Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of inheritance rights for children of different religions according to Islamic law and to try to resolve the distribution of inheritance rights for children of different religions according to Islamic law. Nowadays, the problem of inheritance between religions has become a modern problem because there is no explanation in the Al-Qur'an or Hadith regarding the distribution of inheritance to heirs of different religions. Standard jurisprudence is used as an approach to this research. The research results show that the Hadith regulates the inheritance rights of children who are not Muslim. However, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia has determined that heirs who are Muslim have rights over heirs who are not Muslim. The focus of this research is the regulation of inheritance rights for children of different religions according to Islamic law and efforts to resolve the distribution of inheritance rights for children of different religions. As an analytical method, qualitative methods are used, namely "research methods that produce analytical descriptive data", namely what respondents say in real terms. written or spoken, as well as his actual behavior as a whole is examined and studied. Research also functions to describe, prove, develop and find facts.

Abstract

Abekani Leather is a company engaged in the manufacture of leather accessories made from cowhide. In running its business, abekani leather uses the Make To Stock (MTS) and Make To Order (MTO) systems to meet market needs. In running its business, Abekani Leather is constrained by the number of defective products reaching an average of 5% for the period June-December 2021. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the product defect is still within the limits of the control, the factors that can affect, and suggestions for major improvements..This study uses the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method which aims to statistically control the quality, and the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) to determine the main improvement suggestions. After doing the research, the results obtained are, abekani leather accessories products are still under statistical control, which is indicated by the absence of out of control data on the U map with center line 0.0543. The cause of product defects is influenced by several factors, including Human Factors, Machine Factors, Method Factors and Material Factor. The main improvement suggestion is to hold regular meetings every month to discuss improving the quality of leather accessories products with a score of 0.7459.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, human resource management (HRM) has become one of the main challenges for companies. PT. Bemfood Eka makmur Nusjaya faces difficulties in managing employee data, leave requests, and payroll, which are still conducted manually, resulting in low work efficiency and vulnerability to errors. This manual process also consumes a significant amount of time and resources, ultimately affecting the company's productivity. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using the prototype method. This methodology allows for iterative development with direct feedback from users, ensuring the system aligns with the company's operational needs. The research results show that the designed HRIS application can improve HR management efficiency through integrated features for managing leave, payroll, and employee data. Furthermore, the implementation of a web-based system enhances accessibility for users in various locations and increases the accuracy of recorded data. This application is expected to be an innovative solution to support more effective and efficient HR management.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to analyze how learning steps using study tours can improve the religious moderation and socio-cultural literacy of Madrasah Aliyah students. Given increasing concerns about radicalism among adolescents, it is important to explore learning methods that are effective in shaping moderate attitudes and socio-cultural literacy. Design/methods/approach – This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, while data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The unit of analysis in this study is the XI grade students of Madrasah Aliyah MA Miftahussalam Demak, MANU Demak, and MA Sholahuddin Demak, who hold study tours to Puja Mandala, Bali, once every year. Findings – The results of this study explain that to improve the attitude of religious moderation and socio-cultural literacy of madrasah aliyah students in learning al-Qur'an hadith using study tours in Puja Mandala Bali are by curriculum preparation, identification of learning objectives, selection of tourist sites, preparation of learning materials, field experiences, interactive learning activities, learning evaluation, post-tour reinforcement, and collaboration with stakeholders. Research implications/limitations – This research is limited to only exemplifying the Puja Mandala as a tourist study object. Originality/value – Study tours are one solution to minimize and prevent radicalism and intolerance among students in Madrasah Aliyah. They can also improve religious moderation and socio-cultural literacy.

Abstract

The animated film Inside Out 2 continues the interesting story of the dynamics of human emotions represented by emotional characters such as Joy (happy), Sadness (sad), Anger (angry), Fear (fear), Disgust (disgust), and introduces new emotions such as Anxiety (Anxious), Envy (envy), Ennui (boredom), and Embarassment (embarrassed). The film uses distinctive colors in each character to reinforce the emotional message and provide an immersive visual experience to the audience. This study aims to analyze the relationship between color and emotion in Inside Out 2 with a color psychology approach. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with an in-depth analysis of color symbolism and its impact on the audience's perception. The findings of this study reveal that color in animated films is not just a visual element, but a strong emotional language. The colors in the characters and the background of the story are able to influence the audience's psychology, shape the mood, and depict the emotional journey. These findings confirm that color has a hidden power to convey messages, build emotional connections, and strengthen the identity of characters in the story, making the viewing experience more immersive and meaningful.

Abstract

Poligami adalah apabila seorang suami mempunyai banyak isteri, yaitu seorang laki-laki pada mulanya mengawini seorang perempuan, namun dalam perkawinan itu kawin lagi dengan perempuan lain tanpa menceraikan istrinya yang pertama, dapat diartikan sebagai sesuatu yang dilakukan. bahwa antara kenyataan dengan undang-undang yang mengatur poligami masih banyak yang tidak sesuai dengan keadilan yang telah ditentukan karena seorang suami masih takut memberikan izin kepada istrinya atau disebut diam-diam, ada juga yang terbuka. , dampaknya pada keluarga mereka. hancur dan hidupnya menjadi kacau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dan jenis pengumpulan data dari buku dan jurnal seperti tesis dan disertasi serta menggunakan metode deduktif untuk menarik kesimpulan. Hasil pertanyaan penelitian mengungkapkan dua hal utama. Pertama, poligami, antara kenyataan dan hukum yang mengaturnya. Masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengikuti keadilan yang telah ditentukan. ditentukan karena suami masih takut memberikan izin kepada istrinya atau disebut diam-diam, ada juga yang terang-terangan, dampaknya keluarganya hancur. dan hidupnya menjadi kacau. Keluarga yang harmonis adalah tempat tinggal yang nyaman dan positif karena anggota keluarga telah belajar berbagai cara untuk saling memperhatikan. Anggota keluarga dapat merasakan saling mendukung, cinta, dan kesetiaan. Mereka mampu berkomunikasi satu sama lain, menghormati, dan bersenang-senang satu sama lain.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era disrupsi menimbulkan perubahan dalam lembaga pendidikan, terutama pendidikan Islam di Madrasah. Ketidakmampuan dalam mengetahui dan memahami informasi secara kritis yang terdapat di media sosial dan digital informatika dibutuhkan tindakan untuk menutup ketidaktahuan, salah satunya penguatan literasi digital informasi melalui supervisi akademik berbasis paradigma integrasi keilmuan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu ini mengkaji dan menganalisis model supervisi akademik berbasis paradigma integrasi keilmuan untuk penguatan literasi digital kritis di madrasah atau sekolah swasta Islam yang mempelajari ilmu pendidikan Islam lebih luas dengan penggunaan teknologi serta telaah informasi dalam konteks digital lebif adaptif, efektif, dan komprehensif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, didasarkan pada pendekatan kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan metode library research (studi atau penelitian kepustakaan). Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan supervisi akademik dapat dipahami sebagai upaya pembinaan guru untuk menuju budaya pembelajaran yang adaptif dan transformatif yang selaras dengan tujuan integrasi nilai Islam dalam literasi digital. Sehingga model supervisi akademik yang ideal itu perlu bersifat kolaboratif dan integratif, dimana supervisor memfasilitasi integrasi antara kompetensi literasi digital yang kritis dan pembentukan karakter keislaman, sekaligus secara berkelanjutan melakukan pelatihan kompetensi digital bagi guru untuk menyelesaikan hambatan atau melewati tantangan untuk menerapkan dan mengajarkan literasi digital kritis pada siswa.

Abstract

This study concludes that, in general, the Work Motivation, Work Engagement, and Learning Agility of innovators at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) and its subsidiaries are in the very good category. Innovators demonstrate strong motivation in maintaining operational efficiency, high levels of work engagement with the company, and solid learning capabilities derived from data and technical experience. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including operational complexity, fluctuations in work energy due to daily workloads, and the need to strengthen capabilities in dealing with unstructured and strategic changes. The results of statistical testing indicate that Work Motivation, Work Engagement, and Learning Agility have a significant effect on Innovator Work Productivity. This study also finds that Innovator Work Productivity has a significant effect on Corporate Performance, indicating that innovator productivity plays an important role in driving overall corporate performance. Furthermore, Innovator Work Productivity is proven to mediate the influence of Work Motivation, Work Engagement, and Learning Agility on Corporate Performance, underscoring the strategic role of innovators as key drivers of corporate performance. In anticipation of future dynamic changes, this study has developed four scenario planning alternatives that can be utilized by the company to address potential changes in innovator productivity and corporate performance conditions. The study also provides recommendations for company management to optimize the innovator management function within the organization.

Abstract

The selection of this research topic is based on the important role of packing machines in the noodle production process. As consumer demand continues to increase and industrial competition becomes more intense, optimizing production efficiency is a critical requirement for manufacturing companies. This study focuses on the Tokiwa W500 Packing Machine used at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Noodle Division, Semarang. The research method involves a comprehensive review of the machine control system to evaluate its operational performance. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, structured interviews with machine operators, and relevant literature review. The review emphasizes system performance, operational efficiency, and the level of automation, while identifying potential areas for improvement. The results indicate that the Tokiwa W500 Packing Machine operates in a stable and consistent manner during the noodle packaging process. However, opportunities were identified to enhance the automation system in order to improve production efficiency and reduce the risk of human error. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and optimized control systems for industrial packing machines.
