Abstract

This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. Keywords: Performance Appraisal, E-Performance, Job Saticfaction, employee acievement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research will test the influence directly and indirectly. This research uses descriptive research methods with quantitative research. The number of samples used in this research was 60 respondents. By using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is sampled. Using SmartPLS version 3, the analysis results show that 1) compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction 2) work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction 3) compensation has a significant effect on loyalty 4) work motivation has no significant effect on loyalty 5) job satisfaction has no significant effect on loyalty, 6) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation on loyalty. 7) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work motivation on loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Maria Fatima Jember Elementary School education unit. The variables in this research are Transformational Leadership, Work Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Teacher Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance. The population and sample in this research were all teachers at SDK Maria Fatima Jember, East Java, totaling 60 teachers and the sample in this research was 60 teachers. The number of samples is the same as the population because the number is less than 100. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis in research uses the SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS software. The research results show that there is a significant influence between Transformational Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction on Teacher Performance. Meanwhile, work commitment has no effect on teacher performance. And job satisfaction is able to mediate transformational leadership, work commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influenced of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on continuance intention of Kopra by Mandiri which is mediated by trust in the Tapal Kuda area. This research used the Explanatory Research type. Researchers used the proportional random sampling method or random sampling. The author used the determination of the sample size in this research based on the Slovin method as a measuring tool for calculating sample size so that research could be made easier. The number of research samples determined using the Slovin formula was 321 people. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmaprtPLS application. The results of the research showed that Perceived Ease of Use influenced Trust Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Usefulness influenced Trust Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Ease of Use influenced Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Usefulness influenced Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Trust influenced the Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Trust mediated the influence of Perceived Ease of Use on Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Trust mediated the influence of Perceived Usefulness on Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area.
