Abstract

Regulations concerning Single Tuition Fee have been contained in the Regulation of Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 39 of 2016. In addition, the Law on Higher Education Number 12 of 2012 Article 88 stipulates that the minister posseses the authority to set the unit standard for Higher Education operational costs which becomes the basis of state universities to set the costs charged by the students in the scope of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. University of Palangka Raya applies Generate File Software Development Account to determine the cost of Single Tuition Fee which is a development method of modified Waterfall software. This method consists of four stages; (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Implementation, and; (4) Testing. Quicksort and Depth First Search Algorithm also implemented on system. Thus this website utilizes Generate Data Account of Single Tuition Fee which will work automatically from each Higher Education entry, namely SNMPTN, SBMPTN and SMMPTN-BARAT and create easier to the management team to change automatically the data of study program from students’ Singgle Tuition Fee account based on the specified study program. Abstract

The library of Faculty of Medicine of University of Palangka Raya is one of the libraries that regulates its management conventionally, and has not utilized computer technology optimally. So that, the library needs to improve its performance over the time, perticularly in delivering information on books or in terms of circulation services of book borrowing and returning transactions. The methodology used in making this information system is method of modified Waterfall software. This method consists of four stages; (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Implementation; (4) Testing. Errors in typing the words searched for by the users could cause the searching for information cannot be found. Thus, levenshtein distance algorithm would be able to display autocorrect or provide the word suggestions to improve the title of the book that had the closest distance value to the word typed. Based on the results of the levenshtein distance algorithm calculation for the single target book title search, it has an accuracy of 75%; for the multi target book title with 2 words, it has an accuracy of 64.29%; for the multi target book title with 3 words, it has an accuracy of 66.75%, and; for the multi target book title with 4 words has an accuracy of 70.83%.

Abstract

Penutupan jalan merupakan isu yang kerap terjadi di kota besar. Yang sering terjadi adalah penutupan jalan tidak disertai dengan adanya informasi yang valid bagi masyarakat, sehingga masyarakat tidak mengetahui adanya penutupan jalan. Sehingga pada penelitian ini, dilakukan penerapan teknologi Location Based Service (LBS) dan struktur data Graf dalam pembuatan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan masyarakat untuk membuat dan mendapatkan informasi penutupan jalan. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metodologi Extreme Programming. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan sebanyak 2 iterasi, dikarenakan adanya penambahan kebutuhan pada user stories, yaitu fitur untuk mendapatkan peringatan penutupan jalan pada radius tertentu. Aplikasi mobile digunakan oleh public user atau masyarakat, sedangkan aplikasi yang berbasis website digunakan oleh operator sebagai pengelola informasi. Hasilnya LBS berhasil diterapkan untuk menentukan titik penutupan jalan serta membuat peringatan penutupan jalan dalam bentuk push notification menggunakan fungsi Geofence. Teori Graf berhasil diterapkan untuk membuat rute alternatif dengan memanfaatkan titik koordinat jalan sebagai node penyusun Graf. Pemrosesan rute dilakukan dengan rules yang dibuat dari hasil modifikasi algoritma Breadth First Search, yaitu dengan menambahkan proses pemeriksaan titik hambatan.

Abstract

Hydroponic plant cultivation is booming, but stock and sales are hard to predict. Poor prediction can cause farmers to overstock and lose money. This study suggests a framework that uses several machine learning models, including Linear Regression (LR), Random Forest (RF), Decision Tree (DT), and Extreme Gradient Boosting. "Ensemble Learning," which combines these models, should yield more accurate and generalizable results than a single model. This framework is assessed using historical hydroponic plant sales data and related factors like price, weather, and market trends. The model's performance is measured by the difference between predictions and actual values using RMSE and MAE metrics. This framework should improve hydroponic plant stock and sales predictions. Farmers can make better production, inventory, and harvest distribution decisions. Besides reducing financial losses, this reduces food waste and improves food security.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring pada tanaman cabai meruapakan solusi yang inovatif untuk membantu petani dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan lahan pertanian tanaman cabai. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mendukung efisiensi pengelolaan lahan pertanian cabai. Sistem dirancang untuk memonitor dan mengontrol penyiraman, pemupukan, serta pemberian pestisida, baik secara otomatis berdasarkan jadwal maupun manual dari jarak jauh. NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler utama dan platform Arduino Cloud memungkinkan pengiriman data real-time mengenai kelembaban tanah, suhu, dan kondisi cuaca ke aplikasi yang dapat diakses petani. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor kelembaban tanah, suhu, aliran air, dan sensor hujan untuk pemantauan kondisi lahan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu menjalankan penyiraman, pemupukan, dan pemberian pestisida sesuai jadwal dan dosis yang telah ditentukan. Sistem juga dapat dikendalikan secara manual sesuai kebutuhan. Implementasi teknologi ini diharapkan dapat membantu petani cabai meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman serta meminimalkan risiko kerusakan akibat kurangnya pemantauan secara langsung.

Abstract

According to the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies children are the most vulnerable group in Indonesia's digital space at risk of exposure to negative content, making them an important target demographic. Therefore, it is important for students to have good digital literacy. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and understanding of SMA Negeri 1 Kahayan Tengah students about digital literacy, as well as equip them with skills to use the internet safely and responsibly. The targets of this activity are students of SMA Negeri 1 Kahayan Tengah. The activity was carried out using lecture and discussion methods. By participating in this digital literacy counseling, it is hoped that the students of SMA Negeri 1 Kahayan Tengah can increase their knowledge and understanding of digital literacy, so that they can use the internet safely and responsibly, and can contribute optimally to nation building.

Abstract

Healthcare services at Puskesmas Buntok often face challenges in managing patient queues, leading to long waiting times and decreased patient satisfaction. This study aims to design and implement an intelligent queue management system based on a website using FIFO (First In First Out) and Descending Priority Queue algorithms, as well as integrate wait time prediction using the Least Squares method in PHP Machine Learning. The software development methodology employed is the Waterfall model, encompassing requirement definition through flowchart creation, system and software design using UML (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram), implementation with PHP and MySQL, and system testing using black box testing and accuracy testing for the wait time prediction feature. The research results indicate that the developed intelligent queue system efficiently and effectively manages the order of patient services. The integration of wait time prediction provides accurate estimates, assists patients in planning their visits, and enhances the operational efficiency of the health center. System testing confirms that all functions operate as expected, making the website suitable for use as the official platform of Puskesmas Buntok. This implementation successfully improves the quality of healthcare services by reducing patient waiting times, increasing registration efficiency, and optimizing medical service processes through an innovative intelligent queue system

Abstract

Pearl Salon and Barbershop is a provider of services and services engaged in the body care of women and men in the city of Palangkaraya. Pearl Salon and Barbershop itself wants to increase the number of turnover and maintain customer loyalty pearl in the service and services in the field of body care by creating queue applications and ordering online. Building this application uses extreme programming (xp) method software development methodology, which has stages, Exploration phase, Planning phase, Iteration Phase, Production Phase, and Maintenance Phase. At the concept stage, namely by describing the project and analysis of the system to be made. The application and website creation phase of this study used Android Studio, Firebase, XML, Java, PHP, Javascript, CSS, and JSON. The tests performed on these applications and websites use a type of Black Box testing, where the Black Box testing focuses on the requirements or functional needs of the software created. With the construction of Pearl Salon and Barbershop application can produce a system of queues and bookers that facilitate customers salon and barbershop, and realize optimal service, so that the owner can increase the trust and income of the customer salon and barbershop itself

Abstract

Monitoring is an activity that aims to monitor or observe something. In monitoring an activity to be monitored manually, it still has to be monitored directly.The software methodology used for development is the prototype according to Pressman. In this modeling, there are stages, namely Communication, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of prototypes, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. At this stage of Communication, a Flowchart is made. At the Quick Design stage, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) was made. In the Construction of prototype stage, interface design and programming are made using the Java language.Application Monitoring This activity data storage is created in the online database Firebase Realtime Database as a database, which uses JSON as data parsing, and Android studio is used for application development. There are several features including user login feature, homepage feature, group add feature, map monitoring feature, group attendance feature, member attendance list feature, and user profile feature.
