and significant effect on the variables of Buying Interest

Abstract

Intense competition has led to competition between companies and led to the emergence of various similar companies that compete strictly in showing their existence. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand image and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty of Energen Breakfast Cereals Study at Surabaya State University. The type of research used is quantitative. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The population in this study were consumers who had bought and consumed Energen products. The sample used was 100 students at state universities in Surabaya. Primary data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires. Influence test using regression test with hypothesis testing using t test and F test. Based on the results of data processing it can be concluded that Brand image, Product Quality and Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty of energen breakfast cereals; Brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of energen breakfast cereals; Product Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of energen breakfast cereals; Trust partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of energen breakfast cereals

Abstract

Cash management is the optimization of cash flow and excess cash investment. Financial statements are a form of management accountability in managing the company's resources as well as information that reflects the company's performance. This study aims to determine the effect of cash management quality on improving a business performance on CV. Alphie in the period 2019-2021. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results showed that cash and company performance stimulant positive and significant effect on residual, but partial cash does not have a positive and significant effect on residual. Abstract

The phenomenon of children dropping out of school is a classic problem in Indonesia which does not only occur in remote areas where access to Education is still difficult but also occurs in big cities that are easy to access. Surabaya has a fairly large APBD where 20% of the APBD is allocated for education funds. However, there are still Surabaya residents whose children drop out of school because of financial problems. This study tries to see how the Surabaya City Government reduces the dropout rate through Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar. The research method used is qualitative, and the data search process uses interviews with the Education Authority and UPT Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar. The results showed that implementing Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar could reduce children dropping out of school due to cost problems. Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar is a non-formal education that is included in equality education so that those who enter the Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar will get free Education

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi mengharuskan individu ataupun perusahaan bisa menjalankan pengelolaan dana secara tepat baik melalui investasi. Investasi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti indeks dan faktor makro ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Inflasi, Bi Rate, dan Kurs USD/RP Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Sektor Mining (Pertambangan) Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Mei 2016-April 2021 secara simultan ataupun parsial. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder meliputi rangkuman informasi seperti laporan bulanan yang diperoleh untuk membantu proses penelitian. Obyek penelitian yaitu Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 60 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Teknik analisis linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan uji F. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Inflasi, BI Rate, dan Kurs USD/RP secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Perusahaan Sektor Mining (Pertambangan) Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Mei 2016-April 2021. Inflasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Perusahaan Sektor Mining (Pertambangan) Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Mei 2016-April 2021. BI Rate secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Perusahaan Sektor Mining (Pertambangan) Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Mei 2016-April 2021. Kurs USD/RP secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Perusahaan Sektor Mining (Pertambangan) Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Mei 2016-April 2021.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the factors driving economic development in Indonesia. The fact that internet development has reached a very fundamental human need enables MSMEs to expand their businesses worldwide. They are, of course, required to understand some basic skills and competencies to survive in the online business, such as electronic market share, e-market ethics, and e-market advertising. The core subjects of e-market advertising are product photography and product design. As smartphones have significantly advanced nowadays, all the mentioned processes can be conducted through them. This training is specifically designed for this purpose, which is to develop the skills of MSME communities in smartphone product photography and packaging techniques so that they can compete and succeed in the electronic market. The training has been quite successful, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants and the production of some excellent product photographs. The result of this training is the increasing number of MSME practitioners going online and promoting their products on the internet.

Abstract

Indonesia is a rich, unique, and diverse country. Each region certainly its has own uniqueness or characteristics. One of characteristic in each region in general is in processed foods and drinks, can be in the form of heavy food such as pecel or snack suck as banana chips. Home-scale food of beverage sellers are usually called MSME. MSMEs are built by a person or a group, but with a small production scale or only for the business location area. Every MSMEs must have its own obtacles, ranging form raw materials, equipment, to marketing. One of the MSMEs accompanied by Group 10 KKNT-MBKM located in Jombang Regency, more precisely in Ngrimbi Village, Bareng District has problems in the product packaging process and marketing factors. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to plan marketing strategies for MSME actors so that their business runs smoothly and develops, and helps solve the obstacles experienced by MSMEs. The method used is a qualitative method with the type of data collection through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and documentation on the activities of MSME actors. The result of the dedication that has been carried out is that the obstacles experienced by MSMEs in the product packaging process have been resolved and the marketing aspect is running well.

Abstract

Di zaman yang semakin canggih ini, bisnis telah mengalami diversifikasi dengan pesat. Maka dari itu, tak heran apabila persaingan bisnis semakin ketat. Masalah ini harus ditangani dengan serius agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis. Dalam hal ini, pelaku usaha membutuhkan daya kreativitas dan inovasi yang tinggi agar mampu menciptakan peluang usaha yang unik dan baru. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui program pengabdian masyarakat. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu pelatihan kerajinan buket snack bagi masyarakat Desa Jaan, Nganjuk. Peluang bisnis ini terbilang menjanjikan karena usaha buket snack di Desa Jaan, Nganjuk masih baru. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu praktik bersama dan pendampingan dengan tahapan pengenalan, learning by watching, pelatihan, diskusi, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan kerajinan buket snack yaitu peserta pelatihan mampu memahami materi dan mengimplementasikan cara membuat buket snack dengan baik, sehingga tercipta pemikiran untuk membuka usaha bucket snack sendiri di rumah. Harapan ke depannya, masyarakat Desa Jaan menjadikan kerajinan buket snack sebagai usaha rumahan yang membuahkan pundi-pundi uang.
