Abstract

Melakukan analisis yang tepat dalam mengukur beban kerja yang dilakukan pekerja selama menjalankan aktivitas-aktivitas kerja. Hal tersebut juga perlu dilakukan untuk melakukan analisis di UMKM.  Perlu dilakukan analisis seberapa besar beban kerja yang diterima setiap karyawan pada RM Bakul Cobek. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis Cardiovascular Load (CVL) dan Full Time Equivalent (FTE). CVL digunakan untuk mengukur beban kerja fisik yang diterima pekerja. . FTE digunakan untuk melakukan analisis aktivitas kerja, menganalisis beban kerja dan menentukan jumlah pekerja yang optimal.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: a.) persentase CVL pekerja berada dalam kategori ringan yaitu 19,51% < 30%; b.) konsumsi energi pekerja berada dalam kategori ringan yaitu 4,18 Kkal/menit < 5 Kkal/menit; c.) Dari hasil perhitungan FTE didapatkan nilai 0,485, maka setiap karyawan memiliki beban kerja sebesar 48,5% maka karyawan yang dibutuhkan pada setiap shift adalah 1 orang. Berdasarkan beberapa metode yang telah digunakan dalam menghitung dan menilai beban kerja karyawan yang terdapat pada RM Bakul Cobek, disarankan kepada pemilik usaha untuk memaksimalkan tenaga kerja pada setiap shift nya menjadi 1 orang saja. Sehingga dapat meminimalisir pengeluaran dan memaksimalkan pendapatan pada RM Bakul Cobek.

Abstract

Masin is a Sumbawa traditional food made from rebon shrimp which is given special spices and then fermented for about 14 days. Masin production often fails because the fermentation process is susceptible to contamination by bacteria and other fungi from the raw materials and the lack of hygiene in the equipment used. In addition, rebon shrimp is a catch of fishermen which is available at a certain time so the masin production must be optimized when the availability of the rebon shrimp is abundant by accelerating the fermentation process. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a Masin Fermenter with an intelligent control system to optimize the masin fermentation process. In addition, it is necessary to standardize the masin production process to reduce the risk of production failure. The social activity is carried out through workshops and discussions with masin entrepreneurs. Workshop materials include: How to make the fermenter and how to use the masin fermenters; Dissemination of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Masin production. Masin production with FERMAS-KECE is better than traditional method in terms of color, taste and aroma. The Masin fermentation process with FERMAS-KECE is faster than traditional method. The fermentation process has decreased after 3-5 which indicates the process has been completed so that with this it can increase production capacity up to 300%. In addition, the application of SOP for the manufacture of masin can reduce the risk of failure in masin production and the quality of standardized masin with uniform quality in each production process. Based on the results of the evaluation of participant satisfaction, it was found that the participants were very satisfied, both in terms of the material, the way the material was delivered and the fermenter machine used was very useful and needed by participants. Therefore, the application of FERMAS-KECE and SOP during the masin production process can increase the productivity, efficiency and quality of the masin.

Abstract

MSMEs are said to be one of the economic activities in processing raw materials into finished materials that will provide added value. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must be able to find ways to grow their businesses. One of the ways is that MSME actors must pay attention to their product packaging. One of the companies that assisted in packaging was UPTD.Balai Regional Product Packaging, NTB. As well as in the manufacture of packaging requires accuracy to avoid work accidents. Therefore it is necessary to have recommendations for occupational accidents and safety (K3) to minimize hazards at work. Abstract

Nindya Karya (Persero) merupakan salah satu Badan usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang berkiprah pada bidang jasa konstruksi, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) serta Investasi. Pada tanggal 23 Januari 2020, PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) menyetujui kontrak pembangunan Bendungan Tiu Suntuk paket I dimana item pekerjaan meliputi bendungan pengelak, bendungan primer, bangunan pengambilan, hidromekanikal dan elektrikal. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meminimalisir risiko kecelakaan kerja pada Bangunan Operasional Bendungan Tiu Suntuk di PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). Metode yang digunakan adalah Hazard Identification and Risk Assesment (HIRA). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi bahaya yang dilakukan maka terdapat 10 potensi bahaya pada proses bangunan operasional Bendungan Tiu Suntuk di PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). Usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan kepada pihak perusahaan PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) pada bangunan operasional Bendungan Tiu Suntuk berdasarkan hirarki pengendalian K3 yaitu berupa eliminasi yang terhadap besi bekas yang tidak layak digunakan dan dilakukan housekeeping. Selain itu, dilakukan pengendalian teknik berupa Inspeksi area kerja, merapikan kabel dengan ikat kabel, memberi label pada kabel, dan pembuatan jalan akses yang lebih aman. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengendalian administrasi dengan membuat rambu-rambu di area yang berbahaya yaitu rambu-rambu (hati-hati jalan curam, hati-hati terjatuh, hati-hati arus listrik), membuat SOP dalam bekerja serta melakukan pengawasan pada pekerjaan bangunan operasional Bendungan Tiu Suntuk di PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). Harapannya dilakukan penelitian ini dapat meminimalisir kecelakan kerja pada pengerjaan bangunan operasional Proyek bendungan Tiu Suntuk PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) sehingga pekerjaan dapat berlangsung dengan aman dan nyaman.

Abstract

Nindya Karya (Persero) adalah perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang jasa kontruksi. Saat ini PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) memegang sebuah proyek yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kec.Sekar Bela, Nusa Tenggara Barat yakni Proyek Pembangunan Jetty PLTMGU Lombok Peaker. Adapun permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu tata letak fasilitas di area pergudangan terbilang tidak teratur.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang usulan perbaikan layout pada Proyek Pembangunan Jetty Lombok Peaker. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) dan algoritma BLOCPLAN. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diperoleh 3 usulan layout  dengan aplikasi BLOCPLAN namun  yang  dipilih hanya satu layout sebagai usulan terbaik yakni layout nomor 1 dengan nilai R- Score tertinggi yaitu 0,73 dengan jarak perpindahan material handling 80,76 meter dan total luas area sebesar 31,9 m^2. Simpulan dari penelitianini semakin nilai R-Skor mendekati angka 1 maka layout  tersebut merupakan layout  terbaik yang dianjurkan untuk dipilih sebagai sebagai layout  usulan.

Abstract

CV. Ikhwanudin is a company engaged in tofu production in Sumbawa Regency which was founded in 2013. CV. Ikhwanudin has a fairly large production site with a production capacity of 150 kg of soybeans per day. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the working environment temperature was 45.8°C in the CV production room. Ikhwanudin. The environmental temperature is higher than the worker's body temperature. Based on work environment problems at CV. Ikhwanudin, it is necessary to design equipment to minimize heat in the tofu production room. Workload is measured using a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) questionnaire and designing tools to minimize worker burden due to the work environment using the Value Engineering (VE) method. Based on the calculation results of the working environment temperature at CV. Ikhwanudin is quite high, namely an average of 34.80 degrees because there are 5 tofu cooking stoves in the production room. , Workload of workers at CV. Ikhwanudin is quite high so improvements need to be made. There is no significant influence between the work environment and workload based on the results of the correlation test and tools with values of 4.9 x 10-4, 7.4 x 10-2, 2, are obtained. 3x10-3 based on proposal 1 with a very low cost of IDR 7,650,000.

Abstract

As time goes by, more and more new factories appear producing different products. The manufacturing industry is related to tools that support the creation of a corn and grain processing process. PT. Seger Agro Nusantara is a company processing agricultural products such as rice and corn. One of the tools used at PT. Seger Agro Nusantara (SAN) is a forklift to help reduce worker energy in lifting and moving goods. The problem that often occurs with forklifts is the hydraulics. Hydraulics are the main part of a forklift which functions to move, lift and move goods from one place to another. The advantages and disadvantages of hydraulics are that they can transfer large amounts of power using only relatively small components, operate smoothly, do not cause noise or unimportant vibrations in the machine, can be rotated in the reverse direction (reversible), make it easy to move heavy materials in one lift. , or moving goods up to tons in weight. And the service life is quite long, so you can save on the cost of buying new equipment. Meanwhile, the disadvantage is that it requires intensive and regular maintenance. One method that can be used to find the root cause of a problem is a fishbone diagram. Because the fishbone diagram already knows the problem but doesn't know the cause.

Abstract

Sumbawa Regency is the largest coffee-producing area in West Nusa Tenggara, which has an area of ​​4,561.32 hectares with a total production of 2,514 tons per year. Matano Coffee is one of the UMKM that wants to improve the quality of its products so that it can continue to compete in the local and national markets. This research aims to improve the quality of UMKM Matano Coffee products, especially Sumbawa arabica coffee, as well as to get the best effort to reduce defects in Sumbawa arabica coffee. This research uses the Six Sigma Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, Control (DMAIC) method. The results of this study show that there are 4 factors that cause defects in Arabica coffee products: production tools, raw materials, people, and management. The most influencing factor is the raw material factor, where the defective coffee beans will affect the quality of Arabica coffee products, from the physical appearance to the dominant bitter taste. Efforts to improve the quality of Matano Coffee to minimize the occurrence of defects in Arabica coffee include carrying out short-term solutions, namely monitoring during the roasting or sangria process, as well as monitoring the temperature of the fire and the temperature of the drum machine by the owner of Matano Coffee.

Abstract

The K3 management system is part of the company management system in the context of risk control to minimize dangers in the workplace. Work accidents can cause losses in time, wealth, property and lives. Accidents have causes so it is necessary to control and repair work places, tools and processes. This research was conducted using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method to identify hazards that can occur in each job. In the preparation of HIRARC it is divided into three stages, where the first stage is hazard identification, then risk assessment, and the next stage is the risk control stage. The result of hazard identification is that there are several potential hazards in the work place and attitude. After carrying out a risk assessment, the risk level obtained before controlling the shootcreet work process was carried out, namely very high risk while those with medium risk tended to be high and medium tended to be low. After control was carried out, it was found that the risk value had decreased to predominantly green or low. Control of potential hazards in the shootcreet work area is proposed in the form of an appeal to complete PPE, use APK properly and an appeal to pay more attention to occupational safety and health in every work process. Abstract

Food, especially eggs, is essential and increasingly demanded in Indonesia. High egg consumption in Sumbawa boosts distribution needs, necessitating in-depth ergonomic research to reduce musculoskeletal pain risks for workers. Identifying workload and ergonomic risks is crucial in material handling studies. With %CVL ranging from 14.8%-27.1%, the design of egg-lifting tools and value engineering methodologies are required for cost optimization and safety. This study designs and evaluates ergonomic aids for egg transportation. The quantitative research at UD. Saudaraku, Sumbawa, employs %CVL > 22% and value engineering methods to design ergonomic egg transport tools. The sample includes three workers with a pulse rate > 170 bpm, with measurements taken using a pulse oximeter and MSDs questionnaires. The study identifies issues with manual methods and heavy loads in egg handling, causing fatigue and pain in 100% of workers. Evaluation reveals cardiovascular fatigue risks with %CVL between 32.7%-34.4%. The ergonomic tool design enhances efficiency, reduces physical complaints, and supports worker productivity and well-being.
