Penelitian iini ibertujuan iuntuk imengetahui itingkat ivolume ioksigen imaksimal i(vo2max) ipemain isepak ibola iBali iYouth iFootball itahun i2021. iSubjek idalam ipenelitian iini iadalah ipemain isepakbola iBali iYouth iFootball iyang iberjumlah i15 ipemain. iMetodeyang idigunakan iadalah isurvey idengan ites idan ipengukuran. iInstrumen iyang idigunakan iuntuk imengetahui ivolume ioksigen imaksimal i(vo2max) iadalah iMultistage iFitness iTest i(MFT) iyang imerupakan ites iVo2max idengan ijarak i20M iyang iterdiri idari i21 ilevel idimana isetiap ilevel imemiliki ijumlah ibalikan iyang iberbeda-beda. iHasil ipenelitian imenunjukkan itidak iada ipemain iyang imeraih ikategori iistimewa idan ikategori isangat iburuk i(0%), idalam ikategori isangat ibaikter idapat i2 ipemain i(13,33%), idalam ikategori ibaik iterdapat i10 ipemain i(66,67), idalam ikategori isedang iterdapat i2 ipemain i(13,33%), idalam ikategori iburuk iterdapat i1 ipemain i(6,67%). iBerdasarkan ihasil ipersentase iterbesar itingkat iVo2max ipemain isepak ibola iBali iYouth iFootball isebagian ibesar imemiliki ikriteria ibaik. iSehingga idisarakan ibagi ipelatih iagar idalam imenyusun iprogram ilatihan imemperhatikan iupaya imempertahankan idan imeningkatkan itingkat ivolume ioksigen imaksimal i(vo2max) itanpa imengesampingkan ilatihan iteknik iatau ipun itaktik. iMaka idapat idisimpulakan ibahwa ipertandingan ipada icabang iolahraga isepakbola imembutuhkan itingkat ivolume ioksigen imaksimal i(VO2Max) iyang ibaik idan imaksimal iguna iuntuk imenunjang iperforma iseorang ipemain iselama i2 ix i45 imenit. iUntuk iitu iperlu idiketahui idata iterkini ikondisi itingkat ivolume ioksigen imaksimal i(VO2Max) ipemain isepakbola iBali iYouth iFootball.

Skills competency is one aspect that must be achieved in learning. However, sometimes this cannot be achieved due to inappropriate learning strategies. This research aims to determine the effect of STAD type cooperative learning assisted by visual fedback on the learning outcomes of basketball game chest passes in terms of students' learning motivation. This research uses a quasi-experimental method using a post-test only control group design. The population is 358 students in class The sampling technique uses random sampling with random groups to determine the experimental and control classes. The samples in each cell were 19 people. Data was collected through tests and analyzed using two-way Anova analysis followed by the LSD test. The results of the research show that the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by visual feedback has a significantly better impact on learning outcomes for chest passes in the game of basketball compared to learning outcomes using conventional models. There was an interaction between the learning model and learning motivation, where it was found that the STAD cooperative learning model assisted by visual feedback was more suitable for students with high learning motivation, but on the other hand, low learning motivation was more suitable for using the conventional model. It is concluded that the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes for chest passes in basketball in high school

In the PJOK learning process, teachers have an important role in designing innovative learning and considering physical aspects that are in accordance with the subject matter. This study aims to determine the difference in the effectiveness of TPS and PBL learning models on the learning outcomes of students' basketball skills as a whole and students with low hand eye coordination. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a 2x2 treatment by level design. The study population was 5th grade students in Tembuku District. The research sample was 80 students, randomly selected by simple random sampling through the groups drawing. The data collected were hand eye coordination data and learning outcomes analyzed by inferential statistics through two-way ANOVA test and LSD test. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes of basketball skills between students who followed the TPS and PBL models (F=5.902;p<0.05), and there are differences in learning outcomes for students with low hand eye coordination in both models (F=28.349;p<0.05).

The lecture method, which focuses too much on theoretical knowledge, fails to provide opportunities for students to practice healthy living and safety skills, which should be the core of health education. This leads to the diversity of student learning achievements. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Collaborative Teamwork Learning-based physical education learning model assisted by learning videos on student learning achievement. The subjects involved in this study amounted to 40 students. This type of research is experimental research, with the research design used as a quasi-experiment called nonequivalent posttest-only control group design. The data collection methods used include observation, questionnaires, and tests, while the instrument used is a learning achievement test. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using the data analysis method used in this research including descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the physical education learning model based on Collaborative Teamwork Learning with the help of learning videos proved to influence learning achievement. Therefore, it can be concluded that this model can be one of the solutions in the physical education learning process. The development of this learning model is expected to positively contribute to improving student learning achievement, understanding, and leadership skills in physical education courses. The Collaborative Teamwork Learning-based physical education learning model with the help of learning videos is one alternative that can be used to increase the effectiveness of physical education learning.

There is a decrease in the effectiveness of the game from one of the Badung Regency Kabaddi Teams which previously won the overall champion at the Bali Provincial Sports Week in 2017 and 2019. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Ladder Drill Ickey Shuffle and Side Jump Sprint training on increasing speed and agility in Badung kabaddi athletes. The type of research used is experimental research. The research design to be used is Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study were all Badung Regency kabaddi athletes totaling 86 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The total research sample used was 48 people consisting of Ladder drill ickey shuffle 16 people, Side jump sprint 16 people, and control 16 people. This research has several data collection methods used, namely the test method and the documentation method. The data analysis technique uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between the type of training Ladder Drill Ickey Shuffle and Side jump sprint to increase speed in Badung Kabaddi Athletes which was shown with a value of 0.003 <0.05 in the experimental group and control group and there was no relationship between the type of training Ladder Drill Ickey Shuffle and Side jump sprint to increase agility in Badung Kabaddi Athletes which was shown with a value of 0.246>0.05 in the experimental group and control group.

Kepercayaan diri adalah landasan dalam diri seseorang untuk melaksanakan sesuatu. Mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri atlet futsal di Akademi Semarapura United menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri atas 35 pernyataan positif dan negatif. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner tingkat kepercayaan diri berdasarkan skala likert. Subjek penelitian yang terlibat sebanyak 15 pemain futsal rentang usia 12-16 tahun. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat kepercayaan diri oleh pengaruh faktor internal berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata 64,7 yang didominasi indikator harga diri sebanyak 29%; (2) tingkat kepercayaan diri oleh pengaruh faktor eksternal pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata 59,2 didominasi indikator pendidikan 37%; dan (3) kategori tingkat kepercayaan diri atlet futsal dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata 62,3. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan diri atlet futsal terhadap peningkatan prestasi atlet dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Maka, implikasi penelitian ini adalah sikap percaya diri para atlet perlu ditingkatkan sehingga hasil prestasi yang diberikan lebih maksimal.

Terkait sumber/media/modul belajar yang dimiliki oleh Guru PJOK SD berupa sumber/media/modul teks yang masih manual belum berupa digital/online, hampir semua guru masih menggunakan modul manual atau menggunakan buku- buku teks belum online. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung kurikulum merdeka belajar pada jenjang SD yakni yang bercirikan mandiri belajar, mandiri berubah dan mandiri berbagi pengetahuan. Hal ini sangat relevan dengan pengabdian mengembangkan modul digital, sehingga secara langsung maupun tidak langsung siswa dapat belajar mandiri dengan modul digital yang lebih interaktif, mudah digunakan dan sangat mendukung pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pelatihan baik teori maupun praktek. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 Guru PJOK SD yang ada di Kecamatan Banjar yang dilaksanakan di Kantor UPP/KORWIL Kecamatan Banjar. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan pembukaan, penyampaian materi, praktek membuat modul digital dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan statsitik deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa Terjadi peningkatan secara positif skor rata-rata hasil pemahaman Guru PJOK SD Kecamatan Banjar sebesar 92,22 (pre-test) dan 96,0 (post-test), hal ini berarti bahwa pelatihan modul digital yang diselenggarakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat mampu meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang Pembelajaran menggunakan Modul Digital.

Currently, the program contained in the training periodization focuses on physical training programs, techniques, and tactics for playing volleyball. However, the psychological condition is to blame if an athlete's performance fails. The generational difference between coaches and athletes greatly disrupts interactions, so a unique approach is needed that touches the psychological side of athletes in providing training and improving performance. This research aims to describe the level of understanding of coaches at the Buleleng Volleyball Academy (ABVB) regarding the psychology program of training periodization. This research is a descriptive analysis research, with 12 ABVB trainers as research subjects. Data were collected through observation and survey techniques with research instruments using two questionnaires. The first questionnaire determines the role of psychology in sports, and the second examines the coach's ability to implement psychology in training programs. Data analysis with data triangulation. This research was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, so it was carried out via Google Forms. The research results show that coaches understand the role of sports psychology but need to learn the form of training given to athletes. The conclusion is that ABVB coaches own sport psychology knowledge but have yet to apply it in handling athletes, so strengthening is needed to make coaches better at using it in training.

Football skills instruments are needed by football coaches or practitioners to identify talents and evaluate the training process of each player. Currently, there are many types of football skill instruments, but instruments that are in accordance with the characteristics of Indonesian players and the Indonesian Football Development Curriculum (Filanesia) are not yet available. The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of football skills instruments that are suitable for Filanesia in order to obtain information on the needs, urgency, benefits, and draft models of these instruments. This research approach uses mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. A total of 30 respondents were involved in this study, consisting of 25 football coaches and 5 expert lecturers in the field of football. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed through g-forms and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. Questionnaire results were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics. Apart from this analysis, data triangulation was used to analyse the result of the interviews and discussions during FGD. The results of this study indicate that a football skill instrument is very useful for coaches and players, and the urgency of developing a Filanesia-based football skill instrument model is very high. Thus, a draft instrument model has been produced for two levels of age groups (10–12 years and 13–16 years). Of course, this is an opportunity for further research, namely to validate the two draft models and measure their reliability so that the two test models can be used by football school coaches.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran penggunaan aspek keselamatan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes, merumuskan dimensi-dimensi panduan keselamatan dan merumuskan draft panduan keselamatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah merupakan tahap awal penelitian pengembangan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan melalui studi pustaka, daftar isian dan kuesioner menggali persepsi dan pemahaman guru. Sampel penelitian adalah guru penjasorkes SMA yang ada di kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 15 (12 SMA dan 3 SMK), pengolahan datanya menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Gambaran aspek keselamatan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes telah tercermin tercermin pada perencanaan pembelajaran, teknik bantuan, pengelolaan kelas dan peralatan olahraga, 2) Dimensi- dimensi yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan buku panduan keselamatan pembelajaran penjasorkes; lingkungan tempat berolahraga, fasilitas dan peralatan pembelajaran, perencanaan pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, teknik bantuan, 3) Draft formar isi panduan keselamatan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes dipandang sebagai hal baru yang harus dipenuhi oleh seluruh sekolah sehingga menjadi acuan/petunjuk praktis dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran penjasorkes yang aman.
