PENGARUH RELIGIUSITAS DAN PENGETAHUAN PERBANKAN SYARIAH TERHADAP MINAT MENJADI NASABAH BNI SYARIAH KC SUKABUMI Ce Gunawan

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of religiosity and knowledge of Islamic banking on the interest in becoming a customer of Islamic banks. This study uses an associative quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples with purposive sampling technique which has criteria as active customers of BNI Syariah KC Sukabumi. Testing instruments in research using validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, using classic assumption tests consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that: (1) Religiosity has a positive effect on customer interest; (2) Banking knowledge has a positive effect on the interest in becoming a customer of Islamic banks; and (3) Religiosity and banking knowledge have a positive effect on customer interest (4) The magnitude of the influence of Religiosity and Banking Knowledge on the interest in becoming a customer is evidenced by the adjusted value R square of 0.442 indicating that the ability of the Independen variable to explain the dependent variable is 44.2% and the remaining 55.8% applies to other variables outside this research model.Keywords: Customer Interest; Knowledge; Religiosity Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan pengetahuan perbankan syariah terhadap minat menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling yang memiliki kriteria sebagai nasabah aktif BNI Syariah KC Sukabumi. Pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi nasabah; (2) Pengetahuan perbankan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi nasabah bank syariah; dan (3) Religiusitas dan Pengetahuan perbankan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi nasabah (4) Besarnya pengaruh Religiusitas dan Pengetahuan Perbankan terhadap minat menjadi nasabah dibuktikan dengan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,442 menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variasi variabel dependen adalah sebesar 44,2% dan sisanya sebesar 55,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Religiusitas; Pengetahuan; Minat

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in increasing economic growth. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of innovation capability on the business sustainability of MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The research method used is a quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The unit of analysis in this research is MSME actors in Sukabumi. The number of samples in this research was 379 MSME actors determined using the Isaac & Michael formula. The sampling technique uses a random sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using SPSS. The research results show that innovation capabilities have a significant impact on the business sustainability of Sukabumi MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of intercultural communication related to multiculturalism, cultural differences, and language as a cultural map at SMA Mardi Yuana, Sukabumi City, Indonesia, on efforts to build national unity. The author used qualitative research methods with semi-structured interview techniques, through a case study approach from the participants. The results of the interviews were thematically analyzed by the author and then grouped based on the similarity of views expressed by the informants. The author found that there are significant differences in students' opinions regarding tolerance and multiculturalism based on gender. Male student informants tend to have a higher tendency to have a negative opinion on problems caused by differences in ethnicity, religion and race compared to female students. Gender plays a role in students' perceptions of social and cultural issues. These findings highlight the importance of education on tolerance and inclusion in schools. By understanding the complexity of students' views and the factors that have an impact on them, schools and educational institutions can design more effective programs in promoting tolerance, respect and inclusion among students, thus forming a generation that is more empathetic, inclusive and appreciative of multiculturalism.

Abstract

The experience and extensive network of goods delivery service PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) does not make it the main choice for consumers. In fact, recently the goods delivery service PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has always been inferior to its competitors from private companies. There are at least two top factors in choosing PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) goods delivery services by consumers, namely purchasing channel selection and brand selection. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of purchasing channel selection and brand selection on purchasing decisions for PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) goods delivery services among e-commerce consumers. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method using primary data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 97 people and using secondary data as supporting data. The analytical methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test using the f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that the choice of purchasing channel and brand choice influence partially or jointly the decision to purchase PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) goods delivery services among e-commerce consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Customer Experience, Ease of Use, and Customer Trust, on Consumer Repurchase Intention of Online Shopee Sale and Purchase Sites among Sukabumi City College Students. Methodology: The research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption test technique uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. As for testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). Results: That three of the five Customer Experience variables namely Sense (Sensory Experience), Think (Cognitive Experience), and Act (Physical Experience) have no effect on Repurchase Intention. Whereas the Feel (Emotional Experience), Relate (Social Experience) variables also the Ease of Use, and Customer Trust variables have partial influence on Repurchase Intention, and there are influences between Customer Experience including Sense (Sensory Experience), Feel (Emotional Experience), Think (Cognitive Experience), Act (Physical Experience), Relate (Social Experience), Ease of Use, and Customer Trust for Repurchase Intention simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of welfare on employee performance, and (3) the influence of leadership style and welfare on employee performance. The subjects of this research are employees who work at Selabintana Hotel. The number of respondents in this study were 102 employees. The method of collecting data through a survey using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so Ha1 is accepted; (2) welfare has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so Ha2 is accepted; (3) simultaneously, leadership style and welfare have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with detemination coefficient of 0,409 so that Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja adaptif pada UMKM di Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling yang memiliki kriteria sebagai pelaku UMKM dengan lama usaha minimal 2 tahun. Metode penelitlian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengna menggunanakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap adaptif performance pelaku UMKM Sukabumi; Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif terhadap adaptif performance pelaku UMKM Sukabumi; Gaya kepemimpinan laessez faire berpengaruh negatif terhadap adaptif performance pelaku UMKM Sukabumi.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in supporting and boosting economic growth in Indonesia.  In recent years, SMEs have been acknowledged as key drivers of job creation in both developing and developed nations.  This research plays a vital role in understanding entrepreneurial thinking to support the growth of SMEs. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of entrepreneurial thinking on the small and medium enterprises sustainability and to analyze the moderating role of social media. This research employs quantitative methods. The measurement and structural models were evaluated using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS v.4.0 application to test the hypotheses based on data from a total of 379 respondents. The study found that entrepreneurial intuition, entrepreneurial alertness, and entrepreneurial turn have significantly effect on business sustainability. Social media moderate the effects of entrepreneurial intuition, entrepreneurial alertness, and entrepreneurial turn significantly effect on business sustainability. Entrepreneurial thinking enables the generation of new ideas and the implementation of innovative actions within small and medium businesses (SMEs). This mindset helps maintain and enhance the competitive position of businesses, creating a sustainable advantage in a challenging environment. Given the economic difficulties faced by Indonesia, the sustainability of SMEs is crucial to overcoming these challenges. Achieving this sustainability requires SMEs to first adopt and internalize entrepreneurial thinking processes

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of the administrative system consultation programme and blood donation services as a form of social care. The focus of this research is how the effectiveness of the administrative system can increase community participation in blood donation and improve the quality of blood donation services in Bandung City. In addition, the level of public awareness about the importance of blood donation is also a factor that affects the amount of participation. The Business Administration study programme has an important role in developing a better administrative system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of blood donation services. With a deeper understanding of service management and administrative systems, health institutions can design more effective strategies in promoting blood donation as a form of social care. The importance of improving administrative systems and blood donor services that are more inclusive, efficient, and data-driven to increase community participation in blood donation. By understanding the complexity of challenges in the administrative system of blood donation services, relevant institutions can develop better policies to improve the quality of services, so that blood donation becomes a more organised and accessible activity for the wider community.

Abstract

Keberlangsungan  usaha (business sustainability)  pelaku UMKM  pasca pandemi covid 19  dibutuhkan mengingat UMKM adalah sektor yang mampu menekan tingkat ketimpangan baik ekonomi dan sosial, seperti meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat terhadap komoditas dalam negeri. Era penyesuaian untuk bertahan di pasca pandemic Covid 19 harus disikapi dengan bijak oleh pelaku bisnis UMKM, dengan meningkatkan startegi pengembangan bisnis salah satunya dari kemampuan berinovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gambaran kemampuan innovasi para pelaku usaha kuliner di Sukabumi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada investigasi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif pada pelaku usaha kuliner di Sukabumi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif. Tujuan studi deskriptif adalah menggambarkan sesuatu karakteristik seseorang, peristiwa atau situasi. kapabilitas inovasi pelaku usaha di Sukabumi, gambaran untuk indikator inovasi produk pelaku usaha kuliner di sukabumi termasuk pada kategori tinggi, untuk indikator inovasi proses pelaku usaha kuliner di sukabumi memiliki kategori cukup dan indikator inovasi  pemasaran memiliki kategori cukup
