Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program pendampingan pengelolaan sampah, limbah minyak jelantah, dan budidaya maggot berbasis iptek dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pada bank sampah Orchid Green Park Depok. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pendampingan penerapan ipteks agar meningkatkan layanan dan produktivitas bank sampah Orchid. Masalah yang menjadi fokus kegiatan untuk diselesaikan yaitu 1) Aplikasi pencatatan tabungan sampah yang masih sederhana dan laporan keuangan yang masih manual, 2) Bank Sampah belum dapat mengolah limbah minyak jelantah yang dikumpulkan dari warga secara mandiri, dan 3) Pupuk hasil budidaya Maggot jumlahnya yang masih terbatas belum bisa dipasarkan untuk masyarakat luas. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yaitu melalui kegiatan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan untuk kegiatan Penggunaan Aplikasi Bank Sampah, Pengolahan Limbah Minyak Jelantah Menjadi Sabun, Sosialisasi Sirkular Ekonomi Budidaya Maggot serta Pemberian Mesin Pencacah dan Pembuatan Laporan Keuangan Yang Terintegrasi di website bank sampah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan analisa situasi dan kondisi mitra, persiapan transfer teknologi tepat guna, kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan PIM dan evaluasi keberlanjutan program. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan, Bank Sampah Orchid sudah mampu memproduksi sendiri deterjen pencuci pakaian dan pembersih lantai dari olahan minyak jelantah yang kemudian dijual kembali kepada warga sekitar dan anggota bank sampah. Pelayanan kepada anggota bank sampah semakin meningkat dengan adanya aplikasi bank sampah berbasis website yang memiliki fitur yang lebih lengkap. Pelaporan keuangan bank sampah sudah terintegrasi pada aplikasi bank sampah. Masyarakat mulai tergerak untuk menyetorkan sampah organik ke bank sampah untuk kemudian diolah menjadi makanan bagi maggot, sehingga dapat menghasilkan fresh maggot yang dapat dijual kembali sebagai pupuk tanaman.

Abstract

Bank performance assessment based on the level of his health. Seen from the importance of health of a bank for the formation of a trust customers on a banking institutions, a few kind of rules that has been created by Bank Indonesia to assess the health level which commercial banks. An assessment of the health level which used the bank risk to solve social welfare  RGEC  based. That have been analyzed rating  factor is a factor Risk Profile,  GCG, Earning and Capital. Variables that were used to lower its NPL  and LDR which is to gauge Risk Factors profile, tighter self assessment to GCG, ROA  and  NIM to increase for measuring Earning factors and CAR  for measuring factors Capital. This research uses the method descriptive quantitative using data secondary and analysis the performance of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, a period of the year 2013-2017. The results of the study suggests that PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk  overall having results a good for the predicate bank healthy. Assessment risk factors profile having the rank of composite 2 and 3 the predicate good and quite good. Assessment GCG  having the rank of composite 2 with the predicate good. Assessment factors Earning having the rank of composite 1 at the predicate excellent. Assessment factors Capital having the rank of composite 1 at the predicate excellent.

Abstract

Abstrak  - Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada perlambatan ekonomi nasional, Financial Technology (Fintech) memiliki potensi mengambil peran dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi. Dampak pandemi covid-19 yang semakin meluas sektor Financial Technology (Fintech) memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan inklusi finansial dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk penulisan ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan keberadaan Financial Technology (Fintech) memiliki dampak positif dimasa pandemi covid-19. Kontribusi Fintech telah banyak membantu masyarakat yang masih belum terlayani lembaga keuangan formal dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Pemulihan ekonomi nasional dan peningkatan penerimaan negara dimasa pandemi dapat dilakukan dengan dukungan penguatan regulasi terhadap pertumbuhan Fintech yang inklusif dan berkesinambungan yang memiliki potensi sebagai faktor pemicu lompatan yang sangat besar bagi industri pembayaran layanan keuangan digital. Kata Kunci: Financial Technology, Inklusi Keuangan, Ekonomi Nasional  Abstract - The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the national economic slowdown, Financial Technology (Fintech) has the potential to play a role in economic recovery efforts. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which is increasingly widespread in the Financial Technology (Fintech) sector has an important role to play in increasing financial inclusion and public welfare. The research method used for this writing is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The research results show that the existence of Financial Technology (Fintech) has a positive impact during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fintech's contribution has helped many people who are still not served by formal financial institutions in carrying out financial transactions according to their needs. National economic recovery and increased state revenue during the pandemic can be carried out with the support of strengthening regulations for inclusive and sustainable Fintech growth which has the potential to trigger a huge leap for the digital financial service payment industry. Keywords: Financial Technology, Financial Inclusion, National Economy

Abstract

Abstrak  Tren digitalisasi telah mengubah perilaku transaksi masyarakat ke arah tuntutan yang lebih besar pada mobilitas, kecepatan, fleksibilitas (open dan omni platform), namun tetap aman. Bank Indonesia sebagai otoritas kebijakan sistem pembayaran di Indonesia dituntut harus mampu beradaptasi terhadap situasi tersebut dengan mengoptimalkan perkembangan ekonomi digital sekaligus meminimalisir risiko dan ekses negatif. Guna menjawab tantangan di era digital saat ini BI−FAST dikembangkan sebagai infrastruktur SP ritel nasional yang mengakomodir ketersediaan layanan pembayaran secara real−time, seamless, tersedia setiap saat (24/7) dengan tingkat keamanan dan efisiensi yang tinggi secara end−to−end dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terkini..  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan BI−FAST sebagai infrastruktur SP ritel nasional memiliki dampak positif dalam mendukung akselerasi digitalisasi ekonomi dan keuangan nasional. Implementasi BI−FAST diharapkan akan mendukung inklusi keuangan melalui kemudahan bertransaksi, harga terjangkau, dan interoperabilitas kanal pembayaran, terutama mobile. Kehadiran BI−FAST diharapkan mampu mendorong inovasi dan kompetisi di antara pelaku industri sistem pembayaran untuk mendukung pengembangan Ekonomi Keuangan Digital (EKD). Kata Kunci: BI-FAST, Sistem Pembayaran. Ekonomi Keuangan Digital Abstract - The trend of digitization has changed people's transaction behavior towards greater demands on mobility, speed, and flexibility (open and omni platforms), but still secure. Bank Indonesia as the payment system policy authority in Indonesia is required to be able to adapt to this situation by optimizing the development of the digital economy while minimizing negative risks and excesses. to answer the challenges in the current digital era, BI-FAST was developed as a national retail SP infrastructure that accommodates the availability of payment services in real-time, seamlessly, available at any time (24/7) with a high level of security and efficiency end-to-end by utilizing the latest technology. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The research results show that BI−FAST as a national retail SP infrastructure has a positive impact in supporting the acceleration of national economic and financial digitization. The implementation of BI-FAST is expected to support financial inclusion through ease of transactions, affordable prices, and interoperability of payment channels, especially mobile. The presence of BI-FAST is expected to encourage innovation and competition among payment system industry players to support the development of the Digital Financial Economy (EKD). Keywords: BI-FAST, Payment System. Abstract

Abstrak  - Pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat menjadi perhatian penting bagi pemerintah. Salah satu menjadi perhatian dan tantangan pemerintah yaitu menciptakan kualitas pelayanan dan pemberian fasilitas diberbagai bidang layanan dengan seoptimal mungkin sehingga masyarakat menjadi puas atas layanan yang sudah disesuaikan dengan wewenang dan aturan yang ada. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di RPTRA Kebon Pala Berseri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh masyarakat yang sudah berkunjung dan menggunakan pelayanan dan fasilitas di RPTRA Kebon Pala Berseri dengan sampel yang diperoleh sejumlah 73 orang. Di dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sebagai analisis datanya dan untuk pengolahan data memakai program komputer SPSS 25.0. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa kepuasan masyarakat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan masyarakat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh fasilitas, dan secara bersama-sama kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di RPTRA Kebon Pala Berseri. Kata Kunci: kepuasan masyarakat, kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, RPTRA

Abstract

The implementation of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles by companies continues to be a topic that is often discussed in international forums. Many negative impacts on the environment that are feared to have a fatal impact around the world make the issue a major concern. This research uses a qualitative method, which aims to provide a preposition of ESG measurement on the company's financial performance. The data collection technique in this study uses a literature survey. The results of this study indicate that the company's commitment to good ESG disclosure is able to produce more transparent financial reporting and corporate performance reporting. This is considered by stakeholders as an important approach in presenting transparent and accountable information. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of risk in Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. This study intends to examine and map the risk of banks in BPD in Indonesia. In this analysis, the level of bank risk is measured using Z-Score (Z score). The data used in this study are panel data of observations from 26 Regional Development Banks in Indonesia over the past 20 years (2001-2021) which are divided into four clusters, namely the Sumatra Cluster, the Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara Cluster, the Kalimantan Cluster and the Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia Cluster. The data analysis technique used is using the Anova Test with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Bank risk in BPD Sumatra region has the same level of stability as BPD in Java, Bali & Nusa Tenggara. 2) Bank risk in BPD in Kalimantan region has the same level of stability as BPD in Sulawesi & Eastern Indonesia region.

Abstract

Companies are often faced with various challenges that can affect their financial condition, one of which is financial distress. In recent years, many retail companies have experienced challenges, including changes in consumer behaviour, intense competition, poor management, high operating costs and poor macroeconomic conditions. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of liquidity, leverage, and profitability ratios as predictors of financial distress by considering moderation of company size. This study uses quantitative causality method. This research focuses on retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Data obtained from financial reports and annual reports 2018-2022 which are accessed through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The results of data processing conducted by researchers were tested using moderated regression analysis (MRA) with the IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 application. The results showed that liquidity and profitability had a negative and significant effect on financial distress. While the leverage variable has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Company size is not able to moderate liquidity and leverage on financial distress. While company size is able to moderate profitabiliats on financial distress.

Abstract

The Salimah Sisterhood is an organization whose members are mostly MSME owners in Bojong Gede District, Bogor Regency. The obstacle encountered by partners is a lack of knowledge and skills in making financial reports, so that profit and loss calculations are only based on rough calculations. The aim of this community service is to provide training in making simple financial reports using an accounting application in the form of Microsoft Excel, which is easy to use. The community service method is carried out in the form of training, starting with group discussion forums, partner situation analysis, pretests, main training activities, and posttests. The results of this community service activity show that there has been an increase in the knowledge, skills, and abilities of partners in preparing their financial reports.

Abstract

The Energy sector is one of the sectors in the Indonesian economy and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 86 companies listed on the IDX. The sample is to 7 companies. The purpose of the study was to determine the Financial Performance Analysis of Energy sector companies listed on IDX for the period 2013-2022 using Economic Value Added (EVA). Based on calculations, EVA ADRO negative results (EVA<0) in 2013-2015 and 2020, positive EVA (EVA>0) in 2016-2019 and 2021-2022. AKRA's EVA from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA HRUM in 2014-2015 was negative (EVA <0), in 2016-2023 EVA was positive (EVA>0). EVA ITMG from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA MEDC in 2013-2021 is negative (EVA <0) and 2022 is positive (EVA>0). PGAS EVA in 2013-2014 was positive (EVA>0) and 2015-2023 was negative (EVA<0). PTBA's EVA from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA>0 indicates the rate of return generated from company is greater than the cost of capital or it has succeeded in creating added value in that year. EVA<0 indicates the company's value has decreased or decreased where the rate of return is lower than the cost of capital it means fails to create the added value demanded by investors.
