Abstract

The prol tape product produced by the home industry in Jember Regency is a souvenir product typical which is very popular. Over time, the abundant availability of cassava raw materials and the high interest in buying consumers have made the rapid development of processed cassava tape products not only prol tape but other product innovatons have emerged. In the midst of the emergence of many new products, there is a need for preventive action as a measure to close the possibility of the decline in the existence of prol tape as a typical product from Jember regency and being unable to compete with other types of produstc. Effort to maintain and increase the existence of prol tape products as a distinctive product, efforts to control product quality are carried out using the quality function deployment (QFD) and Kano analysis methods to improve the quality of prol tape products by home industries in Jember regency. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, based on the research results, it was obtained 9 attributes of consumer need for prol tape products produced by home industries in Jember regency, where all of its attributes in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Attributes of consumer needs consist of taste, price, texture, aroma, product durability, packaging design, product hygiene, product size, product-related information.

Abstract

This research includes explanatory research because it is intended to measure and analyze the presence or absence of influence of job satisfaction factors and organizational support for work motivation and teacher performance at SMK Private Sumbersari District Jember. Analyzer used in this research is path analysis. This is so that researchers can analyze the direct influence of each variable studied. The variables used are job satisfaction variable and organizational support as independent variable affecting work motivation variable as intervening and teacher performance as dependent variable. In this research the population is a teacher at SMK Swasta Sumbersari District Jember a number of 49 people consisting of 13 people as a teacher SMK Trunojoyo, 26 people as a teacher SMK Kartini and 10 people as teachers SMK Muh.Sroedji. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated or census sampling, where all members of the population are sampled.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment toward employee’s performance through job satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk and also to understand about direct and indirect effect all variables. This study used path analysis. The population of this research is all employees of officer-L5 Bank Mandiri Area Jember totaling 70 people. The sample in this research is 70 employees. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Transformational leadership has a direct impact on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees in Area Jember. Organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational culture directly affects the performance of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees in Area Jember. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on the performance. Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of personality, emotional intelligence, and work stress on counterproductive work behavior. This research was conducted at the multinational company Kutai Timber, Co., with 75 respondents in the production department. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that personality, emotional intelligence, and job stress have a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior. The coefficient value of the emotional intelligence variable is negative 0.416, which means that if the value of emotional intelligence increases, it will reduce the level of employee counterproductive work behavior. Research proves the Personality variable has a value of 0.326 with an indicator of agreeableness and tend to avoid conflict, and then the job stress variable has a positive value of 0.251. The implications of the theory are discussed to prove its effect on counterproductive behavior. The practical consequences aim to reduce counterproductive behavior through improving personality, and emotional intelligence and reducing employee stress levels.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and analyze: (1) job satisfaction on employee commitment, (2) job satisfaction on Perceive Organizational Support, (3) Perceive Organizational Support on commitment, (4) job satisfaction through the mediation of Perceived Organizational Support on employee commitment. . The research approach used in this research is quantitative. The research population is employees of conventional banks in Jember Regency with a sampling technique using cluster sampling at Bank Mandiri and Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Jember with 72 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of testing and data analysis showed that the variable job satisfaction had a significant effect on the commitment of conventional bank employees in Jember Regency by 67.3%, job satisfaction on perceived organizational support of 73.3%, perceived organizational support on employee commitment of 80.6% and job satisfaction through the mediation of Perceived Organizational Support. to the commitment of employees of conventional banks in Jember Regency by 59.1%.

Abstract

The progress of science and technology triggered the era of society 5.0, which gave birth to changes in responding to future needs. In the era of Society 5.0, the main component is humans who can create new value through technological developments. Digitization of ecotourism can be in the form of information providers, technology applications for booking tickets, hotels and other accommodations. This digital transformation of ecotourism encourages millennials to combine cyber technology with automation. This study analyzes millennials' role and challenges in digital ecotourism in the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the steps of business development strategies used in the Jember party equipment rental service business and describe, analyze the Business Model Canvas in the Jember party equipment rental service business. This study was conducted with a Business Model Canvas approach using a qualitative case study research type. Data collection using interviews and observations. The results of the study were obtained based on nine BMC elements consisting of customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures summarized in one canvas showing that the Jember party equipment rental service business can carry out aggressive strategies. In addition, it also produces a new Business Model Canvas design as a result of improvements as a selected alternative strategy on channels , and customer relationships that can be used for future business development.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the assets of an agency that will determine the success or failure of the agency, because human resources are the most important factor in carrying out and achieving agency goals. This research aims to determine and analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediating influence of individual characteristics and organizational culture on employee performance. The object of this research is the Jember Regency Transportation Service, with a permanent employee population of 54 people and the sample in this research is 54 respondents. In this study, the total number of variable indicators is 17. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis. The results of this research indicate that individual characteristics and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of permanent employees at the Jember Regency Transportation Service.

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan strategi bersaing didunia usaha kepada santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember. Pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui kegiatan ceramah, bimbingan teknis dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan tentang cara berwirausaha melalui proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah semua santriwati di Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah Jember. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah Santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember menjadi paham pentingnya perencanaan sumber daya manusia untuk menentukan jumlah dan jenis manusia yang dibutuhkan dalam berwirausaha diwaktu dan tempat yang tepat, serta mampu melakukan perencanaan sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Keberlanjutan PKM ini akan memunculkan berbagai strategi bersaing, khususnya strategi di bidang sumber daya manusia, dalam berwirausaha dengan melakukan kolaborasi antara pihak pengelola panti asuhan dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait secara berkelanjutan

Pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui kegiatan ceramah, bimbingan teknis dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan tentang cara berwirausaha melalui kemampuan menganalisis peluang usaha baru sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah semua santriwati di Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah Jember. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember menjadi paham pentingnya menjalankan bisnis yang akan mereka dirikan dengan menumbuhkan ide kreatif dalam menganalisis peluang usaha baru. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah semua santriwati di Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah Jember. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember menjadi lebih paham tentang pentingnya berwirausaha dengan menumbuhkan ide kreatif dalam menganalisis peluang usaha baru. Keberlanjutan PKM ini akan memunculkan ide kreatif bagi santriwati untuk mampu menganalisis peluang usaha baru sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Diharapkan terjalin kolaborasi yang baik antara pihak pengelola panti asuhan dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait secara berkelanjutan.
