Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers, product prices, and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions on sprite beverage products. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019. Meanwhile, the sample used in this study was purposive sampling using the slovin formula, so there were 90 samples. The data used is primary data by using a questionnaire. The recording evaluation approach used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, conventional assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, speculation test: simultaneous test, partial test and willingness coefficient.From the results of the research partially obtained results that celebrity endorser has no effect on purchasing decisions, product prices have no effect on purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously celebrity endorser, product price, and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Celebrity Endorser, Product Price, Electronic Word of Mouth, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract Purchasing decisions are how consumers decide which alternative options to choose, and include decisions about what to buy, whether to buy or not, when to buy, where to buy, and how to pay for it. This study aims to determine how the influence of product design, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used in the research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is nature lovers in Malang Regency, for the determination of the number of samples using the malhotra formula amounted to 85 respondents. The data used in the study was primary data in the form of online questionnaire questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis methods used are: instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product design, brand image, and product quality had a partial positive effect on Consina's brand purchase decision. Keywords:Product Design, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The creation of a new marketing strategy cannot be separated from innovation, both advertising innovation and product innovation, both products that have been implemented and the discovery of new products, so that the products made by MSME players in Gresik Regency must be able to supply new products, products that are different and much better than competitors' products.This study uses quantitative research methods and the type of research conducted uses explanatory research. With a quantitative approach, namely an approach to testing the hypothesis using numerical calculations through statistical techniques, this research uses non-probability sampling techniques and the population in this study are all MSMEs in the Chips Processed sector in Gresik Regency, totaling 97 MSMEs Processed Chips in Gersik Regency. The variables of Marketing Strategy, Product Innovation, and Market Orientation simultaneously affect the marketing performance of MSMEs Processed Chips in Gresik Regency. Market Strategy has a partial effect on the marketing performance of MSMEs Processed Chips in Gresik Regency. Product innovation variables have a partial effect on the marketing performance of Kripik Processed MSMEs in Gresik Regency. And Product Quality has a partial effect on the marketing performance of Kripik Processed MSMEs in Gresik Regency. Keywords: Market Orientation, Marketing Strategy, and MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence lifestyle, brand image, and product quality have on purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphones. Among Malang City students, the use of iPhones is very large not only as a means of communication but also as a symbol of status and lifestyle. The population in this study were students who used iphone smartphones in Malang City. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with the number of samples determined using the Hair et al formula and the results obtained were 119 respondents. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study simultaneously show that the influence of lifestyle, brand image and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Lifestyle, Brand Image and Product Quality have a significant effect on iPhone Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Lifestyle, Brand Image, Product Quality and Usage Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate how e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust impact the satisfaction levels  of Gojek transportation users in Malang  City. It employs  a quantitative approach to analyze the relationship between independent variables (e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust) and the dependent variable (satisfaction). The study's sample comprises 80 consumers from the Lowokwaru District in Malang City, and primary data collection is done through questionnaire distribution, aided by the SPSS data analysis tool. The findings of this study reveal that e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust collectively and significantly influence the satisfaction levels of Gojek transportation users in Malang City. The coefficient of determination test indicates that 54.6% of the variance in satisfaction can be explained by these variables, with the remaining 45.4% attributed to factors not investigated in this study. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, and User Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of operational time, service quality, product variety and price on customer satisfaction among grocery store buyers. This research uses a quantitative description method. The respondents for this research were 94 respondents as customers at the Lowokwaru District grocery store who were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the maholtra formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire consisting of 2 variables, namely operational time, service quality, product variety, price and customer satisfaction. Data obtained from respondents was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this research show that: (1) Operational time, service quality, product variety and price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (2) Operational time has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (3) Service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (4) Product variety has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. Abstract

Abstract The results of this research aim to determine Price, Promotion and Barand Image on Maxim User Decisions in a study on FEB Students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on user decisions with a significant value of 0.001<0.05, the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on User Decisions with a significant value of 0.028<0.005 and the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on User Decisions with a significance value of 0.14<0.05.  Keywords: Work Environment, Financial Compensation And Non-Financial Compensation

Abstract

Abstract  This research aims to find out whether attractiveness and social media have an influence on tourists' decisions to visit Madiredo Lake Agrotourism which is located in Madiredo Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the people of Malang Raya who visited the Madiredo Lake Agrotourism. Using a sample using the Slovin formula, 99 respondents were obtained. In this research, the technique used was non-probability sampling. Non-probability sampling method involves selecting elements from the population without using a random process. This research shows that attractiveness and social media  have a significant influence on visitors' decision to visit Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, E-WOM, Brand Experience, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of shopping lifestyle (X1), celebrity endorser, and word of mouth (X3) on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total of 112 respondents. The respondents in this study are Luxcrime make up consumers in Malang City. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 as the analysis tool. Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the rapid development of creative economy actors. So that creative economy MSME players are required to have the latest innovations and develop their businesses by utilizing increasingly advanced technological developments. However, there are still many creative economic actors who do not know how important financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy are in a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, self-efficacy on financial management behavior.This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. This method aims to make a description or descriptive of a situation objectively. Respondents in this study were 60 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling of IWAPI members. The results of this study reveal that financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial management behavior. While financial attitudes, locus of control, financial self-efficacy have no significant effect on financial management behavior. Keywords: Creative Economy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Locus Of Control, Self-Efficacy, Financial Management Behavior.
