This study focuses on the efforts made by the government to make MSMEs survive and their products accessible to consumers in this pandemic era. The real problem for MSMEs in this pandemic era is rebuilding a sluggish economy due to a number of policies that require people to be at home to reduce the spread of the Covid-19. The research method used in this research is descriptive exploratory qualitative research method. This study uses a desk study and interview technique. Desk studies are carried out through secondary data tracking. Interviews were conducted with regional apparatus organizations (OPD) which handle MSMEs and MSMEs’ actor. From the research conducted, it is known that SiBakul Jogja Free Shipping is enough to be the answer to reviving the economy for MSMEs who are still struggling through the Covid-19 pandemic to get their market back, without visiting consumers or making conventional transactions.

Salah satu pelayanan publik yang diselenggarakan pemerintah terkait dengan peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan dan peningkatan minat baca terhadap masyarakat adalah pelayanan perpustakaan, sebagaimana tercantum dalam pasal 3 Undang-Undang No.43 Tahun 2007 tentang perpustakaan. Kinerja Perpustakaan adalah gambaran atas keberhasilan ataupun kegagalan penyelenggaraan perpustakaan. Dalam hal ini, peneliti akan membahas tentang kinerja pelayanan perpustakaan pada Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pelayanan perpustakaan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan perpustakaan pada Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (Mix Method), dimana data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, studi literatur, kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung perpustakaan pada Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti pada Tahun 2019 sebanyak 3.124 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, tabulasi data, pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi nomor 14 tahun 2017, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pelayanan pada Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti sudah baik. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai score akhir 3.35 atau setelah dikonversi menjadi 83, 61 kategori mutu pelayanan berdasarkan indeks mendapat nilai B yang artinya Baik. Unsur yang mendapatkan nilai tertinggi yaitu unsur penampilan dan kerapihan petugas dengan nilai 3.95 yang berati sangat baik. Unsur yang paling terendah adalah unsur kelengkapan dan koleksi buku dengan nilai 2.70 yang berati kurang baik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perpustakaan yaitu gaya kepemimpinan yang sudah sepenuhnya optimal, dengan melibatkan partisipasi bawahan untuk memberikan masukan-masukan. Kemampuan kerjasama antar petugas pelayanan dirasakan sudah cukup, hanya masih belum menujukkan hasil yang sepenuhnya optimal. Sehingga hal tersebut juga dapat mempengaruhi pemberian layan kepada pengguna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akuntabilitas pelayanan publik dalam pembuatan SIM dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan publik di Polres Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa akuntabilitas pelayanan publik di Polres Kediri sudah dapat dikatakan baik dan sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). This community service was carried out in collaboration with PKU Nanggulan Hospital with Aisyiyah University in Yogyakarta. Previously the team coordinated and need assessment so that it was known the condition of PKU Nanggulan Hospital through observation and interviews with the management of PKU Nanggulan Hospital as well as sharing about what obstacles faced by the management of PKU Nanggulan Hospital so far. Based on observations and direct interviews with partners found problems encountered are weak internal control at PKU Nanggulan Hospital, weaknesses include: (1) There is no separation of duties between gauze, financial and bookkeeping sections (2) There is no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP ) that is clear between parts (3) The absence of a clear job description between parts (4) Financial recording is still simple using cash basis so that it only records cash income and expenses. this service has a program that is expected to be a solution to the problems experienced by partners. The solution program offered is training and socialization, namely giving understanding to management in the form of training and outreach to the management of PKU Nanggulan Hospital regarding the importance of Internal Control in order to improve performance so that it can provide good health services, have relevant and accurate information, and human resources the professional.

Abstract :Some bad experiences toward the service of healthcare agency which was held by the Government made it difficult for the society to put their trusts on its quality of the new program from National Healthcare Assurance or JKN by Healthcare and Social Security Agency or BPJS Kesehatan. This study was aimed to assess the level of people’s satisfactions in Balangan Regency toward the programs of National Healthcare Assurance or JKN and some factors that influenced them. The method of this study was the mixed one between qualitative and quantitative study. Meanwhile, the data types were primary and secondary data. Therefore, the data was gathered from questionnaire, interview and literature review. Besides, the population of the study was the Balangan society who had been the members of National Healthcare Assurance (JKN) program. Then, they were chosen to be the sample using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. Di Kalurahan Pandowoharjo Kabupaten Sleman bahwa pada Juli 2021 terdapat 746 balita, dengan jumlah stunting 50 balita (6,71%), jumlah gizi kurang 38 balita (5,09%),jumlah gizi buruk 1 balita(0,13%). Kemudian pada Agustus 2021 dilakukan timbang ulang dan terdapat 16 balita stunting, dilakukannya timbang ulang ini untuk membuktikan kembali angka stunting tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi program penanggulangan stunting di Kalurahan Pandowoharjo dan memberikan masukan kepadan para pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknikpenggaliandata melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Data diolahdengan tiga aktivitas utama yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan komponen context, tujuan dan sasaran program yang dijalankan dapat mempengaruhi keadaaan ibu balita yang ananknya terindikasi stunting. Komponen input, peralatan dan alat pendukung cukup lengkap dalam penanggulangan stunting. Komponen process, Pemerintahan di Kalurahan Pandowoharjo sudah berkoordinasi dengan baik bersama para kader pedamping posyandu. Komponen product, Bahwa program-progam yang ada berjalan dengan lancar, banyak dari ibu balita/hamil sudah memahami apa itu stunting dan cara pencegahannya. Simpulan penelitian ini program penanggulangan stunting telah sesuai dengan rencana dan dijalakan dengan baik.

At the beginning of 2020, Covid-19 was officially declared as a global pandemic outbreak that had an impact on all sectors of life by the World Health Organization (WHO). In preventing this virus, community participation is important. In this case, the community at Nogotirto Village also participates actively in the efforts to prevent Covid-19 by obeying the policies and recommendations set by the government. This study aims to determine the community participation in the implementation of Covid19 prevention policies and provide input to Nogotirto Village Government. This research method employed a qualitative approach through observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The technical analysis of the data used was data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, the community participation at Nogotirto Village in general is good even though the community participation has not been maximized. The form of participation of Nogotirto community in the Covid-19 prevention process is clearly tangible and not tangible. In addition, the factors supporting community participation in preventing Covid-19 at Nogotirto are the willingness, ability and opportunity factors. However, the inhibiting factors for community participation in preventing Covid-19 at Nogotirto are the lack of education, fanaticism towards religion and also lack of trust in the government. Increased competition motivates organizations to continue enhancing performance. Transferring and promoting employees is one measure that can be taken to enhance employee performance. The mutation is anticipated to serve as the appropriate link between employees and positions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanism of employee placement and the requisite competencies at Sleman Regency Tourism Office, as well as the effect of competence and job placement on employee performance. This study employed diverse research methodologies (Mixed Method). The sample in this study was 59 civil servants, freelance daily workers, and freelancer workers at Sleman Regency Tourism Office, which was determined by using the disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. The instrument utilized in this investigation is subjected to validity and reliability testing. Data collected using a questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The analysis was performed by data reduction, triangulation, drawing conclusions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The study findings indicate that partial competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This is also supported by the findings of interviews, which indicate that the quality of employee performance will increase if the work placement is conducted properly and appropriately. This study demonstrates that both competence and work placement have a significant impact on performance. Endurance plays an active role in basketball games as a support for implementing strategy and tactics, so players must have excellent endurance. The study aims to determine the impact of interval training on high school basketball players' endurance. The research applied the experimental method. The samples are ten participants of the As-Shofa basketball team determined through a total sampling technique. The research uses the one-group pretest-posttest design. The instrument in this study is a bleep test. Based on the test analysis, the tcount value obtained was 2,371, and the ttable value obtained was 1,833. These values indicate that the tcount value is greater than the ttable at a 0,05 sig. value. The results of this study can conclude a significant influence of interval training exercises on high school basketball players' endurance. The determinant value of endurance is 67 percent contribution. This study focuses on modeling community empowerment programs for MSMEs affected by Covid-19 in DIY. Pandemic Covid-19 that has occurred since the end of 2019 has impacted the cessation of activity of MSMEs in DIY. The absence of activity in the tourist area, the implementation of online learn- ing has a slight influence on this condition. The research method used in this research is the descriptive exploratory qualitative research method. The purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate empowerment model for MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic and to contribute in the form of an academic policy paper for relevant stakeholders. This study uses a desk study and interview technique. Desk studies are carried out through secondary data tracking. Interviews were conducted with regional apparatus organizations (OPD) which handle MSMEs and MSMEs’ actors. From the research conducted, it is known that the efforts made by the Provincial / Regency / City Governments within the scope of DIY or CSO in order to help MSMEs actors to survive in this pandemic situation if they are framed by using the empowerment models are used the second and third models. The second model seeks to strengthen the potential or power possessed by the community by implementing concrete steps, accommodating various inputs, providing good infrastructure and facilities. The third model seeks to empower the community in the sense of protecting and defending the interests of the weak community. From the research, it concludes that the model of empowering MSMEs affected by Covid-19 in DIY, both carried out by the local government and by CSO such as Muhammadiyah / ‘Aisyiyah is done to strengthen the potential or power possessed by MSMEs by implementing real steps, accommodating various inputs, providing infrastructure and facilities good and empowering the community in the sense of protecting and defending the interests of MSMEs.
