Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer (termasuk sistem berbasis pengetahuan). Yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu sistem. Sistem pendukung keputusan memberikan suatu keputusan yang bersifat semiterstruktur, dimana tidak seorang pun tau secara pasti bagaimana keputusan seharusnya dibuat.Pemilihan Access Point selalu memberikan kualitas yang terbaik kepada para IT untuk dipakai pada Hotel tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan kualitas yang terbaik maka para IT Hotel membutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian ini penulis menerapkan metode Multi Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA Method)sebagai metode yang akan diterapkan di dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Access Point dengan tidak terlalu banyak membuang waktu dalam memilih Access Point dan tentunya hasil pemilihan yang tersistem akan lebih efektif

Abstract

Pemanfaatan tanaman obat herbal merupakan salah satu solusi dalam penyelesaian masalah kesehatan yang sering dihadapi masyarakat, selain menggunakan obat-obatan kimia baik dalam tahapan pencegahan. Penyebab menurunnya imun tubuh pada manusia disebabkan beberapa faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi yakni penyakit yang dapat menyerang tubuh manusia, sehingga kekebalan tubuh melemah sehingga membuat tubuh manusia menjadi lemah dan tidak berdaya. Jika seseorang merasa memiliki masalah dengan sistem kekebalan tubuh mereka, disarankan untuk berkonsultasi dengan dokter untuk diagnosis dan pengobatan yang tepat. Penyelesaian permasalahan ini dengan membuat sebuah pemilihan yang tepat maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan agar dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan keputusan akhir dalam pemilihan obat herbal untuk meningkatkan imun tubuh manusia dengan menggunakan metode weighted product. Menghasilkan pemilihan tanaman herbal terbaik dengan nilai tertinggi 0,123 kode alternatif A3 dengan nama kunyit. Sistem aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dibuat dalam platform website. Menghasilkan pemilihan tanaman herbal terbaik dengan nilai tertinggi 0,138 kode alternatif A1 dengan nama Jahe Merah. Mengunakan data tanaman herbal sebanyak 9 data dan penilaian data dibuat oleh Rumah Sehat Medan dengan mengunakan metode WP

Abstract

A pinched nerve is a condition where certain nerves are compressed by tissues around the body, such as bones, cartilage and muscles. This causes the nerve to become damaged with symptoms of severe pain, tingling, and numbness during activity. Nerve pain can spread throughout the body. For example, patients with radiculopathy type spinal cord disease make the patient numb, and the nerve pain can spread to the feet and hands. Sylvani General Hospital also provides expert doctors who treat various diseases, including pinched nerve disease suffered by patients. However, there are several problems that often occur to patients when going for direct consultation due to time constraints, long queues, long waits, long distances to the hospital, and lack of costs. Because agencies need to have a system that can manage existing symptom data on pinched nerve disease and make it an online expert substitute information by utilizing technological developments to get maximum diagnostic results, and patients can find out the initial symptoms of one of them numbness, leg pain, arm pain, back pain, muscle weakness in the type of pinched nerve disease, namely radiculopathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, pinched nerves in the waist, piriformis syndrome, radial tunnel syndrome and treatment first by consulting through a system that has been created using the Bayes method. From the calculation process using the Bayes method above, it is known that the diagnosis of pinched nerve disease is diagnosed with nerve root syndrome (Radiculopathy) (P01) with a percentage of 72.55%.

Abstract

Tunas Pelita Binjai merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang terletak di Kota Binjai Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilakukan ini merupakan kerjasama antara STMIK Kaputama dengan SMK Tunas Pelita Binjai. Sasaran dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan Projek Penerapan Kurikulum merdeka Menggunakan Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan masih banyak sekolah yang belum menggunakan aplikasi platform merdeka mengajar.

Abstract

The E-Attendance System has become an efficient solution in monitoring individual attendance at various institutions. However, new challenges arise regarding data security and privacy in managing E-Attendance database files. Facing potential risks such as hacking and data leaks, data security becomes very important. Therefore, in this study, we propose the implementation of a hybrid system that combines the strengths of the Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) Algorithm and the Blum Blum Shub (BBS) Algorithm to improve the security of the E-Absence database file. RSA is a cryptographic algorithm that is widely used for encryption and digital signatures. On the other hand, BBS is a random number generation algorithm that has a strong level of security. The combination of the two in the form of a hybrid system is expected to provide a higher level of security in securing E-Absence data. The aim of this research is to develop a hybrid RSA and BBS system in the context of securing E-Attendance database files. This research outlines the basic concepts of the two algorithms and how they can be integrated. The results of this study are the combination of the Rivers, Shamir, Adleman (RSA) algorithm and the Blum Blum Shub (BBS) algorithm in a hybrid system to increase security in the process of encoding messages

Abstract

The application of information technology has been widely used in medicine. This application provides convenience and smoothness in the medical world to detect symptoms of various diseases, especially malaria. Malaria is still included in the endemic diseases suffered by the community in Binjai City, the more malaria patients, of course the more doctors are needed/work to diagnose patients. Artificial intelligence is one solution and helps doctors in supporting decision making for certain diseases. Building a system to diagnose malaria using the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method offers various significant advantages. CBR utilizes experience and knowledge from previous cases, allowing the system to provide a more accurate diagnosis based on patterns and symptoms that have occurred in the past.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic bell system is designed to enhance the efficiency of bell operations in educational institutions by utilizing modern technology. This research aims to develop a system that can control the bell automatically according to the class schedule, while also enabling remote control via a mobile application using the Blynk platform. The system is built using an ESP8266 as the main microcontroller, a DFPlayer Mini module for audio playback, and an RTC DS1307 for time management. The results show that the system functions as expected, both in automatic mode based on the schedule and in manual mode through the mobile application. Testing and debugging demonstrated that integration with WiFi networks allows for flexible and effective bell control. For further development, it is recommended to add a power backup feature, web interface, and push notifications to improve system reliability and flexibility. This system provides an efficient and practical IoT solution for automating bell operations in educational environments.

Abstract

The Binjai District Court is a government agency that has the duty and authority to receive, examine and decide every case registered at the Binjai District Court. The Binjai District Court handles many gambling cases, but data management is still not fast and accurate because it still uses manual methods, so the agency needs to implement an application system. To solve this problem, you can use data mining applications, namely by utilizing existing data to dig up new information. One of the techniques in data mining is clustering. Clustering was chosen because it can group data according to the desired characteristics, in this research it means grouping gambling data in the Binjai City area. The clustering algorithm used is K-Means Clustering integrated into a desktop-based programming application. The conclusion obtained is that the system designed has proven successful in grouping gambling data into 3 clusters (groups). The process using MATLAB R2014a obtained results in group 1 which amounted to 276 data with a data centroid center (6.92; 2.41; 4.33) including the category of low levels of gambling, group 2 which amounted to 337 data with a data centroid center (7.56 ; 2.10; 14.48) is included in the category of moderate level of gambling and group 3 which amounts to 387 data with the centroid data (7.56; 2.10; 28.02) is included in the category of high level of gambling.

Abstract

In the world of education, students are the main object of every educational implementation that always prioritizes disciplines that are beneficial to the students themselves. However, in lecture activities there are students who are diligent in participating in lecture activities and there are also those who rarely participate in lecture activities, this can be caused by internal and external factors, so that there can be significant variations in student learning achievements, with some achieving high grades, while others face difficulties in achieving the same achievements. Based on the description of the problem, the researcher conducted a study that aimed to group students based on factors that affect student learning achievement using the k-means clustering algorithm. The results of the research conducted produced 3 clusters with cluster 1 there were 5 data, the group of students with a very satisfactory predicate GPA (3.50-4.00), supported by both internal and external factors (interval 3.1-4). Cluster 2 has 3 data, the group of students with a satisfactory predicate GPA (3.00-3.49), supported by both internal and external factors (interval 2.1-3), and cluster 3 has 5 data, the group of students with a satisfactory predicate GPA (3.00-3.49), supported by both internal and external factors (interval 3.1-4).

Abstract

Gas leakage is a serious problem that can threaten public safety and health and cause significant material losses. This research aims to design and implement a gas leak monitoring system that can be accessed remotely based on Android applications and NodeMCU ESP8266. NodeMCU ESP8266 is chosen as the main microcontroller equipped with an MQ-2 gas sensor to detect the presence of hazardous gas. This research incorporates Internet of Things (IoT) technology to allow users to remotely monitor the condition of gas leaks, thereby increasing the level of safety in the use of gas in households or small industries. The hardware design includes the use of an MQ-2 gas sensor that is sensitive to certain gas concentrations, as well as setting up an ESP8266 NodeMCU to transmit detection data to a Firebase server for later access through an Android application. The Android application was developed using Android Studio with a focus on an intuitive user interface to monitor the status of gas leaks in real-time. he research methods used include system design, hardware and software implementation, and thorough system testing by simulating gas leak scenarios to test the reliability and response of the system. The results show that the system can detect gas leaks with high accuracy. It is expected that the system developed in this research can be a practical and effective solution in reducing the risk of accidents caused by gas leaks, as well as making a positive contribution in increasing awareness of the safety of gas use in the community.
