Abstract

BK membantu peserta didik mengenali dan mengembangkan potensi juga membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan memanfaatkan berbagai layanan dan kegiatan pendukung BK. Namun terdapat kendala Guru BK/Konselor dalam merealisasikannya. Artikel ini untuk melihat gambaran terhadap kendala Guru BK/Konselor di sekolah dalam melaksanakan pelayanan dan memberikan solusinya. Metode digunakan dalam artikel ini ialah studi kepustakaan (library research). Studi kepustakaan adalah usaha guna mendapatkan informasi yang relevan sesuai dengan topik yang sedang di teliti. Hasil yang didapat bahwa masih banyak Guru BK/Konselor yang tidak dapat melaksanakan pelayanan BK dikarenakan tidak adanya jam masuk kelas untuk melaksanakan tugas

Abstract

This article discusses the use of infrastructure as a support for improving counseling activities in schools. The utilization of school infrastructure, especially guidance and counseling, is often not given proper attention. So that the implementation of guidance and counseling is difficult to run optimally. For this reason, it is necessary to utilize guidance and counseling infrastructure to encourage the implementation of guidance and counseling so that they can run effectively. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how infrastructure can improve guidance and counseling services in schools. The method used in writing this article is a literature study. The results of the discussion in this article are that the utilization of infrastructure can be carried out by paying attention to standards related to infrastructure that must be completed in the guidance and counseling room and forming strategies in infrastructure management.

Abstract

Banyak siswa di Indonesia yang tidak bisa melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dikarenakan hambatan biaya, padahal di Indonesia pemerintah sudah memberikan fasilitas bantuan biaya pendidikan yang namanya KIP Kuliah sebagai solusi. Pada penelitian kali ini, metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XII tahun ajar 2022/2023 di MAN 1 Bengkulu Utara. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, teknik ini menentukan sampel dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel sebanyak 107 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Data dari hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif korelasional dengan melihat hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Temuan penelitian mengambarkan bahwa: Persepsi siswa tentang KIP-Kuliah berada pada kategori positif, keputusan melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi berada pada kategori positif untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi, dan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan siginifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang KIP Kuliah dengan keputusan melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Manfaat penelitian ini agar siswa kurang mampu secara biaya setelah tamat dari SMA/MA sederajat mampu melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high level of dependence on the use of the internet, especially as a medium of entertainment.Game online become one of the entertainment of various ages. Play Game online Too much can trigger the behavior game addiction. Academic procrastination or delay in learning is one of the effects of behavior game addiction the. This study aims to analyze the contribution of academic procrastination to behavior game addiction. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational type. The population of this study was faculty students at a university from various batches with a sample of 163 people, who were selected through a technique proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument used is a behavioral scale game addiction, academic procrastination scale with the Likert model. Research data were analyzed using a simple regression technique. The findings of this study indicate that student academic procrastination is in the moderate category, academic procrastination contributes significantly to student behavior.game addiction, The implications of the findings of this study can be used as input for creating a Guidance and Counseling service program at the university level.

Abstract

Prasarana bimbingan konseling disekolah memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kenyamanan konselingbagi siswa. Banyaknya sekolah yang belum bisa memenuhi prasarananya dengan baik. Tujuannya agar siswa bisa mengatasi dan meraih potensi terbaik dalam perjalanan pendidikan dan pengembangan pribadi mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan kepatuhan terhadap standar prasarana dan juga peran prasarana dalam meningkatkan layanan dan kenyamanan dalam konseling bagi siswa. Adapun metode yaitu mengumpulkan berbagai bahan bacaan dari buku ataupun dari jurnal penelitian terdahulu. Hasil yang dapat disimpulkan adalah evaluasi dan pemantauan secara berkala menjadi langkah penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan program BK. Dalam keseluruhan, peran prasarana BK di sekolah akan meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang efektif, relevan, holistik dan kenyamamnan dalam konseling bagi siswa

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan fase transisi penting antara masa kanak-kanak dan dewasa yang ditandai dengan perubahan signifikan pada aspek fisik, kognitif, sosial, dan emosional. Pada masa ini, perilaku remaja dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah emosi. Emosi remaja cenderung belum stabil, sehingga mereka kerap mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatur perilaku sesuai dengan harapan lingkungan sosial maupun norma orang dewasa. Ketidakstabilan emosi ini dapat berujung pada munculnya gangguan emosional seperti kecemasan, depresi, dan ledakan amarah. Dalam konteks ini, peran orang tua menjadi sangat vital. Orang tua memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam membantu remaja mengembangkan regulasi emosi yang sehat dan membentuk perilaku adaptif. Dukungan emosional, modeling regulasi emosi, pendekatan emotional coaching, serta penciptaan lingkungan keluarga yang aman menjadi strategi penting yang dapat dilakukan oleh orang tua. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran orang tua dalam mengatasi gangguan emosional pada remaja melalui metode studi literatur. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi orang tua, pendidik, dan praktisi bimbingan konseling dalam memahami pendekatan efektif yang dapat diterapkan untuk mendukung kesehatan mental remaja secara optimal.

Abstract

Differentiation and diversity are highly valued in a plural society. Despite this, a plural society need a binder to reinforce interpersonal relationships, often known as social cohesiveness. Social cohesion is a social process aimed at eliminating disparities, socioeconomic inequalities, and societal rifts in order to consolidate plurality of citizenships. To survive, social cohesion requires reinforcing energy, one of which comes from social capital. This paper will explain how social capital is a source of energy that helps to strengthen social cohesion in multiple societies.

Abstract

Adult bullying problems are increasingly prevalent in Indonesia. Bullying that often occurs in schools disrupts students from achieving optimal development. This is important to be addressed immediately so that bullying does not develop in schools. Guidance and counseling is a unit that is able to help in alleviating this problem. This research uses a literature study approach regarding the impact and ways of dealing with bullying in Minangkabau youth. Bullying refers to a form of bullying or violence that is intentionally carried out by one person or group of people who are stronger or more powerful against another person, with the aim of hurting and is carried out continuously. The development of technology, makes it easier for people to do bullying, not only occurs directly, but also occurs on social media. Guidance and counseling is one of the units in the school that is considered capable of preventing bullying behavior with various services.

Abstract

Counselors, who are trained professionals, guide counselees through the process of guidance. School counselors conduct assessments as part of their services. Without an assessment, it would be impossible for us to determine whether the intended guidance program had been implemented successfully. The evaluation of the guidance program is to determine the degree to which the program's implementation has met its stated objectives. In other words, the outcome of the assessment activities will determine whether the program is successful in reaching its objectives. It cannot be isolated from the supervision actions, according to the assessment that was done. Counseling and direction School supervisors are school supervisors with complete rights, powers, and responsibilities for evaluating, promoting, and implementing education in various schools through guidance and counseling activities. Additionally, the adequacy of the services rendered by the BK teacher/counselor is determined by the factors mentioned above. This indicates that the school counselor can account for the services rendered.
