Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behaviour among higher education lecturers, utilizing job satisfaction and employee engagement as dual mediating variables. The study aims to provide a comprehensive framework explaining how leadership stimulates innovation through motivational and psychological pathways in academic settings. Methodology: A quantitative research design was employed involving 206 lecturers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the structural relationships. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the robustness of the instrument. Main Findings: The results reveal that transformational leadership significantly enhances job satisfaction, employee engagement, and innovative work behaviour. Crucially, the analysis confirms that both job satisfaction and employee engagement act as significant mediators. These findings imply that transformational leaders foster innovation not only directly but effectively by boosting lecturers’ psychological well-being and engagement. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study contributes to the literature by establishing a dual-mediation model that simultaneously integrates job satisfaction and employee engagement. Unlike previous studies that often examine these mediators separately, this research offers a holistic view of the psychological mechanisms linking leadership to innovation in the higher education context. The study relies on cross-sectional data from a specific higher education sector, which limits the ability to draw causal inferences over time. Future research is encouraged to employ longitudinal designs and expand the scope to diverse geographical regions to enhance generalizability.

Abstract

Early-stage micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the certification and training sector often struggle to build brand awareness on Instagram, where success depends heavily on trust, competence, and credibility. Most prior research has measured the effect of social media marketing through surveys rather than producing a directly applicable, data-driven model, and the certification services sector remains underexplored. This study addresses that gap by analysing Instagram discourse on professional certification and formulating an evidence-based Instagram marketing model. Using a social media analytics approach, 2,000 posts were collected through the SocialX application with the hashtag #sertifikasiprofesi and examined through five procedures: word cloud analysis, text network analysis, emotion analysis using an Indonesian RoBERTa model, sentiment network analysis, and BERTopic modelling. The findings show that the discourse is anchored in competency- and institution-oriented language (notably recognised schemes such as BNSP and LSP), framed around tangible career benefits, expressed through predominantly neutral-to-positive sentiment, and circulated within a sparse, broadcast-oriented network (288 nodes, 240 edges, density 0.6%) dominated by a few central institutional accounts. Based on these findings, this study proposes a marketing model that emphasises recognised credentials, concrete career outcomes, distinctive storytelling, cross-platform integration, and collaboration with influential accounts. The model is analytically derived; its implementation and evaluation are recommended for future research.

Abstract

Businesses can boost staff achievement and promote profitable endeavors by digitizing their operations.  Like the benefit of job satisfaction, the value of system digitization can lead to significant developing organizations outcomes that are economically viable and enhance worker efficiency as well as performance.  The research methodology included both quantitative analysis and the validation methods.  Using a sample of 91 participants, a method called Slovin was used to conduct the sampling method. Every piece of data was gathered through the dissemination of surveys.  The PLS technique was applied in SEM analysis, particularly with small boxes, to evaluate the assumptions.  The conclusions are made  The findings demonstrate that staff efficiency and work enjoyment are positively impacted by the digitization of business processes.  Furthermore, job happiness and total productivity of workers are positively impacted by the digitization of corporate systems, and job satisfaction might function as a buffer throughout the two developments.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of Quality Management System and Management Information Technology on Work Culture at Adventist Junior High School Bandung. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely SMM and TIM, and the dependent variable, namely Work Culture. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument. Data were collected from 37 respondents who are educators at Adventist Junior High School Bandung. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the instruments used were valid and reliable. Furthermore, classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests) were conducted to ensure that the data qualified for linear regression analysis. The results showed that Quality Management System and Management Information Technology have an influence on Work Culture with a significance value of 0.033 and 0.002 (p < 0.05) and an R-Square value of 0.277, which means that 27.7% of variability in Work Culture can be explained by the use of QMS and TIM The research instruments were also declared valid and reliable, with the validity test results showing r-count > r-table and reliability test. The implications of this study suggest that the implementation of SMM and TIM in schools can enhance a more efficient and adaptive Work Culture. The findings are important for school managers to consider further investment in SMM management and TIM infrastructure in continuous training for educators to maximize the benefits of technology in creating a productive and innovative work environment. This research also enriches the literature on the central role of SMM and TEAM in shaping Work Culture in the education sector.
