Abstract

Salah satu nilai yang ingin dikembangkan melalui profil pelajar pancasila yakni gotong royong. Semangat gotong royong merupakan perwujudan semangat kebangsaan yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik dalam keterkaitannya dengan kebijakan kurikulum merdeka. Melalui semangat gotong royong diharapkan peserta didik mampu mengembangkan pola interaksi yang positif dan dinamis dengan peserta didik lainnya. Hal ini tentu bertujuan agar semangat kebangsaan dan cinta tanah air serta semangat persahabatan pada diri peserta didik terus-menerus dikembangkan. Mancakrida merupakan salah satu sarana yang dianggap mampu mengembangkan semangat gotong royong tersebut. Melalui mancakrida diharapkan peserta didik mampu memunculkan semangat untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan secara bersama-sama sehingga cikal bakal gotong royong dapat dimunculkan. Niatan meningkatkan semangat bergotong royong ini dikemas dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hamid Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, tahap kegiatan, dan tahap evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Kegiatan diselenggarakan melalui metode ceramah serta pelaksanaan mancakrida. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah a) peserta mampu menumbuhkan semangat gotong royong melalui mancakrida, b) peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan, dan c) direkomendasikan agar kegiatan serupa dilakukan dalam menumbuhkembangkan profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

Online learning as an effort to minimize the transmission of Covid-19 has a negative effect on student learning activities. Saturation, decreased motivation, and low student attention occur in the field. Academic resilience is needed so that students are able to survive and achieve the targeted academic achievements. The efforts of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers are needed for that. This study aims to determine how the efforts of BK teachers in improving students' academic resilience during online learning. This was a descriptive qualitative research. Data in this study were obtained through six informants namely the principal, vice principal of the curriculum field, two BK teachers, and two students. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation notes. Data were analyzed through reduction, display, and verification techniques as well as conclusions. The results showed that to improve students' academic resilience during distance learning BK teachers took preventive actions through information services, curative through individual and group counseling, and promotive through the introduction of BK performance profiles.

Abstract

Prosocial behavior was expected to grow and develop in students. In fact there were still students who have not been able to develop prosocial behavior due to many factors, one of which is the effect of the intensity of playing online games. This study aims to determine the contribution of the intensity of playing online games to students' prosocial behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of ex-post facto. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 137 Jakarta with a total of 230 students. Samples were drawn randomly which were estimated using the Slovin formula with an error degree of 5% so that the number of samples was known to be 147 students. Data was collected through the technique of playing online game intensity scales and prosocial behavior. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The research results show that: a. the intensity of playing online games is in the medium category, b. prosocial behavior in the low category, and c. the intensity of playing online games has a significant effect on students' prosocial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to find strategies and ways to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research method uses quantitative methods with path analysis techniques and SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management) analysis. The population in this study was 531 teachers and the sample was 266 permanent teachers of Private High Schools in Depok City. Based on the results of the SITOREM analysis, the optimization results in efforts to improve OCB are as follows: Priority Order for Handling Indicators: 1st Altruism, 2nd Civic Virtue, 3rd Providing motivating inspiration, 4th Psychological Condition, 5th Prestige for Success, 6th Readiness to accept risks, 7th Confidence in ability and strength then Indicators Maintained or Developed: 1st Conscientiousness, 2nd Sportsmanship, 3rd Courtesy, 4th Boosterism, 5th Artifacts, 6th Shared Values, 7th Agreed upon norms, 8th Basic Assumptions, 9th As a role model, 10th Stimulating subordinates to be creative and innovative, 11th Providing instructional support, 12th Providing individual attention, 13th Task Frequency, 14th Task Complexity, 15th Task Completion Time, 16th Previous Experience, 17th Social Persuasion, 18th Model of Successful Behavior, 19th Optimism, 20th Honesty and Responsibility, 21st Good working relationships, 22nd Being cooperative and working with a team

Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies for improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among teachers, particularly focusing on the roles of organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and trust in enhancing teachers' voluntary behavior within educational organizations. Using quantitative research methods with path analysis and SITOREM analysis, the research examines the direct and indirect effects of these variables on OCB. The results indicate that organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and trust all have direct positive and significant effects on OCB. Furthermore, trust serves as an effective intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and OCB. The findings suggest that enhancing these key factors can significantly improve teachers' OCB, leading to a more productive, effective, and supportive educational environment. The SITOREM analysis provides insights into the priority indicators that need to be developed to optimize the strategies for fostering OCB in educational settings.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the role of teacher guidance and counseling in increasing interest to continue study to university at student at SMK Nurul Hikmah Bekasi. The research method used by the researcher is qualitative method with descriptive approach, that is by spreading the questionnaire, observation, and interview with what is from a symptom of phenomenon that exist when research done data and data source in this research is teacher guidance and counseling and student of SMK Nurul Hikmah Bekasi. The research instrument used in this research is questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. Survey and observation result data after check and recheck the validity of the data then described what it is. After analyzing the researchers, it can be concluded that the role of teacher guidance and counseling in providing services to foster interest to continue studies to college students in SMK Nurul Hikmah done optimallyThe purpose of this research is to know the role of teacher guidance and counseling in increasing interest to continue study to university at student at SMK Nurul Hikmah Bekasi. Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out students learning interest and its implication toward counseling and guidance service. Research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data taken by questionnaire, observation and interview. There are 30 question on the questionnaire given to 45 students.The questionnare is given to the respondents of counseling and guidance teacher, headmaster, and students. Observation is done by observing the learning process. Data analysis technique is done by collecting, grouping, analyzing, and interpreting the data. The result shows that the analysis of students learning interest and its implication toward counseling and guidance service is in Good Category.

Abstract

Karakteristik Layanan BK Klasikal yang dapat melayani siswa dalam satu kelas secara bersamaan menjadi salah satu bentuk keunggulan bagi layanan ini untuk secara efektif dan efisien mengoptimalisasikan dalam mengembangkan diri secara optimal. Penerapan metode layanan yang bersifat kekinian juga menjadi perlu diperhatikan sejalan dengan karakteristik dan passion siswa masa kini di era society 5.0 yang erat dengan dunia digital dan media sosial. Dalam kaitannya dengan hal tersebut, pemanfaatan metode cinema therapy dalam layanan BK Klasikal menjadi salah satu alternatif yang dapat diterapkan oleh guru BK. Cinema therapy merupakan teknik terapi kreatif dengan menggunakan film yang secara alami dapat menghubungkan dunia imajinasi, kreativitas, dan kebaruan daya berpikir individu. Keterbatasan keterampilan guru BK dalam mengaplikasikan metode ini menjadi dasar untuk diberikannya pelatihan. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada 25 guru BK yang tergabung dalam MGBK SMK Kab. Bogor. Pelatihan diberikan dari identifikasi kebutuhan siswa, pemilihan film, hingga mengevaluasi pembelajaran dalam metode cinema therapy. Pelatihan ini terbukti memberikan peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, nilai, dan sikap guru BK SMK Kab. Bogor dalam menerapkan metode cinema therapy dalam pelayanan BK Klasikal.

Abstract

In some literature, there are indications that the inner child has a negative impact if maintained. A solution is needed to reduce the negative impact of the inner child itself. Through a literature review, it is considered that group counseling with a reality approach is able to reduce the inner child in students. The purpose of this study was to test whether group counseling with a reality approach is able to reduce the inner child. This study is an experimental study with a time series design. The sample in this study were seven students who were selected purposively. Data were collected using the validated inner child scale technique and have a reliability that is worthy of being used as a research instrument. Data were analyzed nonparametrically through a sign test. The results of the study showed that group counseling with a reality approach was able to reduce the inner child. The results of this study are expected to be an additional reference in handling similar problems.

Abstract

Penelitian atau program ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan layanan informasi mengenai makanan sehat yang disesuaikan dengan golongan darah anak. Fokus utamanya adalah memberikan panduan dan pengetahuan yang relevan dan spesifik bagi orang tua atau pengasuh, sehingga mereka dapat memilih makanan yang paling sesuai untuk anak-anak mereka berdasarkan golongan darah. Selain itu, program ini juga bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa para pengasuh dapat memahami dan menguasai informasi yang diberikan, serta mampu menerapkannya dalam pola makan sehari-hari anak. Dengan demikian, diharapkan peningkatan kesehatan dan gizi anak dapat tercapai melalui pola makan yang lebih terarah dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu berdasarkan golongan darah.
