Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah / UKM) are one of the driving forces of the economy in Indonesia. One area that has a number of potential UKM but has not utilized digital marketing methods is Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. UKM in the area are currently still selling their products to the art market in Denpasar City and Semarapura whose results are uncertain. This is of course very unfortunate, very narrow marketing coverage results in turnover generated from the weaving is not optimal, even though the quality and uniqueness of the handicrafts produced should bring more sales turnover if able to penetrate a wider market share, without limitation space and time. The method of implementing the activity is divided into two stages. First, is to socialize the role of the internet for economic improvement in UKM. The second stage in this service will be exemplified how to create a simple website marketing (e-commerce) that can be applied directly to all participants who attended the socialization activity. After the training was carried out, continued with mentoring. This assistance activity is carried out in connection with the constraints faced by small and medium entrepreneurs in utilizing the internet. After the dissemination activities were carried out, it was found that some UKM claimed to be very interested in starting to use digital marketing models to support their marketing activities.

Abstract

The movement space of Sulinggih, the Balinese Hindu clergy, is severely restricted in various aspects due to the rules set by the Balinese community to preserve its sanctity. These social rules dictate that Sulinggih must relinquish secular work and focus solely on religious activities. This study aims to explore the applicability of Amartya Sen's Capability Approach theory in analyzing the well-being of Hindu clergy in Bali. The research employs a qualitative method, specifically a literature study. The study reviews the variables identified by Amartya Sen in his writings and studies, which have also been further examined by economists. Based on the analysis, this study proposes a conceptual framework to elucidate and predict how the variables in Sen's theory influence the welfare outcomes of Hindu clergy in Bali. The framework considers commodities and capabilities as potential mediating variables, while conversion factors and social choices are seen as factors that moderate the impact of resources on the attainment of functionings.

The development of rural tourism requires the participation of local communities in the entire developmentphases starting from the planning, implementation, and supervision. Abstract

Circular economy literacy efforts are important considering that the waste awareness index in Indonesia is still worrying. If we look at the data from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN), food waste dominates the composition of waste based on waste type, namely 40.2 percent. When looking at the source, it is known that households are the largest source of waste (38.3 percent). Considering these data and facts, preventive efforts need to be carried out at the household level, especially regarding food waste. This activity aims to provide education for mothers regarding the circular economy and food waste behavior to minimize food waste, especially in its preparation or better known as food preparation. It is also believed that this effort will have a positive impact on the family's economy. This activity is carried out through the outreach method, and is also accompanied by a pre-test and post-test as a form of evaluation. The locus of the activity will be carried out in Batuan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency, targeting the local village PKK (family welfare empowerment) team. The aim is that information and activity materials can be distributed and implemented widely. After comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test, it was discovered that there had been an increase in service participants' understanding of the circular economy and food preparation. It is certainly important to continue this activity, one of which is through assistance in preparing circular economy programs through the PKK.
