Abstract

Pujasera merupakan tempat berkumpul masyarakat yang dapat mendongkrak ekonomi setempat. Pujasera Mekarmukti mempunyai letak yang strategis menjadi daya tarik konsumen. Berdasarkan observasi ditemukan bahwa Pujasera belum mempunyai nama, layout atau tata letak Pujasera belum rapih, belum adanya pengelolaa Pujasera, dan Lokasi Pujasera belum terdaftar ke Google Maps. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada Perangkat Desa setempat khususnya untuk mengembangkan Pujasera dalam hal pemberian nama, re-layout Pujasera, pendampingan pembuatan tim pengelola Pujasera, dan pemasaran digital yaitu dengan memasukkan lokasi Pujasera ke Google Maps. Tim pengabdian berjumlah enam orang yang merupakan Dosen Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Lokasi pengabdian dilakukan di Kantor Desa Mekarmukti khususnya Pujasera Mekarmukti. Waktu pengabdian berlangsung dari 21 Agustus sampai dengan 4 September 2023. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini antara lain telah dibuat nama Pujasera yaitu Pujasera Mekarmukti 1000 Pesona, dilakukan relayout Pujasera, dibentuk tim pengelola pujasera, dan lokasi pujasera telah dimasukkan ke Google Maps. Pengabdian ini mendapat apresiasi langsung dari Kepala Desa Bahwa pengabdian ini telah berhasil dan membawa manfaat untuk Desa Mekarmukti. Saran untuk pengabdian mendatang adalah dibuat sentra usaha yang berlokai di Pujasera Desa Mekarmukti Cikarang Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control on the intention to revisit Meikarta Central Park Cikarang. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 80 tourists who had visited Central Park Meikarta using the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SmartPLS. The intention to revisit tourist attractions has a positive and significant effect on the variable role of tourist attitudes. Subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on the variable Intention to Revisit Tourist Attractions. Perceived behavior control (behavioral control) has a positive and significant effect on the variable Intention to Revisit Tourist Attractions. Furthermore, it is seen how much influence the role of attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control has on the intention to revisit Meikarta Central Park Cikarang in hypothesis testing. From the results of multiple linear regression tests, it was found that attitude variables, subjective norms and perceived behavior control affect the intention to revisit tourist attractions. The collected data is processed using the regression test technique which is processed with the SmartPLS application. The concept of this research has been tested by instruments with validity and reliability results with decent results. Abstract

The selection of the right location plays a crucial role in the success of the MSME Seblak Cuanki Kirana in Pesona Gading Cibitung. Key factors such as accessibility, visibility, parking facilities, the surrounding environment, and the level of competition greatly impact operational performance and customer attraction. By using the factor rating method, the business location is evaluated based on a scale of values to determine the most optimal and profitable location. This approach helps MSME improve operational efficiency, enhance business visibility, and increase competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. Furthermore, leveraging digital promotions through social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook has become an essential part of the marketing strategy to expand market reach and increase brand awareness. By combining the right location selection with digital marketing, MSMEs can increase sales, reduce operational costs, and build customer loyalty. The results of the assistance show that this method provides a clear and structured guide in planning a strategic business location while supporting the sustainability and development of Seblak Cuanki Kirana’s business. By optimizing the potential of the location and digital marketing strategy, MSMEs can expand its market, maintain competitiveness, and achieve sustainable business goals. This approach also emphasizes the importance of synergy between strategic location selection and marketing innovation in driving MSME growth in the competitive digital era.

Abstract

MSMEs, especially in the culinary sector, play an important role in Indonesia's economy, but often face challenges in the form of sub-optimal business layouts, which impact operational efficiency and customer experience. Seblak Tanjakan, a culinary MSME owned by Ms. Novi, faces similar problems, such as lack of privacy in the dining area, confusing table layout, and inefficient access between areas. This service aims to increase operational efficiency, productivity, and business competitiveness through layout improvements. A process-oriented method is used through observation, in-depth interviews, and hands-on practice with business actors to find problems and offer solutions in designing a more efficient layout. The service team consists of three people who are Pelita Bangsa University students. The results of the assistance showed an improvement in workflow, a reduction in customer waiting time, and the creation of a more comfortable atmosphere through clear division of areas, ergonomic lesehan concepts, and smoother access between areas. The service received a very good assessment from the Seblak Tanjakan business owner. This service is expected to ensure sustainability of change, support business growth, and increase adaptability to market dynamics.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada UMKM Serabi Hijau "Cita Rasa" di Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan tujuan membantu menganalisis lokasi strategis untuk pembukaan cabang baru menggunakan metode analisis biaya-volume sebagai bagian dari manajemen operasional. Pengabdian ini mengevaluasi tiga lokasi potensial: Kebon Kopi, CiFest, dan Pasar Bersih Jababeka, denganmempertimbangkan biaya tetap, biaya variabel, dan volume penjualan untuk menentukan titik impas (break-even point) dan efisiensi operasional masing-masing lokasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kebon Kopi merupakan lokasi dengan biaya paling rendah, yaitu biaya tetap Rp 9.000.000 dan biaya variabel Rp 4.400/unit, sehingga menjadi pilihan optimal untuk volume penjualan rendah hingga menengah. Pada volume penjualan di atas 5.000 unit, CiFest menjadi lebih efisien, sedangkan Pasar Bersih optimal untuk volume di atas 11.667 unit. Lokasi strategis, seperti Kebon Kopi yang dekat dengan Stasiun Lemahabang, memberikan keunggulan aksesibilitasdan potensi pasar. Rekomendasi strategis mencakup penerapan pemasaran digital untuk menjangkau konsumen lebih luas, diversifikasi lokasi penjualan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi, dan adopsi otomatisasi produksi untuk menekan biaya variabel. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meminimalkan risiko investasi, dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha. Pendekatan ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif melalui pengelolaan operasional yang efektif.
