Abstract

Character education must be instilled in students in the learning process, especially in Economics subjects, so that it is hoped that students will be more ready to accept Economics subject matter and be able to understand the content of the material presented by the teacher, and be able to develop their knowledge more broadly. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of character education and learning readiness on student learning outcomes in Economics subject at MA Basuraga Balerante Palimanan Cirebon. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that there is an influence between character education and learning readiness on student learning outcomes in the subject of Economics at MA Basuraga Balerante Palimanan Cirebon. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the variable character education (X1) and learning readiness (X2) partially and simultaneously affect student learning outcomes (Y)

Abstract

Bank sampah memiliki peran strategis dalam menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk mengelola sampah rumah tangga secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Melalui sistem pengumpulan, pemilahan, dan penjualan sampah bernilai ekonomi, bank sampah mampu menjadi instrumen penting dalam mewujudkan ekonomi sirkular di tingkat masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Bank Sampah Arumsari (BSA) di Kelurahan Cirebon Girang, Kecamatan Talun, Kabupaten Cirebon, yang menghadapi kendala belum optimalnya pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga serta masih belum optimumnya partisipasi warga. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi Bank Sampah Arumsari melalui peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan, pelegalan perizinan Bank Sampah, serta penguatan peran masyarakat dalam konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan operasional, serta evaluasi dampak terhadap volume sampah terpilah dan tingkat partisipasi warga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan volume sampah terpilah sebesar 35% dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat sebesar 20% antara periode penimbangan pertama dan keenam. Selain itu, program ini meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sampah, kesadaran lingkungan, serta nilai ekonomi yang lebih tinggi dari material hasil daur ulang. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi Bank Sampah Arumsari terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dan mendorong terwujudnya ekonomi sirkular berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The high unemployment rate among university graduates indicates that higher education is not yet fully capable of producing graduates who are ready to create independent jobs. One effort to address this problem is through entrepreneurship education. This study aims to analyze the optimization of entrepreneurship education in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted at Swadaya Gunung Jati University. The subjects consisted of 12 students from various faculties and one lecturer teaching entrepreneurship, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education is still dominated by theoretical material, thus not optimally fostering students' entrepreneurial interest. Therefore, optimization of entrepreneurship education is necessary by strengthening practice-based learning and increasing support for entrepreneurship programs within the university environment.

Abstract

This study discusses the Application of the Accounting Information System in the Provision of Batara Payroll Light Credit (KRING) at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch Office. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedure for granting Batara Payroll Light Credit (KRING) through SIA, the suitability of the implementation of SIA with the Principles of Prudence, Principle 5C, and Information Quality, as well as to find out the obstacles faced and efforts to overcome them. The results of the study show that the process of giving KRING Batara Payroll has been carried out according to the procedure through nine stages supported by the BTN Smart system. The implementation of SIA is in accordance with the Prudential Principle, Principle 5C, and Information Quality Principle so that the credit granting process can take place faster, more precisely, and more accurately. The obstacles found are customer RPCs that do not meet bank requirements, credit history that is not smooth at SLIK OJK, and incomplete required documents due to requests for additional documents related to RPC. Handling efforts are carried out through credit ceiling adjustments, combined income analysis, debt cleansing, SKL requests, and communicating to customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital technology adoption on the competitiveness of clothing traders in traditional markets in East Cirebon during the e-commerce era. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 102 clothing traders between January and June 2026. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that both the level of digital technology adoption and the competitiveness of traders are in the moderate category. Furthermore, digital technology adoption has a positive and significant effect on traders' competitiveness. These findings suggest that the utilization of social media, online marketplaces, and digital payment systems plays an important role in enhancing traders' ability to compete amid the rapid growth of digital commerce.
