This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employeeperformance at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. This study takes samples using the saturated sample technique because the population is relatively small. Employees of the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University consist of Civil Servants (PNS), Non-PNS BLU Employees. The research method is carried out by testing the relationship (quantitative associative) of two variables, namely variable X (Work Environment) and variable Y (Employee Performance) with statistical tests using the Classical Assumption correlation. This study, from a population of 41 people, used a sample of 41 people to fill out a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the calculation of the Classical Assumption correlation show that the work environment affects employee performance, this can be seen from the r-test with 41 respondents greater than rtable with an error rate of 5%. Based on the results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination whichstates that there is a strong correlation between the Work Environment variable and the Performance variable, so it can be seen that rcount is greater than rtable (0.829 > 0.308), meaning Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Work Environment and Performance of employees of the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University.

This research aims to examine the influence of company age, company size and management quality on the investment risk of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2021-2023 period. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. This research uses quantitative methods. This research uses secondary data. The number of samples used was 60. The data analysis techniques used in this research include: Descriptive statistical analysis, then carrying out classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. The results obtained from this research are: (1) Company age (X1) has a positive effect on investment risk (Y); (2) Company Size (X2) has a positive effect on Investment Risk (Y); (3) Management Quality (X3) has a positive effect on Investment Risk (Y); (4) Company Age (X1), Company Size (X2), and Management Quality (X3) have a positive effect on Company Value (Y)

Company value reflects the present value of expected future earnings. Good financial management can maximize company value. This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure and company size on company value, the influence of dividend policy and profitability on company value. The research sample was 46 financial and banking companies that went public on the IDX. The method used is purposive sampling, namely a sampling method by determining certain criteria, namely financial and banking companies on the IDX that publish annual financial reports consistently in 2017-2020, financial and banking companies on the IDX that publish annual financial reports as of date December 31, and companies that have positive profitability values so that using the pooled data method (2017- 2020), the number of observations (n) = 168 is obtained. The data analysis method uses multiple regression. The research results show that there is no significant influence between dividend policy on company value, there is a negative and significant influence between capital structure on company value, there is a positive and significant influence between company size on company value, there is a positive and significant influence between profitability on company value.

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji hasil dari kinerja keuangan pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten OKI, dengan menggunakan analisis rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah dan rasio efisensi keuangan daerah perhitungan rasio berdasarkan laporan keuangan pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten OKI dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2020, Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten OKI, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa dokumen dokumen yang terdiri dari laporan keuangan, struktur organisasi, sejarah BPKAD serta visi dan misi BPKAD, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilihat dari rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah masuk dalam katagori rendah sekali dan dilihat dari rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah dapat dikatakan masih berada diatas standar keuangan.

Pelatihan Pemrograman Dasar untuk Siswa Sekolah Menengah sebagai Bekal Memasuki Dunia IT bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengembangkan keterampilan dasar pemrograman komputer bagi siswa sekolah menengah. Di era digital yang terus berkembang, pemrograman menjadi keterampilan yang sangat penting dan dibutuhkan di berbagai sektor. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar mengenai konsep pemrograman, logika komputasi, serta aplikasi praktis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yang mudah dipahami seperti Python atau Scratch. Melalui pendekatan pembelajaran aktif, berbasis proyek, dan bertahap, siswa akan diajak untuk belajar dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan interaktif, serta dapat mengembangkan keterampilan untuk menyelesaikan masalah secara sistematis. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan analitis yang sangat dibutuhkan di dunia teknologi. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan siswa dapat memiliki dasar yang kuat dalam pemrograman dan siap memasuki dunia IT, baik untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi ataupun memulai karir di industri teknologi.

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara yang marak terhadapberkembangnya bisnis yang sudah lama dijalankan salah satunya adalah bisnis minimarket modern seperti Indomaret. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Lokasi, Harga dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Indomaret Sukasari Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, jenis data yang digunakan adalah primer dimana sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan mengedarkan Kuesioner, menggunakan teknik Nonprobability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini diolah dengan SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Lokasi, Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT Business in the world of commerce is a vital aspect of human life. Indonesia is a country where business is rapidly developing, particularly in long-established sectors such as modern convenience stores like Indomaret. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Location, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions at Indomaret Sukasari Palembang. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing primary data collected from a sample of 100 respondents through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling. The analysis method employed in this research is multiple linear regression. The data is processed using path analysis with SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that Location has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Price also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. However, Promotion does not have a significant impact on purchase decisions. Comparative Analysis of Home Ownership Loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Palembang with PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah in Palembang / Accounting Information System The formulation of the problem is how the comparison of KPR loan interest rates at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Palembang with PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah Palembang. The goal is to find out the interest rates for conventional bank housing loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Demang Branch Palembang and Sharia bank at PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah Palembang and know which mortgage interest rates are lower between conventional BCA and BCA Syariah. This study uses descriptive analysis to determine the mortgage interest rate (KPR) at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Demang Branch Palembang with PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah Branch Office in Palembang for the period of 2019. The results of the research on the provision of credit at conventional BCA banks and BCA Syariah banks do not have much difference in the procedures and requirements file, it's just that the interest rate or the BCA Syariah bank called margin (interest rate) has a significant difference. The interest rate for conventional BCA is lower than for BCA Syariah.

The era of decentralization and regional autonomy is a challenge for every region to take advantage of opportunities in exploring regional potential. Efforts to increase local revenue (PAD) can be done by increasing the effectiveness of receiving retribution from PAD sources, especially local fees. This study aims to determine and analyze the contribution of funeral service permit fees to the local revenue of Palembang City in 2015-2019. The collection of user fees has been regulated in Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2015 concerning charges for funeral services and asylum which is a basic reference for maximizing administrative services managed by Ilir Barat Satu Sub-district, Palembang City. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method. The data collection technique is done by using secondary data through documentation techniques. The data used is a funeral service permit retribution. The analysis method used is contribution analysis, which is an analytical tool used to determine how much the contribution of levies is to local revenue. The result of the research is that the contribution value of funeral service permit fees shows a tendency to fluctuate each year. The average percentage contribution of receiving funeral service permit fees with good enough criteria reaches 20.17% which means it contributes to the Regional Original Income of Palembang city.
