Abstract

Abtract This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction. The population in this research is an employee of  angrumba madiun regency. The sample used is as many as 36 employees. Data was taken by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). The test data used is a partial hypothesis test (t). The results showed that partially employee engagement variable (sig = 0.048) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (sig = 0.001) had an effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) And Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the difference in stock prices before and after the stock split, empirical studies on companies that carry out stock splits in 2016-2020.This research is a type of event study research, using a quantitative approach or positivism. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics in the form of mean and standard deviation. The sample used in this study amounted to 27 companies.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between stock prices before and after the stock split. Thus it can be concluded that the stock split has an effect on the company's stock price. Keywords : Before, After Stock Split and Stock Price

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Skincare Product.The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a total sample of 94 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that partially Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality has a significant positive efect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Skincare Product. While simultaneously has an effect between Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality variables on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on skincare Product..Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Service Quality and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes and Islamic Ethics in Financial Management on Financial Management Behavior. The population used in this study is the Entrepreneur of RPMR Malang Raya. The technique used in sampling in this study is purposive sampling. The variables in this study are Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Islamic Ethics in Financial Management and Financial Management Behavior. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire given to customers and the library, namely from journals and articles. The analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study explain that the financial knowledge variable has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, the Financial Attitude variable has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, the Islamic Ethics variable in Financial Management has an effect on Financial Management Behavior. Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, Board of Directors, Independent Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Financial Distress

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the prediction of business income for creative economy actors during the COVID-19 pandemic through business capital, length of business, and working hours. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data sample obtained was 40 respondents from the population of creative economy actors in the fashion-culinary sub-sector of Malang Raya. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable of business capital can predict positively and significantly to operating income. Length of business can predict positively and significantly to operating income. Working hours can predict positively and significantly to operating income. Together, the variables of working capital, length of business, and working hours can predict positively and significantly the operating income.Keywords: business capital, length of business, working hours, operating revenues

Abstract

Abtract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and trust on customer satisfaction at the Understell Workshop for Four-Wheel Vehicles. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were customers who used the services of HM Understell four-wheeled vehicle repair shop during the research period, namely December 2021 to February 2022 with an average of 4 customers per day so that it can be seen that the population is 308. The sample used in this study uses the theory according to Arikunto (2010) it is known that a population of 308 can be taken from 20% of the population so that the number of samples is 20% x 308 = 61.6 rounded up to 62 customers. While the sampling technique used in this study is based on non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling research with the characteristics of customers who have used workshop services more than 2 times. The results of the study through the F test and T test showed that simultaneously or partially Service Quality, Facilities, and Trust had a significant positive effect with a sig level of 0.000 <0.05 on customer satisfaction. Keyword: Service Quality, Facilities, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers, product prices, and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions on sprite beverage products. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019. Meanwhile, the sample used in this study was purposive sampling using the slovin formula, so there were 90 samples. The data used is primary data by using a questionnaire. The recording evaluation approach used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, conventional assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, speculation test: simultaneous test, partial test and willingness coefficient.From the results of the research partially obtained results that celebrity endorser has no effect on purchasing decisions, product prices have no effect on purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously celebrity endorser, product price, and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Celebrity Endorser, Product Price, Electronic Word of Mouth, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract Purchasing decisions are how consumers decide which alternative options to choose, and include decisions about what to buy, whether to buy or not, when to buy, where to buy, and how to pay for it. This study aims to determine how the influence of product design, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used in the research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is nature lovers in Malang Regency, for the determination of the number of samples using the malhotra formula amounted to 85 respondents. The data used in the study was primary data in the form of online questionnaire questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis methods used are: instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product design, brand image, and product quality had a partial positive effect on Consina's brand purchase decision. Keywords:Product Design, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The creation of a new marketing strategy cannot be separated from innovation, both advertising innovation and product innovation, both products that have been implemented and the discovery of new products, so that the products made by MSME players in Gresik Regency must be able to supply new products, products that are different and much better than competitors' products.This study uses quantitative research methods and the type of research conducted uses explanatory research. With a quantitative approach, namely an approach to testing the hypothesis using numerical calculations through statistical techniques, this research uses non-probability sampling techniques and the population in this study are all MSMEs in the Chips Processed sector in Gresik Regency, totaling 97 MSMEs Processed Chips in Gersik Regency. The variables of Marketing Strategy, Product Innovation, and Market Orientation simultaneously affect the marketing performance of MSMEs Processed Chips in Gresik Regency. Market Strategy has a partial effect on the marketing performance of MSMEs Processed Chips in Gresik Regency. Product innovation variables have a partial effect on the marketing performance of Kripik Processed MSMEs in Gresik Regency. And Product Quality has a partial effect on the marketing performance of Kripik Processed MSMEs in Gresik Regency. Keywords: Market Orientation, Marketing Strategy, and MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence lifestyle, brand image, and product quality have on purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphones. Among Malang City students, the use of iPhones is very large not only as a means of communication but also as a symbol of status and lifestyle. The population in this study were students who used iphone smartphones in Malang City. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with the number of samples determined using the Hair et al formula and the results obtained were 119 respondents. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study simultaneously show that the influence of lifestyle, brand image and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Lifestyle, Brand Image and Product Quality have a significant effect on iPhone Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Lifestyle, Brand Image, Product Quality and Usage Decision
