Abstract

Expert Systems is one branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that makes widespread use of knowledge or knowledge specifically for solving expert human-level problems. Kartini Clinic has several health workers such as nurses, midwives to doctors who are ready to serve people who suffer from various diseases, one of which is Herpers Zoster disease. Shingles is an acute inflammation of the skin usually characterized by the appearance of red bubbles like small blisters that cluster on the surface of the skin and watery and accompanied by itching and heat. This disease will appear more if there is irritation, wounds or abrasions and a long healing process. Bayes' theorem is a mathematical equation used in probability and statistics to calculate conditional probabilities.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) is damage to the kidneys both in structure and/or function that lasts for 3 months or more. Hemodialysis is a prolonged therapy that can significantly impact the physical and psychological well-being of patients with chronic kidney disease. This therapy has a big effect on sufferers. The psychological impact that appears can affect the success of therapy so it is important to recognize these symptoms and provide appropriate treatment to overcome them. Based on research at Delia General Hospital, patients who will undergo Hemodialysis therapy must come to the hospital to receive comprehensive therapy by a doctor. Long patient queues when undergoing therapy can make patients tired and remember the patient's condition in order to get information and therapy. Handling of these problems can be overcome by building a system that can determine psychological disorders in patients. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that usually can only be solved by an expert in a particular field. Certainty Factor (CF) is a method capable of defining the degree of certainty of a rule or fact in describing an expert's belief in the problem at hand. With an expert system, it can help identify and determine early on psychological disorders in patients. From the results of trials conducted by expert systems to determine psychological disorders in patients with kidney failure using the Certainty Factor method, the highest value is depression with a percentage of 94.59%.

Abstract

Performance assessment is something that must be done by a company, whether private or public. Performance appraisal can provide rewards or punishment for an employee's performance based on whether the work they do is good or bad. The assessment carried out in this research was implemented by creating a system which was carried out using one method, namely AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The measurement process is carried out by applying the waterfall method. The results of research carried out by applying the AHP decision support system method can provide efficient results and the level of data accuracy is close to perfect.

Abstract

Respiratory tract disease is a common condition that can affect anyone regardless of age. Starting from relatively mild symptoms to alarming symptoms. Although some respiratory diseases are not life-threatening, they should not be taken lightly as they can cause serious complications. What often happens is that it is difficult for a patient to see a specialist doctor because of the limited number of respiratory specialists who cannot fully serve patients, so people often have difficulty if they want to consult directly. This triggers the habit of the community to treat complaints on their own with simple drugs bought freely at drugstores or pharmacies without knowing for sure the disease they suffer, as well as the length of waiting for queues, consultation fees that are quite expensive and not everyone has a short distance to the hospital prefer not to go to a specialist. Like other organs of the human body, breathing is also prone to various diseases. Respiratory organs will be disrupted and can even cause death. By using the Naïve Bayes method above, it is known that the diagnosis of respiratory disease is that the young female patient is diagnosed with a type of respiratory disease called Farangitis (P05) with a percentage of 47.44%.

Abstract

Unemployment is a very complex problem because it affects and is influenced by several factors that interact with each other following a pattern that is not always easy to understand. The strategic problem in Binjai City is not much different from that in the Central Government of North Sumatra, namely the high unemployment rate, given the large number of workforce that appears every year, as well as several factors such as age levels and inflation in Binjai City, making it difficult for many people to find work. or what is called unemployment. The lack of maximum efforts by the government and the private sector in creating employment opportunities is one of the triggers for the increasing number of unemployed in Indonesia, especially coupled with the low level of public education and inadequate human resources, which makes people unable to find work. One of the methods used in predicting a data is Artificial Neural Network using the backpropagation method. With a maximum epoch between 0 - 10000 with a learning rate of 0.2 and a target error ranging from 0.01 to 0.1 to get convergent results. The results of the prediction of the number of unemployed can be predicted by some experiencing an average predicted increase and some experiencing a decrease.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari – hari manusia banyak bergantung pada teknologi informasi. Maka mulai bermunculan berbagai media untuk mengakses informasi dan mengelola informasi sehingga banyak kemudahan-kemudahan yang kemudian didapat untuk mengakses suatu informasi. masalah keamanan informasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu sistem informasi untuk keamanan bersama maupun keamanan pribadi. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem keamanan yang dapat melindungi suatu informasi untuk pengamanan data untuk mengantisipasi ancaman tersebut seperti teknik kriptografi. Kriptografi metode Modular Multiplication Based Block Cipher (MMB) dapat digunakan untuk menjaga keamanan pesan saat pesan dikirim dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lain. Program aplikasi yang telah dibangun hanya mengenkripsi plaintext dengan format doc, txt, xls, ppt. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu program untuk mengamankan pesan rahasia berbentuk file. File yang dienkrip dapat diungkapkan kembali sama persis dengan file aslinya dan tidak mengalami perubahan isi file sedikit pun.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest country that has Cocos nucifera coconut trees, coconut wood has a strength that is not inferior to existing forest wood, other building elements and for mabel and building construction materials. Coconut wood also has unique fibers, so it has a high aesthetic value. The quality of coconut wood, namely strength and durability, is determined by many factors, one of which is the pattern of fiber density in coconut wood. How to find out the density of coconut wood digitally by detecting the outer patch of coconut wood using a computer so that it can make it easier and help determine the image of quality coconut wood. To determine the quality of coconut wood by looking at the fiber density by reducing noise before calculating the edge detection so that more edges are produced. By checking the numbers if the value of the number >= 128 then the binary value given is 1, if the value of the number < 128 then the binary value given is 0, then the binary value given for the numbers 12,12,10 is 0,0,0. And By checking the numbers if the value of the number >= 128 then the binary value given is 1, if the value of the number < 128 then the binary value given is 0, then the binary value given for the numbers 12,29,-28 is ,0,0, 0.

Abstract

The growth of electrical energy continues to increase from time to time in line with increasing economic activities and community welfare. The increasing growth of electrical energy will deplete existing non-renewable energy sources if their utilization is not effective and efficient. In the utilization of electrical energy it is not known how much energy has been used so that it tends to waste electrical energy. It is necessary to measure the use of electrical energy which aims to manage electrical energy which is very important so that the process of saving and efficiency can be obtained easily. This device is designed to replace the manual electrical energy measurement system because the data obtained cannot be done all the time and the results take too long to come out. This device consists of 4 (four) parts, namely sensors, microcontroller, display and network. The sensor used is the PZEM-004T sensor which is used to measure AC voltage and current, the microcontroller is used NodeMCU which will process the sensor results, the display uses a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). ) type to display real time output data. The last part is the network as a place for permanent storage and further data processing.

Abstract

The high level of student success and the low level of student failure is a quality of the education world. The world of education is currently required to have the ability to compete by utilizing all resources owned. In addition to facilities, infrastructure and human resources, information systems are one of the resources that can be used to improve competency skills. Data mining is a process of data analysis to find a dataset of data sets. Data mining is able to analyze large amounts of data into information that has meaning for decision supporters. One process of data mining is clustering. Attributes used in the grouping of student achievement are Name, Extracurricular, Value which include UAS Value, . The case study of 20 students with distance calculation using manhattan distance, chbychep distance and euclidian distance yielded 67% accuracy. Abstract

Technology is the main need in today's world of education because it is able to produce many applications that can be used as digital learning media. One of them is the Canva application which can be used to design learning displays or teaching materials as visual media in the teaching and learning process. This Community Service (PkM) aims to describe the training activities for creating interesting learning content with the Canva application for students at SMK Putra Anda Binjai which was held on March 15, 2024. The material of the training activities was delivered through presentations and questions and answers located in the Hall of SMK Putra Anda Binjai. This activity was carried out on the basis that most students still do not have insight and knowledge in developing and using applications that can be used in learning, lack of student creativity in designing innovative learning media in designing learning to be more interesting and fun, and students have difficulties in utilizing learning media applications, such as the Canva application, due to lack of information and training on the use of IT-based learning media. The methods used in this service are lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and finally evaluating activities using google forms. The result of this activity is that students have a broader knowledge of learning media, especially on the Canva application so that they are able to create learning content that is interesting, easy to understand, and fun.
