Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan industri kreatif dalam perekonomian Indonesia telah memberikan pengaruhsignifikan bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian. Industri kreatif berkembang melalui kreativitasdan kinerja inovasi yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha. Proses kreatif dan inovatif dalampengelolaan bisnis harus dipahami oleh pelaku bisnis dalam industri kreatif sehinggadiperlukan pendekatan yang menggabungkan sinergitas antara akademisi, pengusaha,pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam model Quadruple Helix. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahmengembangkan model kreativitas melalui Quadruple Helix dalam peningkatan kinerja inovasipada industri kreatif.Kata kunci : Quadruple Helix, kreativitas, kinerja inovasi, industri kreatif

Abstract

Performance appraisal system aims to guide the employee in achieving company's goals. The objective of this study  are : 1) to directly analyze the effectiveness of performance appraisal system in influencing work satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance; 2) to directly analyze the effectiveness of work satisfaction and work motivation in influencing employee performance;3) to indirectly analyze the effectiveness of performance appraisal system in influencing employee performance through work motivation and work satisfaction as the intervening variables. Performance appraisal system is implemented only to the employees with superior position in a company, not to those who are subordinates. Thus, the promotion is not targeted to the individual with the biggest contribution in the process of achieving company's goals. Primary data are collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents using purposive sampling technique. The sample are consisted of 110 employees of the engineering division at Wringinanom Sugar Factory, Indonesia. Data are analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results of the study show that the performance appraisal system has a direct and significant effect on work satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance, and it has an indirect significant effect on employee performance through work motivation and work satisfaction as the intervening variables.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v6i1.2090

Abstract

The study aims to know and test the influence of entrepreneurship education, entreprenuerial self efficacy and environmental factors to entrepreneurship interest of Islamic university students in Jember namely UNMUH and IAIN Jember. This research is explanatory research, with sample selection using quota sampling counted 40 samples in each research object with total sample 80. Then method used purposive sampling and data collection using accidental sampling. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results  indicate that entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy entrepreneurship and environmental factors have an effect on entrepreneurship interest.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of servant leadership on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable at Bank BTPN Jakarta Head Office. The population of this study were permanent employees at Bank BTPN Jakarta Head Office. The total population of permanent employees at Bank BTPN Jakarta Head Office were 391, including all business lines with permanent employee status at Bank BTPN Jakarta Head Office. Sampling technique used proportional random sampling, there were 78 respondents. The methods of data collections were survey, literature review, and questionnaire. Data analysis used outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and line analysis. The result showed that servant leadership contributes to a significant impact on employee performance. The second research results obtained proved that servant leadership positively influences and significantly impacts organizational citizenship behavior. The third result showed that organizational citizenship behavior positively influence and significantly impact employee performance. Furthermore, the following result showed that servant leadership significantly impacts employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Employee performance affects the company's ongoing activities, and better employee performance will help the company develop the company for the better. Improved employee performance will bring progress for the company to survive in an unstable competitive business environment. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture on PT employees' performance. Zebra Agrindo Utama Jember. The variables used are Empowerment (X1), self-efficacy (X2), corporate culture (X3), and employee performance (Y). The population in this study were employees of PT. Zebra Agrindo Utama Jember, totaling 60 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with independent variables, namely empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture. The dependent variable is employee performance. This study uses qualitative data quantified with primary data sources obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely employees of PT. Zebra Agrindo Utama Jember, and secondary data obtained from journals, articles, and literature related to empowerment, self-efficacy, organizational culture, and employee performance. The results showed that empowerment, self-efficacy, and corporate culture had a positive and significant effect. On the variable performance of employees of PT. Zebra Agrindo Utama Jember, so that the better the employee's perception of empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture by employees, the better the employee's performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of coffee farmer community empowerment through ACTORS theory based on the Pentahelix model as economic optimization of Kemiri Village, Panti District. Jember Regency is famous for its natural wealth, one of which is coffee plantations scattered throughout the region. Panti District is one of the coffee-producing areas and is included in the top 5 coffee producers with a potential harvest area of 149.70 with total coffee production in 2020 of 121.95 quintals (BPS Jember, 2021). One of the villages that have the potential for coffee is Kemiri Village. However, the existing potential has not been able to improve the standard of living of the community, especially coffee farmers (observation results, 2022). This problem can certainly be overcome and has relevance through ACTORS Theory and Pentahelix models which can be implemented for Kemiri Village coffee farmers. This research was conducted using a qualitative type with purposive and snowball sampling. The primary data was obtained through interviews and direct observation of the object of research. Secondary data is indirect data obtained from publications, documentation, journals. Through this research, it is hoped that researchers will be able to analyze the application of community empowerment for coffee farmers to be able to support the economy of the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of employee engagement and work motivation on performance through learning agility on the performance of employees of PT. Paiton Operation and Maintenance Indonesia (PT. POMI). This research was conducted on employees of PT. POMI with the number of respondents in this study as many as 124 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling where the sample is taken at random from the entire population. Data analysis method using Partial least square using softwareSMART PLS 3. HasThe results showed that work motivation and learning agility directly had a positive and significant effect on performance, while employee engagement directly had a positive but not significant effect on performance. The work motivation and employee engagement indirectly have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence and personality on the performance of employees. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Jember Branch. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 41 respondents. The data were processed by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of t test, it is known that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had no effect on performance Employees, while the personality effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence did not affect the performance of employees Because the dominant respondents is male. While spiritual intelligence had no effect because the age of dominant respondents diverged between 20-40 years. Results showed that emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and personality variables simultaneously affect the employees’ performance. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of learning organization on employee performance with knowledge sharing as mediating. This research can be classified as explanatory research, the research explains about the correlation between several variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used is census technique where the whole population of PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang as the research sample which is 40 employees. The research method is path analysis. The result showed that Learning organization has a significant impact on Knowledge sharing, Learning organization has a significant impact on employee performance, Knowledge sharing has a significant impact on employee performance, and learning organization has a significant impact on employee performance with Knowledge sharing as mediating. Further research is expecting to analyze another variable a mediating such as organizational culture, service quality, and organizational commitment.   Keywords: employee performance, Knowledge sharing; Learning organization Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari Learning organization terhadap Kinerja melalui knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai exsplanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan menguji keterkaitan antara beberapa variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis atau penelitian penjelasan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang yaitu berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sensus,yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel karena pada penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Path analysis atau analisis jalur dan alat hitung yang digunakan yaitu SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Knowledge sharing(Z), Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), Knowledge sharing(Z) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) melalui Knowledge sharing(Z). Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menambahkan variabel mediasi misalnya budaya organisasi, kinerja kualiltas pelayanan dan komitmen organisasi. Katakunci: Knowledge sharing; Learning organization, Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation influences job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction.
