The problem of partners in community service activities is the lack of knowledge of the community of Rumbai Bukit Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City regarding the settlement of disputes over land sale and purchase based on the Civil Code. The solution offered in this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of the community of Rumbai Bukit Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City regarding the settlement of land purchase disputes based on the Civil Code. The implementation method used in community service activities is to use lecture, dialogue and discussion methods in order to provide legal counseling to the public. Partner participation in community service activities is to provide time, provide a place and supporting facilities, and present the community as participants of the activity. The output target of this community service is scientific articles that have been submitted and will be published in non-accredited national journals. The conclusion is that this activity has been successfully implemented and the benefits can be felt directly by the participants. This can be seen from the answers of the participants in the questionnaire given after the activity was carried out. After the activity was carried out, 88% of the participants answered that they knew the material presented. His suggestion is that the activities with this theme should be carried out not only to the people of Rumbai Bukit Village, but also to other urban communities in the Rumbai District of Pekanbaru City.

Alat bukti surat mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian yang berbeda-beda dan tidak semua surat mempunyai kekuatan yang kuat dalam pembuktian. Alat bukti surat yang mempunyai kekuatan yang kuat dalam pembuktian perkara perdata adalah akta autentik. Oleh karena itu, bagaimanakah kedudukan akta notaris sebagai akta autentik dalam hukum perdata berdasarkan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris?Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari peraturan perundang-undangan, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, dan literatur hukum. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pasal 1868 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata menjelaskan bahwa suatu akta autentik adalah suatu akta yang dibuat dalam bentuk yang ditentukan undang-undang oleh atau di hadapan pejabat umum yang berwenang untuk itu di tempat akta itu dibuat. Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014, notaris adalah pejabat umum yang berwenang untuk membuat akta autentik dan memiliki kewenangan lainnya sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris atau berdasarkan undang-undang lainnya. Artinya, akta notaris merupakan akta yang autentik.

Menurut penjelasan Pasal 2 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang disebutkan jenis kreditor ada tiga, yaitu kreditor konkuren, kreditor separatis, dan kreditor preferen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran Hakim Pengawas pada kasus kepailitan Batavia Air. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Kepailitan adalah sita umum atas semua kekayaan debitor pailit yang pengurusan dan pemberesannya dilakukan oleh Kurator di bawah pengawasan Hakim Pengawas. Tugas dan kewenangan Hakim Pengawas dalam mengawasi pengurusan dan pemberesan harta pailit yaitu pemberian izin kepada Kurator, penetapan, persetujuan, pemberian usul, dan pemberian perintah kepada Kurator dalam mengurus dan membereskan harta debitor pailit. Dalam kasus kepailitan Batavia Air, pelaku usaha agen perjalanan wisata dikategorikan sebagai kreditur consuren dan diletakkan pada urutan terakhir. Padahal dalam Pasal 2 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang tidak ada kreditur konkuren.

Bank adalah lembaga keuangan yang kegiatan usahanya yaitu menghimpun dana dari masyarakat, menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat, dan memberikan pelayanan jasa keuangan. Salah satu kegiatan utama perbankan adalah menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk tabungan, deposito, dan giro. Masyarakat menyimpan dananya di bank karena percaya bahwa keamanan dananya tersebut akan jauh lebih terjamin daripada menyimpannya di dalam rumah. Menurut Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata, dana nasabah yang disimpan di bank tidak termasuk ke dalam kelompok piutang yang diistimewakan apabila sebuah bank dinyatakan pailit. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah perlindungan negara terhadap dana simpanan nasabah pada perbankan yang mengalami kepailitan? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari peraturan perundang-undangan, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, dan literatur hukum. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2004 tentang Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan, perlindungan terhadap dana simpanan nasabah pada perbankan yang mengalami kepailitan dijamin oleh lembaga negara bernama Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan, bahkan hingga Rp2.000.000.000,- (dua miliar rupiah).

Technological developments make the world borderless. The development of information and communication technology has touched the banking sector. Based on the operational system, the types of banks can be divided into conventional banks and Islamic banks. This study aims to explain the digitalization of conventional bank products and Islamic banks in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative legal research. The development of information and communication technology has touched the banking sector. As one of the efforts to increase bank capability, more optimal utilization of information technology development is a prerequisite in supporting bank service innovation. Therefore, digital banking is a very potential business opportunity and an inevitable necessity in the banking sector in the digital era. In addition to increasing the efficiency of bank operational activities, digital banking can improve the service quality of conventional banks and Islamic banks to customers in transactions. The Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia then issued Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 12/POJK.03/2018 concerning the Implementation of Digital Banking Services by Commercial Banks. There are forms of e-Banking services that can be used at conventional banks and Islamic banks, namely ATM (Automated Teller Machine), EDC (Electronic Data Capture), internet banking, SMS banking, mobile banking, e-Commerce, phone banking, and video.

Village regulations are statutory regulations established by the village headman after being discussed and agreed with the Village Consultative Body. This study aims to explain the arrangement of authority and the mechanism for canceling village regulations within the framework of village autonomy in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative legal research, using a statutory approach. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages regulates the formation of village regulations, but does not regulate the cancellation of village regulations. The cancellation of village regulations is instead regulated in Article 87 of Government Regulation Number 43 of 2014 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which states that village regulations and village head regulations are contrary to the public interest and/or the provisions of laws and regulations that higher is canceled by the regent/mayor. This provision is contrary to Article 9 paragraph (2) of Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation and is not in accordance with the village autonomy framework as regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The mechanism for canceling village regulations should be carried out through an expanded Village Consultative Body meeting because it is considered to have a sense of justice and the spirit of democracy and is a form of implementation of village autonomy.

One of the goals of the state as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is to improve the welfare of the people. Based on Article 74 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007, it is affirmed that companies that carry out their business activities in the field of natural resources and / or fields related to natural resources must carry out social and environmental responsibilities. How is the implementation of the corporate social and environmental responsibilities based on Law Number 40 of 2007 to improve the welfare of the community of Rumbai Pesisir Subdistrict of Pekanbaru City? The research method used in this research is socio-legal research. The results of this research that the corporate social and environmental responsibility programs on the community economy that have been carried out by PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia are called Local Business Development. The corporate social and environmental responsibility program for the community economy that has been carried out by PT Asia Forestama Raya, namely the creation of traditional markets managed by the community. The conclusion is that the government and the community can utilize the corporate social and environmental responsibility programs as an alternative source of business capital to improve the economy and welfare of the people in the Rumbai Pesisir Subdistrict of Pekanbaru City.

This community service activity aims to provide legal education to employees of PT Sucofindo Pekanbaru Branch regarding the Omnibus Law of the Job Creation Act. The method of implementation used in this community service activity is to use the lecture method as well as dialogue and discussion. This community service activity was carried out on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 13.00 WIB until it was finished at the Ayam Remuk Pak Tisto Restaurant, which is located at Yos Sudarso Street, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This community service activity was attended by 17 (seventeen) workers of PT Sucofindo Pekanbaru Branch. The conclusion is that this community service activity has been successful. From the questionnaires given before the activity started, only 43.5% of participants were able to answer correctly. Meanwhile, after the activity was completed, 84.7% of participants managed to answer correctly.

One of the goals of the establishment of Indonesia as a country is to improve the welfare of the people. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020 has greatly affected the condition of the national economy, including in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is sociological law research. The strategy that can be applied by MSME actors in Pekanbaru City to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic is to make creative innovations that do not violate government policies. Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises stipulates that the government is obliged to empower MSMEs in order to maintain national economic stability. Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises stipulates that the forms of empowering MSMEs that must be carried out by the government include funding assistance, improving facilities and infrastructure, information on business opportunities, partnership programs, facilitating business licensing, providing business opportunities, conducting trade promotion activities, as well as institutional support.Keywords: MSMEs, Empowerment, Covid-19 Pandemic

Islamic banks are banks that carry outtheir business activities based ons hari a principles. At thet ime of theeconomic crisis in 1998, many conventional banks had collaps edwhile Islamic banks were not affected. After thecrisis, Islamic banking experienced significant developments in Indonesia. What is the strategy in the management of Islamic banks in Indonesia basedon Law Number 21 of 2008? The methodused in this study isnormative legal researc husing the statutory approach. The results of this study explain that from 2008 to 2018 there were no Islamic banks that experienced legal problems, while conventional banks existed, namely Century Bank and IFI Bank. Based on Article 34 of Act Number 21 of 2008 it is affirmed that Islamic banks mustimplement good governance that coverstheprinciples of transparency, accountability, accountability, professionalism and fairness in carrying out their business activities. So, thestrategy in managing Islamic banks in Indonesia applies the principles of good corporate governance.
